I purchased my first ever new car from Audi - Wesley Chapel! It was an overall good experience, in my opinion! The employees were great to chat with, easy to contact when needed, and the process was pretty fast compared to what I ve endured while buying a car before. When I ve inquired about upgrades, the service department has been so helpful too!

Zach was our salesman at this location and it was honestly the best car buying experience we ve ever had. Very transparent, very trustworthy, and overall a really great experience. Neal in finance helped us out and the whole team all around was great. Definitely a 5 star experience!

I had my greatest car buying experience at Audi of Wesley Chapel. This is not your typical car dealership. You will not find "shark-like" car sales people here. They are upfront, honest and personable. The team went above and beyond to help me get into a vehicle and I was in and out in no time. A complete different car buying experience.

Antoine Brogella is my service consultant and he is outstanding in understanding the importance of customer service. Upon my arrival, Antoine ensures that I am settled in the waiting area and reviews the details of why I am visiting to confirm that my vehicle receives the maintenance that is needed. I have had many service consultants over a 40 year period and Antoine is the best! Upon completion, Antoine sent me a video of my vehicle checkup and keeps me well informed of my expected completion time via text message. This level of communication clearly demonstrates to me that Antoine understands the importance of my time and was following through to ensure that I was well informed. My overall experience at Audi of Wesley Chapel has been outstanding and I have been recommending that all of my friends and co-workers bring their vehicle in for service and ask for Antoine! Well done!

I purchased my Q3 from Wesley Chapel 4 years ago. I have always been pleased with the service I get. When I bring in my car for service it is always a pleasant experience. They are quick and keep me posted with the progress. I really like Sean in the service department. I have his cell number and can text him whenever I need anything! Great service Audi Wesley Chapel!

Audi Wesley Chapel has given our family great service in both the sales and service areas for several years. We recently leased our 3rd A5, and had outstanding support from Isa King. She helped us streamline the lease finance process, work through pricing questions, and save time picking up the new vehicle. I highly recommend Isa and this dealership.

First time at an Audi dealership and didn t know what to expect other then paying a premium for a luxury car. Hector was my sales rep who was exceptional and helpful. This purchase was a surprise for my wife and when she showed up he took his time to show her all the features of Audi and answered all questions she had about the car. Very happy customer so far and looking forward to adding another Audi to the family in the near future.

Worked with Chris throughout the process; was juggling 6 different Audi dealers in Central Florida when I was trying to get an A3. Chris was straightforward, gave me the best price out of the gate, was responsive, and transparent. I have a thorough distaste for dealers since Covid, but they were great; no tricks, no gimmicks, just trying to sell a car and earn your business. If you're in the market for an Audi, start with them, you probably won't have to go any further.

We have been bringing our two Audi's here for service for about 2 years and have always been very happy with the service and the staff. When it came time to trade in my wife's Q5 we bought her 2023 Q5 here this year and she loves it. Bill Moore is our service representive and he does a great job for us.

Took my car in for 10k mile service. Ended up receiving 30k service. Although my car has just over 10k miles, it is two years old and they recommended 30k service due to age of the car. I pre-paid for maintenance package so no additional out of pocket cost! Thank you to Bill Moore for another great experience at Audi Wesley Chapel, FL.!

This Audi dealership truly stands out in my experience. Mark, one of their sales representatives, went above and beyond to assist me in my quest to upgrade my vehicle. While I didn't end up making a purchase, Mark's exceptional dedication to customer service left an indelible mark. He even took the initiative to bring a potential car to my residence so my wife could inspect and test drive it, which was a thoughtful and convenient gesture. Mark's extensive knowledge of Audi cars, combined with his amiable and approachable nature, made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I had my Audi Q7 Windshield cracked and I was not sure if it was because of a rock hit or due to temperature changes. So i called Audi Wesley Chapel which is the dealer through which I had leased my Audi. On hearing the issue they asked me to get it covered through my Insurance company. I insisted that they should first do a visual inspection to confirm it is a rock hit. The service consultant looked at it and confirmed it is a rock it. He showed me the tiny spot where the rock hit and I acknowledged it. He asked me to get the Insurance claim number and gave me the name of a company called as "NWR" as the preferred one by this dealership. Please note that I did not asked for their suggestion. I started my claim online with Progressive and since I could not look up "NWR" suggested by the dealership I called Progressive and they helped me to get the NWR associate on the line. The Progressive representative went through with the "NWR" representative along with me on the repair. Towards the end the "NWR" associate requested the Progressive representative to drop off quoting that the "NWR" representative wanted to talk to me separately. So the Progressive representative dropped off leaving the the "NWR" associate and me. The "NWR" associate told me that though it is Zero dollar deductible per the Florida state Law, the Audi will charge $240 + tax. So i asked the "NWR" associate to wait for me to talk to the Audi representative who was in front of me to understand this $240 charge. To this the Audi representative told me that the charge is actually $699 + tax for Audi to do the recalibration. So I asked him with a smile why was I not told about this charge. To that he responded that it depends on your Insurance on how much would they approve off the $699. I told him that I wanted to talk to his supervisor and he helped me to talk in person to his supervisor. I explained the above to the supervisor and he told me that you came here for a solution and we recommended a solution which you may or may not want to go with. To this I corrected the supervisor that I did not come here for a solution. The purpose of my visit today is to know whether the windshield crack was due to a rock hit or Temperature change.I am surprised on why Audi representatives give suggestion which are not even asked for and that too making an unwarranted dent into the customer pocket.I made an effort to write this detailed review so that others may avoid taking unwarranted 3rd party solutions from Audi. Please note that the "NWR" glass company referred by the Audi representative and echoed by his supervisor is a 3rd party to Audi.

I advise you not to contact these car dealerships and look for more reliable partners.So, how incompetent employees sent me from one car dealership to another over a distance of 50 miles so that I could pick up a spare part, and upon arrival I waited 45 minutes while they were looking for it, in the end they told me that there was no such spare part. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE AUDI CENTER LOOK FOR RESPONSIBLE DEALERS. EVERYONE HAVE A GOOD DAY.

Great experience every time I need Audi Wesley Chapel's service or maintenance. Every employee that I interacted from the moment I pull is so courteous and professional. My service advisor Chuck Henry is just flat out awesome. Always professional and courteous... He explains everything thoroughly, is so easy to get along with and I feel like I'm a part of the Audi Wesley Chapel Family. I also interacted with Chris Alvarez, the Dimmit Collision repair side of the house and he was super helpful, informative and professional. Definitely put my trust in this dealer and so should you.
