I've ordered parts from Lethal a few times and in every instance, I've experienced great customer service. I would particularly like to mention Shane Merian who went above and beyond for me to resolve a shipping issue on a damaged product. He certainly made me feel heard and showed genuine concern on resolving my issue.

Another great performance parts company, had done lots of browsing opened an account, created a wishlist and decided to place an order.. the item I purchased was on sale at a unbelievable price. Contacted customer support was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. My experience was great ordering was easy ,shipping was fast and well packaged. Had the item I ordered delivered to where I was getting work done to my car which was an authorized dealer for performance parts. So if looking for performance parts for your vehicle I would recommend this company.

Good people, excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to help me re-place my order just so I wouldn't have to pay for the "Route Protection" service that I bought by accident. They even issued me a custom discount because the coupon I had used expired the day I originally ordered. Their branding is great, and they seem to back that up with service. Recommended.

Wouldn t honor their online pricing wanted to change their sale price after the order was confirmed and the ceo sent a thank you. Don t shop here. Lethal performance does bad business. A solid business that does $9.3m in revenue should do better. Clownshow.

Always have the parts I'm looking for, always at a good price, and it shows up within 3 to 4 days after I placed my order can't beat that. I've been buying parts here since 2012 i built a 2012 gt500, 2017 gt350 whippled kit stage 2, 2019 gt 5.0 which is a copy of lethal performance gold member 5.0 and now working on my 2020 gt500.. thanks lethal performance !!

I'm really surprised by your irresponsibility, I buy something, you send me a part that isn't the right one, then you make me buy another part that my car didn't need, I buy it without a problem, you send me the kit again, but now the one who sent me doesn't bring the cylinder that I needed. My car needed a first one and it had come in the first order I tell them what happens and their answers is!! I didn't realize that it didn't come with that kit. If you want to buy another one, go to a nearby seller!!! What a lack of respect for a month in this for your irresponsibility and losing moneyThe solution is not to block the people who spend money trusting you. The solution is to find a way to fix what you have done wrong. The client has to assume your mistakes.

Great service! Always answer the phone and are helpful and polite, which in these days is key! Products that aren't in stock always come in a reasonable amount of time. Keep up the good work!

I ordered an intake from Lethal Performance. Not my first time ordering from them. Typically service has been good. Unfortunately they greatly missed the mark on this one. Intake was delivered 3 weeks after ordering the part. This was after they provided the incorrect shipping. I ordered the part as a father days present in conjunction with a planned trip. Unfortunately the part came afterthe trip.After asking for a refund, candidly outside of the return window, they said yes. However the cost of shipping the item back I would lose over half the price I paid. They have since told me they communicated with me prior to shipping the item, which is a lie. After trying to explain to them the timeline of what actually happened they insisted I was contacted but I never was.I would have never ordered this item of I knew it would take 3+ weeks to receive it.

I'll never deal with this company again. Bought mid pipes for my vehicle. Checked out and paid no problems. Week goes by so I message them kindly asked how many days after its status is ready to ship is it actually shipped. Was then told that with the item on sale that I couldn't ruse promo code even tho at checkout it allowed me too since it was a sale item. That they tried emailing me during the past week to recoup the promo code money before my item would shipped. After posting in a forum another guy had the exact issue 6 months ago. So basically this company knows of an issue and refuses to fix it and holds customers product from shipping until the money is recouped. Well it's not the customer's fault that your web designer/IT guy whoever can't fix a common problem. This isn't bout the money, it's about the principal. So I asked for my refund and have no problem paying full price with another company

I did prior business with Lethal Performance in 2015 and 2016.I accidentally ordered the wrong part for my vehicle. I contacted them while the part was being shipped to me to confirm I might have ordered wrong part they confirmed it.This is what a return consist of with Lethal Performance. You can not open the package (understandable), you have to pay return shipping (understandable), they want you to pay for a 10% restocking fee (questionable since the part has not even been unpacked or unopened) and whatever it cost them in shipping to you, which in this case was free, but still have to pay for their shipping. (absolutely ridiculous).So basically Lethal Performance wants me to pay around $100 out of my pocket to cover a 10% restock fee on an unopened part that is just going back on a shelf to resell and for their free shipping to me. Absolutely absurd and last time I ever do business with Lethal Performance again. There are many other Mustang businesses with the same parts with better return policies..Thanks for the $300 part paperweight I can t use Lethal Performance and that you even acknowledged I can t use.

I went to Lethal Performance because of wrong parts recommendations twice that cost me $400 in un-reimbursed wrong part recommendations. Matt said sorry blame your mechanic for taking too long to verify if the parts correct. I came in with a polite demeanor just to solve my issue and not argue over past issues. Matt immediately escalated and started saying he needs proof that I asked for for tech support from Lethal before ordering the original part as if I was lying. Remember I didn t even come The disrespect continued during payments of the new part. Here is the part number and you can order it from someone else if you like, but I can give you 10%. I had to say to him all I want is the correct part and not sure what he is talking about. Everyone in the office heard this so it s easily verified. I have learned my lesson. The friendly helpful place I was accustomed to doesn t exist anymore. in to argue the fact that Lethal tech support gave me the wrong part number twice. I just wanted results and the correct part and move on with life. I cannot believe this is the same company I work with from the months they opened many years ago and have been a loyal supporter of the company.

The entire staff at Lethal Performance are amazing! On my 1st purchase they saved me hundreds and went above and beyond to help me with my purchase of Brembo brakes. I was just shocked that the level of customer service I received was truly unbelievable. I ve worked in sales and it was just a shock that every single person I came in contact with really went out of their way to be helpful. I would definitely suggest buying from them as I still continue being a customer myself.

I had some concerns and issues with my order. My expectations and what I was told was not being met. Management quickly reached out and plainly stated what could be done to fulfill the order. I agreed and both parties left happy. I do believe that most people there are trying to do their best.

Have bought several items from Lethal Performance, customer service goes out of their way to help and make a happy customer. I would give 5 stars if they offered free shipping like most everyone else. On several occasions I have bought from across the country even though I live a couple hours away from Lethal performance just so I could save the shipping charges. If your going to charge premium price for a part why would I wanna buy from you if I can get it a little cheaper and get free shipping. All I am out is a couple extra days to get the part. Other than that I have no other cons.

If you outside USA don t ever think about it I paid almost 5000$ and still the clutch kit didn t arrive and no update and they put the responsibility on others for their mistakes

Not everyone knows about the "Nordstrom Experience" but it's exactly what sets Lethal Performance apart. Nordstrom understood that at the end of the day, people shopped prices for the things they bought; shoes, clothes, luggage, etc. So what would take people from being "consumers" to being "fans" of their stores? The answer was simple, yet few companies could pull it off. It is offering more than even excellent customer service. It's providing them with an outstanding experience. Turn the act of buying a pair of shoes into an outstanding experience and not only do you have a customer for life, but a fan. And fans tells others about their experiences.In a business where everyone is trolling for the lowest possible price, Lethal Performance puts the experience first. Then, they'll offer great value on top of it but it's the experience that matters. I placed a few orders this year, but first I had a few questions prior to the order. Everyone I talked to were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I had a big order, one of the items were backordered, which I was notified that it was, that was okay. All of my parts come in and I begin the install. I ordered a lethal return fuel system with triple in tank pump setup with ID1050x injectors, with all of the AN fuel lines, boundary oil pump gears, the box fuel pump controller, McLeod RXT and lightened flywheel. I'm installing a Whipple, so I need a bunch of parts, get the blower installed and start running the fuel lines and noticed the fuel lines were not the correct length. I emailed with lethal and they took care of getting me the correct parts I needed. After I got everything installed, I haven't had any issues with any of the setup. It's been fun. I would recommend lethal performance to everyone. People are human and do make mistakes from time to time, but how you correct those mistakes is what separates you from the next guy. I will absolutely order again in the future. They are always doing sales and giveaways also, which is great.

Oreded a Anderson carbon diffuser.I have never waited so long for anything. But my credit was charged before product shipped. Not good business. Shipping company says i have be home to sign for it. Took days work to do so. They didn't show up or call.I finally called them after 5hrs. Now they want me to reschedule for next week. So now I'll be done 2 days work and $500.00 beans. I think iam better off tell them to ship backI least save 250 beans.Very very very disappointed in all around service. I'll be curious to see if i send back how easy to get a refund ..John Holmes

So my husband ordered some parts, they were supposed to be about 2week top shipping, got them literally 4 days later, great. One of the things ordered was missing a part easy overlook as it was small, I called they shipped it that day, got it couple days later. Ended up not needing one of the things ordered( going with something else which will be ordered from lethal) and I called they were easy to deal with and emailed the info out that day about shipping the part back. Overall a good company and will recommend to anybody.

Lethal has a great selection of parts at great prices and always has good sales. Staff has been very helpful when I have questions. The Mustang and Explorer forums I'm on have Lethal reps there who interact and actually have enthusiasm for the parts and cars. Great place to order from.
