The repair was well done, sparkling when finished. The owner arranged for a ride home at drop off, which was nice. Make sure you discuss exact length of repair, so that you plan around it. Mine took a full week. But turned out excellent, and they went the extra mile on the painting!! Thank you for the good work.

I would not recommend this place at all, the repairs on my car were crap they did a horrible job and they don't honor their lifetime warranty. Mr. Jeff the manager or owner is not a man of his word he talks about taking care of the issues raised regarding repairs and never does nothing, he promises to call back and never does. His rude employee Michael is very feisty and does not know how to handle customers under pressure, he gets very argumentative as if he wants to engage in a brawl I would absolutely avoid taking any car there for any type of repairs they just don't do a good job and they lack respect towards customers, as far as for the rest of the employees I cannot say anything about them since I did not deal directly with them.Avoid this place.

This was a very satisfying and pleasant experience. My car was repaired quickly and perfectly and was returned to me clean and ready on time. Caliber Collision kept me informed during the entire process. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had to get my mirror fixed and some of the damage on my car wasn t sure what happened but the staff was very nice kept me up-to-date on when car would be ready. Not only did the repair job turn out really nice. They also washed the car and were very professional. I would highly recommend using them again if need be.

I could not be happier with my service from the front office team, my service representative and the quality of the repairs. They were polite and professional. I was provided updates on the progress of the repairs no less than 4 times during the 8 days they had my vehicle. I'm extremely satisfied and will recommend Caliber to anyone that asks for the number of a good body shop. WTG!

I read some of the reviews, especially the bad reviews on this establishment, and I have to say that they were nothing but professional and my car came back in the time it was promised. Eric did an amazing job with keeping me informed and if I ever had another issue with a car. I would definitely bring my car back here.

The office staff at Caliber Collision was very professional receiving my vehicle for repairs and the mechanic did an awesome job repairing and getting my vehicle; While the vehicle was in the shop, I received updates during the day nature period. The mechanic is a true professional who knows his job. I would give him the maximum grade of 10/10.

Caliber Collison was absolutely amazing to work with! Unfortunately, the headlights from my Jeep were stolen and a number of parts had to be replaced. I had a personal situation where I needed my car back as quickly as possible.Joe and Rick did everything possible to get me an appointment immediately. They assessed my car, ordered the parts that day and repaired my car back to perfect condition within my tight timeline.Thank you so much!

Wonderful treatment from start to finish.The team was straightforward, respected my time and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was surprised to see my car detailed when I picked up. I would have given 5 stars however, I have a small discrepancy, when I got inside my car I could see they tried their best to vacuum and wipe up the grey dust matter from the work done but it was not a good job. A for effort, F for execution. My entire car interior had to be professionally detailed to remove the dust matter that was lining my headboard, carpets, all seats, doors, and side panels. It was a mess! Could have prevented a lot of cleanup if the seats were covered in plastic and the floors covered as well.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This body shop is very good. Very communicative. And, when enterprise rental didn't care about my son's safety this body shop got involved and made sure we were OK. They were TIMELY. They left my car in good condition, it was actually cleaned up. Great service from start to finish. I was able to come in, drop off my car for repairs, and it was ready sooner than the quoted estimate time. They gave me options for ways to save money. And a year later, I called to get a copy of forms, they were kind, patient, and quickly able to provide me with what I needed. Thank you Joe!

Nick, Joe, and Lily at Caliber Collision were all very professional and courteous. Nick was great at keeping me informed on the progress of my repair. It turned out to be completed almost two weeks ahead of what the estimated timeframe was. Joe and Lily were very helpful in making sure I had a rental car that was provided by my insurance company. They called Enterprise for me who sent a driver to pick me up right at Caliber Collision. It was fast, easy, and convenient. I am very satisfied with the body work I had repaired. We brought my husband's Tundra back in February, and we couldn't be happier. The communications from the front desk to our advisor, were nothing short of fantastic! When we got the truck back, it looked brand new, and they walked us through everything they did. I recommend this body shop to anyone that needs work done on their car.

Stay away from this place. I brought my truck here for repairs from a state farm recommendation. From day one it was miserable. The business couldn t even submit my estimate to state farm. After 3 months of trying to get info on my claim, I pretty much gave up. I called many times, was always given the run around. Was told several times my advisor would call, never did. Then they started not answering the phones. Spent 2 weeks trying to call without an answer. So I ended up moving my claim to paint lux. Best decision I ever made. They had my truck in their shop in a week and had it back 2 weeks later. I will never use this shop.

5 stars is not enough at all for this place. The customer service is so welcomed and the work was done very professional. Mike Casella took care of my car after it was hit by semi-truck. The estimated time of repair was approx. 8 days, and what is surprise when Mike called me to inform me that my car is ready to be picked up in only 4 (!!!) days! My car is like new again - what`s an outstanding job! It`s definitely my place since now on with any question.Service: Body & Trim

Would highly recommend bringing your car here and don t make the same mistake and go to the dealership first, as I tried first and had nothing but 2+ month delay. Caliber Collision did an amazing job and was able to see my car with in a couple days. Turn around time was faster than I even imagined, it took about a little over a week to get my car back. Mike was amazing and kept me updated throughout the whole process. 10/10 serviceServices: Painting, Body & Trim
