I have serviced several vehicles with Apex for over 10 years, but I had a wonderful surprise on March 12th, when I went in for an oil change. I went in to pick up my Ford Explorer and found out they scratched my vehicle and didn't inform me about it, when I confronted them, they denied it even though their pictures before showed no scratch. THAT WAS MY LAST AND FINAL SERVICE FOR THEIR DISHONESTY.Additional Comments:I am not sure what exactly your manager told you, but he lied to you. He was actually very rude when he realized that the original pictures taken before the service didn't reflect the scratch and wanted to still cover it up. I asked him to take pictures with his phone, which clearly showed the damage, whereas the before pictures didn't. Unfortunately, you are in denial about what happened. Feel free to show the 360 before pictures showing the scratch. I respect and support small businesses but I don't appreciate the dishonesty. I do understand mistakes happen, and if you wanted to resolve the issue and make it right, you have all my contact information but you choose instead to listen to your manager who clearly have a reason to cover it up by lying to you.

They re very thorough. Anytime I ve had an issue they look for a solution. If WORK was done and I don t feel it satisfactory they re more than willing to go back and examine it and see what they can do. I ve only had that come up once but they took care of the situation and did fine. There was an issue, and it was at no charge. They give you a rundown on the vehicle of what is looking like it needs maintenance versus what is in good shape which gives your records a nice complete amount of information. If you do bring the car in and wait if you have an appointment they re fairly quick. And I have a nice clean, waiting room where you can actually get some work done while you re waiting and have some coffee. They seem reasonably priced. I m not one to leave reviews often but these guys definitely deserve a good five stars they do good work and they value their customers.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I brought my car in to Apex after my dust shield fell and started scraping on the road. Daniel and the other employees were so nice and understanding and took a look at my car right away. They quickly got it all fixed up and helped me with where to get my windshield fixed. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance! Wonderful place

First time visiting to get an oil change, tire rotation, and replace a broken horn assembly on my 2018 F150. The website that's used to update you on the status of your vehicle is very nice and the staff communicates very well. However, I was blown away by the fact that I was charged $300 to install a horn assembly that I provided myself. Walked out the door at just under $500, which was a huge surprise. Would be a 5 star review, but the cost isn't justified in my mind.

I've been to Apex a few times now. And the one thing that I really, really like. Is that the estimate that you receive is what the final cost is with no surprises. The waiting room and bathroom are very clean and there's also coffee if you prefer to drink some. The employees are always helpful with a smile.

I had an aftermarket suspension installed here. the first time it was installed the mechanic forgot to tighten down the adjustable bolts on top so the car would shift side to side when turning and was impossible to drive in the rain they also did not put the washers back onto the head of the suspension just bolts, after bringing this too there attention they Scheduled me a week out for the repair and to add the washers. after leaving my car there for the day I pick it up and there is still no washers so I go back in to ask why they are still missing and the manager told me he ordered stainless steel washers and would call me when they came in , that was two weeks ago. So they forgot the first time, forgot the 2nd time then forgot about me all together. these bolts without washers will eventually pull through the the aluminum frame one is already on the way, so I ll have to go buy more of them and do it myselfThe mechanic I believe his name is geo he was very polite and answered all my questions also Dre at the front desk was helpful and had good customer service but everyone else in there acts like you just walked into their party uninvitedI d go somewhere elseService: Steering & suspension repair

WOW what a pleasant surprise! I am usually concerned walking into an automotive shop, but Apex Automotive is where its at!! the overall ambiance is so welcoming and the staff, all nice things. I got the pleasure to deal with Anthony and Marcos. They were very informative and their knowledge on my vehicle was impressive. I felt like I was at a Lexus Dealer ship minus the sharks and the overpriced services. Apex Automotive was very fairly priced and I will continue to bring all my vehicles back to them! Thank you!!! My husband had brought our 2015 Mini Cooper Countryman John Cooper Works Edition to Apex about 6 months ago for an alignment referral from Costco and we LOVED the service this amazing team provided, so when it came time for the next oil change and the rear brakes needed to be done, we took our business right back to Fatih at Apex Automotive Wellington. He got us in for a same day appointment and they had our car all taken care of by the next morning. It would have been sooner but we didn't drop her (Yes, our Mini is named "Mini" and she is a female of course) off until later in the afternoon, so our baby's overnight slumber party was our fault, not the guys and gals at Apex. As always, we dealt directly with the big boss man, Fatih and he treated us like royalty. (I really love how he always offers the bottle of hand sanitizer any time I need to touch a document or sign something.) The oil change and brakes were done perfectly (as expected) and their "service with a smile" was evident, even though everyone was responsibly wearing a mask. We will ONLY ever bring Mini to Apex Automotive as they do an incredible job with servicing our baby, they have stellar customer service (Fatih always remembers to text messages us, which is our preferred method of communicating) and you can't beat the great value of their competitive pricing. If I say any more good stuff about them, it's going to sound like I was hired as their PR firm, but we really do love this Team and you will too. - RoniServices: Brakes, Oil change

I simply wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I have known Wes, the shop's owner, as an acquaintance for years. I've known him only to be a conscientious and pro-customer type of business person. Fatih, the shop Manager, carries the same torch, and truly is the consummate customer service agent. I would recommend ANYBODY, regardless of their automotive knowledge to patronize Apex Automotive. There you will find salt of the earth people who care about their customers, unlike some other auto shops that try to take advantage of those less knowledgeable. Lastly, the Apex mechanics are top notch. I have never had to bring one of my cars back to Apex after a repair. Do yourself a favor, go to Apex Automotive and spare yourself a bad experience elsewhere.

Apex automotive does quality work, if you are able to pay for it. They gave my older car a thorough inspection from top to bottom, and gave me great recommendations for what I need to look out for. There was a lot of work that could have been done and I appreciate everything they pointed out to me. I originally came here because they sent one of their discount coupons in the mail. Little did I know with discount it would still be 20% more expensive than other places.They use corporate pricing, so all their parts are marked way up. For reference, they quoted me $250 dollars for changing the serpentine belt, $100 for a belt and $150 for labor. Got it replaced elsewhere for $100 total.Steve is great at the front, but the other guy up front kept trying to convince me to go through with 1000s of dollars of preventative(and unnecessary) service for a car worth 5k.Long story short, they will do quality work on your cars and keep them running great, but you can definitely find service for half the price. Great shop. Straight forward and knew what they where doing. When they tried to up sell me tires I told them I knew I needed tires and they where on my list. They didn't ask me again.

I wanted to thank Manager, Daniel Justus & Assistant Manager, Dre Mathis. Dre went above & beyond. I got a paid for Lyft ride to get a paid for rental car. Our car was ready the next morning...maybe same night, but they didn't call. Also, car went there twice & wasn't repaired. I blame Carmax. The car they sold us either is unable to be repaired, or they don't want it to be repaired until the warranty expires. Anyway, Apex also has a nice, quiet, private waiting room there as well.

Coupons are a FRAUD!! If you get a coupon, it is to draw you in and then they won't accept it! They will make up an excuse on why the coupon you have doesn't work! Please, don't go here and waste your time, go somewhere else!

I have had a couple of experiences with Apex Auto and both have been excellent. Recent was a pleasant experience getting an alignment job done. Right from setting up the appointment, service by professional staff, waiting in a clean area and having the before & after alignment metrics explained. The front engine splash cover of my car detached itself and I called last minute on a Friday to see if they could help. They checked my car a couple of hours later, and even though they couldn t help fixing the main issue, they tried to reattach the part so it wouldn t drag and break until I got to the dealership. Great customer service.

After reading all the great reviews I took a chance and brought my Jeep in for a few checks I needed. I appreciate the team at Apex, their honesty and advice. I had been to a local dealership and felt I was being taken advantage of. I will be back as this team did a great job on both what is needed and not needed to maintain my used vehicle. Highly recommend.

Took my wife s car in for an issue with idle/stop. They checked EVERYTHING and could not find anything wrong or reproduce the issue. When I went to pickup the car there was No Charge !!Things like that are rare any more. But it happened before. Took my truck in for an AC issue. They diagnosed the problem but informed me that it would cost $500 to fix, but if I took it back to the dealer it should be covered by the warranty. Even called the dealer to confirm. The dealer fixed it for no cost to me!Twice at Apex Automotive they went above and beyond- when either of our vehicles need service I will take them to Apex.

I have been taking my vehicle to Apex Automotive since I moved back to Florida 9 years ago. I have always appreciated the prompt service and friendly atmosphere. They have the greatest waiting area. Always clean and comfortable. I have never had any pressure tactics to up my bill but I have trusted them when they tell me I do need something after they have looked over my vehicle. There has never been a problem with any work that they have done on my cars. It is a good feeling to have a reputable place to take your car. I also love it that they are tech savvy.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

I've been to Apex on 3 different occasions. Every single time they take care of exactly what I need throw in a little extra look to make sure I'm 100% before getting back out on the road. Highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of work. Needed to replace a transmission for a Chevrolet Colorado, and after reading a couple of reviews (and being short on time), I stopped at Apex Automotive.On arrival, I was greeted by Paul who explained everything in detail and made me feel good about the repair. After a full inspection of top to bottom, and the aforementioned transmission replacement, truck is running good as new.Big fan of the staff, as well. Paul took the time to explain to me where the transmission was damaged and how to handle it. The guys are the shop are very knowledgeable and honest. The best part is the text/app based updates that tell you what is being done with the car, annotates the order and price, and I even got pictures of the diagnostic screen.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. When I took my truck in for regular service and a heater issue, several more service items on my truck were identified and explained to me. Although the total cost was substantial, it was work that needed to be done. I trust Apex to keep my vehicles in good, safe running condition.They are always more reasonably priced than the dealers. Faith is excellent at keeping in touch and the courtesy ride to pick up my newly washed truck was a great perk.Service: General repairs & maintenance
