Out of state on Christmas eve. Car in front of us hit a piece of steel in the road, kicked it up and went through our radiator. Called AAA and Frank came out with a flatbed. He was kind, accommodating and helpful to get our car safely stored till after Christmas. Had Pro Car do the repairs. They finished the job within two days and at a fair price. They knew we had get back to Connecticut by a certain date. They were fair and reliable. Would recommend their services.

Wow your right about the driver and the older gentleman with glasses great guys even helped me push my car outside the fence! but this little rude sucker at the counter made me mad enough to want to put hands on him!! They towed my car cause I broke down on the interstate never bothered to call me to let me know anything so when I came back with trailer that evening I found it was taken it had only been there 11hrs!! So when I finally found my car they charged me $509.75 cash!! I only came up with $500 cash so he told me I could go to the ATM up the road and get the other $9.75!! Well my cousin happened to have $10 on her and lent it the trainy was locked up so I asked if they could move it out side the fence cause they closed in 20 minutes and he said he could tow it out for another $50 so I had my girlfriend steer the car I got it out of gear and had to push it by hand out of fence before they closed!! So now my kids are screwed out of part of their gifts for Christmas I lost my job dealing with trying to recover my only transportation and this little inconsiderate guy here just poking the lion so to speak!! The worst experience I have ever had with any business hands down!!

AAA sent them my dispatch at 12:45am and it is now 6:38am and they STILL haven t made it out to me. Ive called all 3 numbers on their website and none of them work. AAA has tried to contact them and they cancel the call. So much for 24 hour service. I m 3 hours into a 40 hour drive and Ive been stuck waiting on this company for 6 hours. Gotta love it.

Place looks like a scrap yard, very difficult to work work, took two weeks to get my husband's property and had to use the insurance company to get it to happen. Very difficult people to work with.

Just got towed by these guys (via AAA). What a great experience. The gentleman was polite & really helpful. Took my car to my home..about 10 miles. He noticed there was no coolant, said it could possibly be a leak. He took the time to fill it with water for me & I was then able to move my car under cover. Just great service. Highly recommend this company.

Jordan was excellent in providing customer service that exceeded my expectations. He was patient and accommodating in helping me get my items out of my vehicle. His demeanor helped me process my loss of my car better. He deserves the recognition and a promotion. I enjoyed the Pro Car & Towing Repair experience.

I needed an emergency tow at Okahumpka Service Plaza. We waited for a different row for over 3 hours. Mike from Pro Car Towing called me directly to see if I still needed a tow. Mike honestly went above and beyond to help me out while other towing company chose different jobs. Thanks again Mike. He was extremely polite and helpful . I highly recommend

On a trip from Indianapolis to Indian Shores Florida we were only 99 miles from our destination when our 2017 Honda CRV made a horrible noise and we exited ASAP at Wildwood, Fla.Most scary feeling for a 70 year old couple is unknown auto trouble far from home.We called AAA (it was our first time) and they directed us to Pro Car Towing for a tow. Thank God we were blessed by one of the nicest guys I have ever met. He looked under the car and knew what the problem was and said to our pleasant surprise, you don t need a tow, I can fix it here and you ll be on your way. The gentleman s name was FRANK and he was truly the most professional, friendly and knowledgeable auto guy I have ever dealt with. I wish we had him in Indianapolis. Frank, actually called me the next day to make certain we arrived at our destination ok. You don t find that kind of service anymore.If you are in reasonable radius of PRO CAR TOWING AND AUTO REPAIR, please know how blessed you are to have an auto mechanic and towing this honest and professional near you.Frank, I will sing you praises to whoever will listen to demonstrate how THERE ARE STILL AMAZING BUSINESS PEOPLE AROUND.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Frank came and towed my car from Leesburg to Orlando. He was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. He put my mind at ease during a stressful situation. Couldn t recommend a better person to tow your car!

The tow truck drivers are good. The worker in the office he over prices parts, is rude most of the time. Causing the business to lose a lot of money. Don't care for the business. Call and ask for a part, you wait forever for it or even lucky if you even get the part.

My name is James and driver Jordan came to Sumterville at a Sunoco gas station off of us-301 to tow my dads 2002 Harley Davidson ultra classic and it was probably the best towing experience we ve ever had. Jordan came to our aid on his day off and was an absolute help. We had no cell phone service (barely I had to walk around to be able to call them) and he towed us an hour 36 miles to sorrento and he is a great conversationalist as well if I ever need a tow in that area again I will definitely be requesting Jordan. Thanks y all for all y all do.

Thanks jordan !! This man has came to my rescue I had a prelude that I was unable to drive home from Brooksville to Riverview they came quickly and we're very helpful when nobody else came through! So grateful to have had them help me.this is my own review because this is how I felt so hopefully you guys won't think twice and give these guys your business you won't be sorry.besides their tow trucks look bad ass lol you da man jordan

I wanted to add a good review for one of the drivers.Jordan was fabulous.Courtious ,polite and knows his stuff.I had to ride with him for over an hour and I really enjoyed talking to him.He made the bad morning of being stuck on 1.75 alot better to deal with.Thank you Jordan
