Honest, knowledgeable, reasonably priced. Corey does what he says he will, when he says it will be done. He does it right the first time and documents everything. He's extremely good at communication. We trust him implicitly.

Cory is exceptionally knowledgeable and proficient in his craft, and Amanda is professional and thorough when providing quotes for service and explaining all of the administrative aspects. Based on my experience with RV industry technicians, I would not trust anyone else to work on my rig. If you want a company that values integrity and quality services, then Monster is for you. They won't upsell you with unnecessary services, their pricing is more than fair, and they value their customers! Hydraulic hoses for leveling jack ruptured and Monster Mobile RV diagnosed, special ordered hoses and fittings, removed old and installed new in a very reasonable time without spilling a drop of hydraulic fluid on the ground. Professional yet personable team that provided great follow up communication to schedule multiple visits to complete the work hired to do. I highly recommend them for RV/travel trailer repairs!

As a previously satisfied customer, I must now inform potential customers that I have been very disappointed with Monster Mobile's lack of customer service. After the first appointment, I asked to have an estimate and an appointment for additional RV work. I never received any communication from MMRR...I tried contacting them. I was told MMRR forgot about me and they would contact me soon...have NOT heard from them. That was about 3 months ago! RVers who might want to use their services....BEWARE!Service: Air conditioning

Cory put so much hard work into understanding my exact RV issues, and it really paid off. Thanks to his focus, determination, going the extra mile and managing all of the complexities of this project, I could not have found any other company on the planet that was better in overall understanding of my RV needs and repairing.Never mind their reasonable prices. Monster RV repair is now on the top of my speed dial for future repairs. Monster can handle it all!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 5 Star all the way.

Cory and Amanda arrives as scheduled to review some pending maintenance work I was requesting on my RV. We reviewed my work list and they both went relight to work inspection and investigating my request.They spent about and hour and half investigating my request. Cory and Amanda were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about their work. Very impressed with the level of detail and knowledge they displayed. After their inspections , they sat down with me to review their finding and presented several options for repair. I couldn t have found a better couple to work with.A nice inspiration in today s businessUpdate 6/21Monster RV just completed a long list of roof replacement and equipment replacements that was quoted 01/21.Work has been completed beyond my expectations.Safety was upmost throughout the project, mater cleanup was done on a daily basis. Cory and Amanda at Monster Mobile RV are very professional, friendly, and excellent at running their family owned/operated business! I called them on a Sunday and left a message and received a call back 11 minutes later! We needed our A/C replaced and if they could have gotten the A/C unit that day, they would have done it for a nominal emergency fee up-charge but they would have done it! Amanda asked all the right questions to get the exact A/C that we needed and went the extra mile to get us the right A/C at the right price. They ended up coming out on Tuesday (today) within hours of them receiving the A/C. The communication throughout this process was top notch. Their method of taking payment was easy and streamlined. The price was very reasonable. Cory is so knowledgeable and offers his expertise without trying to sell you anything. As a matter of fact, Amanda had some excellent tips she shared with us as well. I can't say enough good about this business and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We will definitely be using them in the future! Thank you, Cory and Amanda!Service: Air conditioning

Monster Mobile is the place to call if you need anything fixed on your RV. From the first phone call, the quote, emails back and forth, to taking out my old AC and installing the new one. Absolutely flawless! Very rare these days! I received text messages when they were on their way too! Cory & Amanda know how to run a business, and Cory did a great job replacing my AC. Corey & Amanda are extremely trustworthy, Reliable, & Honest. I have been using them for about a year now. My latest service involved is installing a new sump pump for my outdoor kitchen sink & installing a manual switch to control timing of when the pump operates. Also Corey performed a generator service. Monster Mobile RV should be your 1st call for any service needed for on your RV! Thanks for all you do!

Amanda listened to my issues with my Living quarters horse trailer, scheduled my appointment, Cory showed up on time, did thorough assessment of entire trailer. We then walked through together and I addressed my issues and he his assessment and we came up with repair plan. Cory and Amanda are a great pair and did a very professional job. I had bought an older trailer, they replaced, hot water system, toilet, cooling components of refrigerator, generator carburetor, resealed roof top and many other things. Monster Mobile has been great in our two experiences having them come out, diagnose, and then repair the issues that we were having with our camper! Their customer service has been top notch as well! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing to have work done on their campers!

Cory and Amanda are very attentive towards their customers. They are detailed in the way that they handle everything from the first phone call for service. They ask questions so as to better diagnose issues over the phone. Their prices beat those at a repair shop. They are timely, and consistent. I have used them twice now for maintenance issues I could not do on my own. They will be back again to take care of other maintenance issues in the future. Contacted Cory hoping to have him repair our Precision Temp water heater. After a short conversation we agreed on a time and setup an appointment . Within a day I received a professional typed itemized estimate from Amanda (Cory s wife) covering all expected costs. The morning of service I received a text notifying me Cory was on his way, he arrived well within the time frame specified in the estimate. He was very pleasant, professional and truly interested in doing a first class job. Cory spent about 2-3 hours more than expected because of inherent issues and throughly doing an above and beyond job. He treated the job like he owned the RV. When time to settle I asked the price and he said the estimate was the price. He was willing to bite the bullet and stick with the estimate even though he would loose money on the job. Cory and Amanda started their business in January this year and with this type of service, dedication and honesty they will be around for a long time. Highly recommend them. Amanda/Cory thanks for fixing our hot water heater and getting me out of hot water with the wife.

We hired Monster Mobile RV to repair our awnings. Amanda and Cory were a pleasure to deal with. It is obvious that they take pride in their work and conduct business with courtesy and professionalism. They were very Responsive, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Will recommend to our fellow camping friends!
