Thank you for being there for us when we were having issues with our RV. We were traveling on I-75 and started having substantial issues with our Class A unit.I was fortunate to find M&N through Goggle and from the time I called them to the time we left, they were genuinely interested in getting us back on the road!Even though I eventually needed to be referred to another shop, Nathan s knowledge and understanding of our issue, precisely pinpointed the issue and told us exactly where we needed to get it resolved!Thanks again for proving there still are good people that understand the meaning of professional Customer Service!

Nathan and Cody are the absolute best. We got a friends 4 runner stuck under water in some off road trails after dark. They have all the equipment and know how to do the work. Great dudes. Hope I never have to use their service again but if I do I know who I m callin!

After a blow out on I75 we waited for AAA 4 hours. Finally, the FDOT road ranger suggested I call a local towing company and I finally found M and N. They had an available truck and he was there within an hour, loaded our car and took us to our town tire shop. He made sure we were safe and had a ride home. Both the dispatcher and driver were professional, kind, and prompt with their service. I hope never to need them again, but if I do and am in FL, I will call M and N first!

If you go here ask for David. Took my truck up to M&N to have breaks and rotors done. He went above and beyond by inspecting my truck (very observant) and letting me know what else needed to be repaired. David is very knowledgeable and understood the diagnostic results well enough to explain in terms I would understand. I could not be more happier with the work this mechanic did for me and would bring any of my vehicles to David for repair.

Nick came to my rescue on I-75 on a Sunday morning when my travel trailer had a bearing break down. It melted the spindle so needed a new axle, which Nate promptly found and replaced. Excellent service and communication! If I lived anywhere nearby, would use them again no question.

My truck was no longer building air pressure, Nathan with M&N came and picked my truck up on a flatbed took it back to their shop, diagnosed and repaired the issue. Great prices and they always answer their phones and care. Thanks guys

We couldn't be happier with the service! Brought in two travel trailer tires that had blown out. We were so fortunate they stock those tires! It would have put us days behind on our trip if we would have had to wait for them to be shipped.Nathan gave us tips on how to get our trailer high enough to put the jack. In and out in about 25 minutes. Kudos to him and his crew!

Had a brake chamber pop as soon as I left Niagara in Groveland. After calling around for service I came across this company and Nathan was BEYOND welcoming and reassuring about handling the job. So I went with it!I called about 530pm, around 7pm got Cameron who was in contact every step of the way with getting the part arrived about 10pm no issue with that whatsoever!Original job couldn't get done due to issue with the part but service was complete and it got me rolling as Nathan was certain he could with or without a part!! Appreciate the business and honesty I will certainlu use this company when I am in the area again!

My semi trailer blew a hub bearing on Easter weekend. Local truck stop wouldn't touch the repair.M & N sent out a tech on Saturday. Got us mobile to their shop.Nathan and his team worked on the repair until 9:30pm, in the rain, including a new spindle, and had the work completed Monday after receiving the new parts.Stellar service, rare to find these days and Nathan was in contact regularly to keep me updated.A huge thank you to Nathan and his staff.

Great job!! Very professional, great communication, fair pricing. Casey and his crew took care of cab air bags and 5th wheel air bags on our Freightliner haul truck. These guys did what they said they would do and on time! No issues, no worries! They are the best. If you are heading thru central Florida and need service or repairs do not hesitate to work with these guys. They are the real deal!

Nathan from M & N rescued us from our flat tire on our RV as we blew a tire while traveling N of I-75, north of Tampa. He responded to our call in about an hour while others said they couldn t help us for 3 hours. Nathan was upbeat and friendly. He even called ahead to a campground near his place of business. The next day we went to his business to have our bearings packed. We highly recommend Nathan and his crew.

I didn't use them but I heard they were really good. And they couldn't get a tow truck for me? They said all theirs was broke down. They quoted me $170 for the tow if they did work on my truck if they would waive the $170 tow truck fee. But when I needed the truck to be towed they had nothing available so I think somebody shouldn't have spoke and said they would waive the $170 but I could be wrong? so I went to DJ's transmission in Zephyrhills

My car wouldn't shift out of park. Casey promptly towed the car to his garage. He found the problem and fixed it without having to order a part. I appreciated that he didn't pad the bill. Charges were fair. Very friendly and professional; as were his employees.

Traveling and experienced a major problem with our vehicle. It was a Fridayand nearing 5pm. They went way above and beyond to go get the part from a different city, and install it for us to get back on the road in a few hours rather than having us have to wait until Mon to make it happen.VERRRRY IMPRESSED and Grateful for their excellent service!

110 percent satisfied! We needed our RV and Shed moved and had no clue who to call. Thankfully a friend in the RV park gave us this company name and number and within 24 hours everything was done! The owner is one of a kind as far as making sure we knew exactly when they would be here and he sent us his top man Casey, who turned out to be super helpful. I cannot say enough about their work ethics in a day where we no longer see such high standards. When Casey saw my husband had copd and needed help he even threw in moving the stairs for free!! If you need help moving an RV or shed and probably many other jobs that I just don t know about, you will not regret calling M and N here in Florida. . Forever grateful, John and Sandi Griffith

Called him with a car that was stuck. He told me an hour but never showed up.Update: blue tsx in a farm you said you recognized the car you had towed previously. I had to leave the car as i couldn't get it on my trailer

So I broke down on 75. Called them for a road service on my semi. I told them it was an orange that pushed out. Instead of coming out and charging me. The owner looked up the part found he didn't have it in stock so called peterbilt went and picked up the whole injector line and repaired it. The installer was very nice and fixed it in a timely matter. Great people and willing to help at a phone call notice. I am now having them fix another problem I have do to the professional way they acted and worked done on my truck. I will continue to come back to them. I travel 75 all the time. They have a future customer

I needed my tires rotated before my trip home. Everyone was very courteous & pleasant. They jumped on the task and had me out of there in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. The one concern for safety sake is I would like to see them check lug nut torgue after impacting lugs back on.

Trust in these guys. They replaced my starter. A few days later it went out again. It was the day before Xmas at closing time and they came to get me an hour away, towed me back, and stayed late to get me back on the road, and didn't charge me a dime. This is a company with great work ethic and people skills! After a terrifying ride in a Motorhome with with a blown front tire, we were able to contact a person that reassured us that they would take care of us asap. We were back on the road in no time! Good job!

This place is awesome. Our jeep liberty broke down in the middle of a 12 hour trip at night. Nathan towed our jeep to his shop and took us to a hotel. He called us to let us know the problem. He returned the next day and took us to a car rental place so that we could continue our trip and assured us he would have our jeep ready on our way back. He kept us informed of his progress. Sure enough the jeep was ready when we returned. His prices were more than fair and the work was professional. Nathan of M and N has to be one of the most good hearted people I have ever met.i highly recommend his shop. I can not thank him enough.

This company was called out to fix my box truck in which he stated the alternator was bad on it , so he charged me $877.50 to for parts & labor not even an hour & half later my truck breaks back down I had to call another b company to fix it since my driver was too far out , they new company says your alternator is bad i said how we just got it fixed an hour & half ago . So now I had to come out of pocket an additional $1200 to get my alternator REPLACED again within an hour & half time span . I called the company let them know what happened , they acted as if they would return the money for the bad part if I showed them a receipt from the new company , so as I was told k emailed the receipt , gave them a call etc !! NOTHING BUT SILENCE !! He has yet to refund me myMoney or return any more emails or calls !! DO NOT USE THEM !! Hand your business like professionals not scammers !

My husband, our 10 month old, and myself went on our first vacation together to Tampa. On our way back home the car stopped working around 4pm on 75 north. I was a mess, worried about us and the baby. Sobbing on the phone with Casey. Was not even an hour before he came and got us on the side of the road, took us to a hotel to stay for the night, and was back on the road by 11 the next day. It was only the mass air sensor, but they were so wonderful!

Brought my truck in for A crank sensor and injector cups. I was told that the truck needed two injectors and an idm as well. I told them to fix what was needed. I received the truck back. The crank sensor was fixed as promised. The injector cups failed. I brought the truck back and 25 days later after more than 50 calls not returned I got my truck back with 2 bad injectors running worse than when I brought it to them. They once again are ignoring my calls. I would highly recommend not using this business. 2100.00 spent and I have a truck that I can t use. I am asking for 1/2 my money back to get it fixed. No answer. For the first time in my life I will be taking this business to court.

I found the last honest mechanic in the state of Florida. Nate went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my truck back fast, so I could return to work. Prices are fair, honest and the work is exceptional. I will definitely use this shop in the future and I highly recommend it!

We had to have my husband s truck towed today and driver Jacob was awesome! The whole experience was great! The price was reasonable and fair as well.Will definitely use again if needed. Thank you for great service!
