Had them do an oil change and "tire rotation" (extra charge, normally included elsewhere). I paid extra for the tire rotation for the express purpose of having the brake pads checked. When they went to ring me up I asked about the condition of the brakes. They seemed confused. "We didn't check that." I paid for it. The owner told the tech to go back and check it because "it's supposed to be done with every tire rotation". Which makes me wonder if my tires were even rotated. I'll find somewhere else in the future.

On the road for over two hours driving from miami, FL until my tire blew. Being the only tire shop that was opened in the area and the time being 4:20PM they was able to take care of me even though they was about to close down the shop. Big thanks to the team would ve have been stuck there for the weekend but OK tire shop was able to get me back on the road. Best customer service and generally cared about my emergency situation.

I Went In There To Get Alingment On My Car Trusting My Car In There Hands And They Did It Wrong, If It Wasnt Beacuse My Husband Was Doing Oil Change He Wont Of Noticed That They Didnt Tighten The Knots On My Car! I Went In To Tell The Man Jesse To Go And See The Car Because I Was Traveling Out Of State That Night And He Said No Because He Was close And I Asked For A Refund Because The Job Was Not Done Right And He Said No Only A $25 Refund After I Had Payed $1000 For A Job To Be Done Right. Always Double Check They Do There Work Right. So Disappointed

The guys at superior OK were excellent.. fast and friendly... replaced my 5th wheel tires in record time and got me back on the road... pleasure doing business with them..Definitely will be back.. highly recommended

Best place in town to get work done on your car/truck. In and out in under 15 mins and did an amazing job patching the mail in our tire.

This place is a scam. Go in for a tire, dropped off my vehicle. 2� hours later no call or communication so I call only to be told they don't have the tire in stock, they had to order it. They took it upon themselves to other services to the car which I did not agree to and be damned if they were gonna have me pay for services I did not sign off to. Definitely do not recommend to go here. I'd much rather stick to more American mechanics.

Not a long wait. Everyone was friendly and had a good attitude towards customers. I went there with a small tire repair, he gave me my options and told me which option he thought was the best one. I agreed and appreciated that. I use them for my tire repairs. I trust them and get good value for my money

They got me in immediately, Jesse listened carefully to my issue. Service was excellent, I felt completely comfortable in their hands. You don t stay in business for 45 years unless you re doing something very right. They are reasonable and very friendly.

Both a friend and I had our oil changed and tire rotation before heading north. These folks were quick, reasonably priced and friendly. I will definitely keep them in mind next time I am in the area.

Parts changers only, no mechanics.They fixed most of the problems I asked them to. Now, I have different problems that didn't exist before. I have a rubbing sound by the rear, right wheel.Seems like they tried to sabotage one of the fan belts, too.

Actually did not have any work done here, but I wanted to give a shout out to Jeffy. I called just before closing looking for someone who could rescue us with our flat tire (cuz AAA was another 2 hours out and we'd already waited an hour). Jeffy said, "I know a guy" His guy turned out to be out of state, but he sent his grandson! Thanks Jeffy, for both answering the phone and being willing to help

Outstanding customer service work. Went the extra mile and above and beyond to help one of my route drivers in a time of need. Even after being closed after hours he helped my driver get back on the road! Absolutely awesome

I've been getting my oil changed here for 2 years and it's the best place around! They're always polite, on time and the prices are great. I pay less here than the Walmart Auto Center!

Earlier this week my car had a flat tire on eastbound CR636. Had the car towed back to Superior OK Tire Store in Wauchula.The tire was obliterated and my spare is useless (the car is 20 years old and the "donut" has dry-rot). The Superior OK Tire people were wonderful with their service, put a new tire on for a reasonable price, and I was on my way! Thank you!
