BAD management, over charged us on site and electric. I Have reached out to the owner and manager,and still Noone has reached out to us. Website price is wrong so don't rely on that!! Manager treats people like a child. She is very confused and seems to not know how to work the computer system. Pool didn't work. Glad the people around us were pleasant or we'd have left.

SLUM LORD WARNING Beware of prices doubling and no attempts to repair flood damage from previous years despite the continuous requests for lighting and amenities to be repaired. The club house even leaks still when it rains with no professional attempt to repair any of it. Even the newly laid brick pads become a lake with hook-ups under water after only a few minutes! Majority of the park is a dumping ground, from double wides that have completely fallen apart to cars garbage and concrete piled everywhere. Have been nothing but disappointed since we arrived and the more we learn the more we know we will never be back!Safety: Unsafe at night for walking and beware of garbage piles with vermin.

Really enjoyed our month long stay at Little Charlie Creek in Wauchula, Florida. They have very nice facilities, pool, spa, clubhouse, shuffleboard and pickleball. It's a nice place to walk around or ride a bike. The new concrete block patios are lovely, other sites are grass sites with a concrete patio ( not all in the best shape). They are far enough away from a large road that you don't usually hear the road noise. It is next to a small road with little traffic. Activities are planned by the guests. Will stay again.

DO NOT COME HERE!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Don t get hoodwinked like we did, owner boasts about a heated pool and new washers and dryers but the pool hasn t work in 3 years, and 3 out of 4 new dryers need to be replaced!! Owner refuses to pay professionals to fix anything, from exposed wiring systems and electric hook ups not working, to leaks in club house roof and broken pads and path ways!!Owners only interested in raising costs and neglects everything else! Both are bold face liars and will blame volunteer workers who are in no way certified to do majority of the work he expects of them! DO NOT BELIEVE FACEBOOK REVIEWS All reviews on their Facebook are done by the owners and anything truthful is removed!!!90% of people left will not be returning!!! Free wifi is actually a paid amenity if you so chose but does not reach your RV site, can only use in the club house for a guaranteed connection.Safety: Extremely unsafe do to unstable paths and very broken and lifted pads. Majority of path lights do not work, most of the park is a dump site to this day with animals all throughout!Walkability: Unsafe at night and during the day due to poor lightly, foot paths, obstacles and huge dump pills in front of pickle ball courts and trails!Noteworthy details: Typical slum lord with multiple Trailer parks (no where close to the quality of an RV Resort) with all residents from here, Arcadia, and beyond extremely disgusted but no matter the complaints or concerns put forward, owners continue to disregard and focus on raising prices with majority of amenities unusable!

Stayed here for about a month in July/Aug with my husband and 9 month old. We enjoyed the pool, it was so refreshing on those hot days. All the residents and staff we talked to were friendly, a lot of them were excited to have a baby around and my son loved the attention!

What a gem! Called late on Friday of Memorial Day weekend and found availability. Our site was paved and easily accessible for all of our hook ups. Park was modern and clean. Pool was amazing. Everyone we met was super friendly. Quick access to the Peace River where we went fossil hunting. Had a blast! Will definitely be back!

Little Charlie Creek RV is a great place to stay. The property is clean and quiet. The staff very pleasant and helpful to work with, and the beds are comfortable.Thank you to all for a nice place to stay!Barbara

This is a Mickey Mouse outfit! They do not ever answer their calls (goes to voicemail). After requesting a camp spot, they replied by e-mail that one is available and that I will be contacted.Nothing! Called them few days later and received another mail that they will call the next day. Stayed home all day long - nothing! All I can say is - don't even bother to go there.

Just a few months ago this park was a total disaster area now just about four months later the park is in really good condition mainly because of a woman named Leah ann. I personally think without her this park would not be in the shape it is now, thank you Leah Anne for getting us back up and running. If your thinking of visiting central Florida check us out! You won't be disappointed.

Management consist of helpful, professional and excellent people whom go above and beyond your typical RV resort staff. Peaceful, relaxing, amenities/grounds well kept.

I love this park! It is peaceful welcoming with a family feel. We are staying in a park model that is cozy cute homey and filled with all you need other than bedding The dog park is great and folks pick up after their dogs. The park is well kept and the manager is kind. Offering help is anyway needed. If your looking for a relaxed peaceful place to stay this is it.Thank you so much Little Charlie Creek Campground!You have given us a home away from home.

Our family came to Little Charlie's to spend time with my parents who were close by. We are a close-knit family and we homeschool our children. We teach our children to be respectful and mindful of those around us. While staying at the campground, we decided to take a day to swim and enjoy the on site pool and hot tub. It was in the middle of the afternoon (around 2:00), and there were no other guests in the pool, but our family. My children were having fun, playing and swimming, but only for a short while. The owner came over and very rudely told my children they were being too loud! As stated, there was no one else at or around the pool at this time, and my children were not being overly rambunctious or annoying. They were being typical kids and having fun. The owner's approach however, was completely unacceptable. My children were so hurt and upset that they had gotten scolded. My youngest even said, "Why was he so mean? We didn't even do anything wrong!" It's one thing to guide children, but another thing to break their spirits, and there was absolutely no reason for the owner to act in this manner. All verbiage about this location, whether online, or through signage throughout the park, should clearly state, "No one under age 55 welcome. No children aloud." I wouldn't want another family to deal with the rudeness we encountered. With all the positive memories made in Florida this memory is by far one of the worst and I unfortunately can not erase this memory from my children's minds. Also, beware of renting the trailers. Our trailer had a hole in the floor, air conditioners that only partially worked, and stained mattresses to sleep on.

Brian and Mrs. Leeanne are fantastic hosts , the RV park is the cleanest and one of the most beautiful landscaped places I've ever been! Great pool and hot tub, tennis courts, and grand meeting area indoors. The entire stay was just amazing . I'll be visiting again as soon as they have space available! Only 1 mile from town of Wachula and even less to Walmart. I stayed 11 nights while getting my Powered Paragliding training and enjoyed every minute of it. I believe you will as well !

There is some upside and some downside to Little Charlie Creek RV park!Down side is nothing,Upside is no matter your age they will always make you apart of the LCC family and for anyone with kiddos that live in an rv for your work or just relocation it s nice to know there is a good place to call HOME!!!

I visited a friend that stays there, she showed me around. It's a very clean place. It has laundry facility, clean showers and rest room, pool, shuffle board, tennis court,bikes you can use,they show movies outside, horseshoe toss. I really enjoyed it there.friendly people

We have stayed here since March, it's a very low key place. Nice library, and clubhouse. Bathrooms are clean and we'll kept. Laundry has plenty of washers and dryers. Only draw back us no pool. New owners say they are installing one this summer. Town has a few restaurants, Winn Dixie, Bealls, Dollar tree and bowling alley. Oh and Walmart less than mile away. Lots of fast food places.

Great neighborhood, well maintained with great manager and owners. The owners have redone all the roads, added pool and pickle ball courts, pull through paver sites and they are adding additional landscaping. The lot rents are very fair, check their website for rates. Close to Walmart and other shopping as well as restaurants in Wauchula.

It was bad a couple years ago. Now it is Horrible the rates have skyrocket and the place looks bad. From what I have heard I'm glad I don't go there anymore. They have new owners now that have gone completely off their rocker. Good luck if you stay in there wish you luck. They have no pool or any activity its in an area of mining and the the road are bad. The town north of them is very small and no shopping the town south only has a Walmart. I don't think I would waste my money when I can lots more for a lot less at other parks. The only reason I gave them one star was it's the lowest I could go. Hope you have more money then me just to pay the electric bill.

This place is great, very clean and well kept has nice roads, sites, public restrooms and showers are very nice. The managment was welcoming and polite. They have loaner bicycles that where great for an evening ride. Plan on waving alot everyone says hello. Will definitely go back!

Love this campsite. Manager is super friendly!! Pool and hot tub are great, bath house is the best!!! I'm not super fond of Wauchula but if I had to stay near there I would stay at charlie creek.

I called to find out the rates and different site types and LEANN yelled at me that this is not the park for me because I was speaking loudly. (I am Italian and French and talk with a loud tone.I explained I simply talk loudly and she yelled again this is not the park for me and hung up on me.Rude as hell. I was looking for annual rate with most likely renewing my lease for the following 4 years. 5 years worth of business thrown away because she doesn't have proper customer service skills. Sure wish the old owners were still there.

The area was beautiful. I had not trouble sleeping during the day as I worked at night. My neighbors were friendly and helpful. The pool was wonderful.

Very crowded, our group was scattered throughout the area. We did not get exclusive use of clubhouse as promised. Some members had their reservation lost by the park. Had trouble getting thru to the office for reservations, and some of our members were treated rudely.

A nice, quiet, RV park tucked between the Peace River and Little Charlie's Creek. The location is ideal because it's off the main highway but still in a convenient location to Wauchula. There is a large Clubhouse and very clean showers and bathrooms, a laundry, shuffle board and nice paved, streets. At this time, December 2016, there is no swimming pool.

The owners are involved in running a drug den with tenants of the RV park. The police are called every weekend for noise control and doing drug deals but yet the new owners do not evict them. In my opinion because the drug dealers are paying them off. The water goes out at least twice a week every week. If I could leave this place ZERO stars I would. Go elsewhere. This is not a safe community nor is it for 55 and over anymore.
