Excellent work on the tune up for our 1990 Dodge Ram. This is our winter home so the quick, efficient & conscience job was a big thing for us. Thank you again, Scott, for getting us back in the road so quickly and having the van run so well again. If we're in the area, you're our "Go To" Guy.

Avoid this place like the plague! Worst customer service and completely unprofessional!Brought my truck in for a steering gear box change. Tells me it will take one day. Drop my truck off on a Friday morning, 7:30 am. I call and check 4 times throughout the day. He only answered once, at 2:00 pm, and tells me he's working on it. I call at 5pm, which is closing time, and he doesnt answer. So, my truck stays in there over night. Call back Saturday, AND THEY ARE CLOSED. ALL WEEKEND. Call first thing Monday morning, he tells me that he wasn't able to get to it Friday (after he told me he was working on it already) and that it will be taken care of today. I call 3 times during the day, noone answers. I go up there at 4pm, he tells me he hasn't even touched my truck.I tell him this is ridiculous, I want my keys, I'm leaving. THE GUY CUSSES ME OUT. Yeah, really.And to top it off, he left my $400 Redhead steering box out in the back of my truck all weekend for anyone to steal. Thankfully they didn't. But it rained about 4 inches, and now there is rust on the bolts and gearbox.Scott Lang is an angry little man. Don't let all the cars out in front of his shop give you the false impression that he is busily working on them. They are out there because he doesn't know what he's doing and can't fix them.

UNPROFESSIONAL/SMUG/RUDE/CARELESS/KNOW IT ALLS...I've got to say these guys are the most unprofessional careless jerks I've ran into in this county.They let an old lady drive off from their shop with EVERY SINGLE lug on EVERY SINGLE wheel loose and 3 of 5 lugs on one wheel completely missing by the time she was able to pull over to safety.When these two guys, Scott and his very reputable mechanic (the one who left all the lugs loose) arrived on scene they didn't find it a big deal that they put this old lady's life in danger and proceeded to be jerks about the entire situation, cuss me, and explain how they have been doing this all of their lives and know more than every other adult on scene as he tried wiping away all the metal/aluminum shavings from the wheels to hide any evidence of wheel damage.Deal with these people if you want to..good luck though when they screw your vehicle up.

I happened to be in the parking lot a few days ago when the owner and what appeared to be his employee showed up to service a vehicle with missing lug nuts from a terrible service they had completed previously that day. The owner and his employee were more concerned with wanting to berate and fight the people there trying to help rather than correct the problem. This was a very unpleasant and unsettling way to handle a situation that put someones life at risk like that. I will make sure myself or no one in my extended family ever gets any service at Lang Service Center.

No site. No email. Never answered phone. I didn't receive calls about any updates. Definitely unable to fax anything to or from either. Had to go by and verify things within limited hours and even then they didn't get back to me afterwards.

Scott Lang runs the best kept secret in Wauchula. He runs a garage that reminds me of the one Gomer Pyle worked in. Everyone is friendly, efficient and reasonably priced
