Is a NAPA Distribution store. Where you can always get warranty and parts help. And the people are the best.

Store manager Melissa was very rude when my cousin called to inquire about a situation regarding the incorrect parts he was trying to return. HUNG up and was VERY AGGRESSIVE on the phone. Said she didn t know how to return a product that was bought online BUT when we called customer service they said any store should be able to do the return. Not to mention when he had tried to cancel the order they shipped it out and never gave him a refund. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Melissa should not be doing her job if she hates it and absolutely need to learn to be kind and HELPFUL. Will be contacting corporate.

Twice I was sold spark plugs that were not the right size. One caused miss fires on the Altima and the others rough shifting on an f150. Brought the plugs back and first was told they don t sell them then was told they only sell those to account customers. What a waste!

Great customer service and if u can't find a part especially for farm equipment or diesel trucks u can more then likely always count on ur local Napa Auto Parts Store.

I've shopped at Napa for years. They usually have what I'm looking for. And orders come in quickly from the warehouse or other stores.

They were very helpful and found what we needed and it will come in tomorrow. Hubby got a free Napa cap top. Great customer service.

The online search via google showed a lower priced filter, 9 $ instead of 20. This left me a little disappointed.
