Great small town dealership with great prices and service. Drove 2 hours for the great deal on my new truck. Robert and Gene were great and easy to work with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal and simple relaxed process without all the complications and hassles at other places.

This was honestly my worst experience at a ford dealership. I received an invoice amount and we agreed to it. A couple days later a technician calls to double the price because he feels that he should do one part at a time, I disagree and tell him I m not paying that amount for the extra labor. The day kept changing to pick up my car. I had to call them multiple times, besides when they wanted more money. I even spoke with the higher manager who said I will call you back personally in 30 minutes , I had to call him back the next day. When I went to pick up my car the salesman had his feet up on the window and playing on his phone, I was ready to get my keys and go.Take my advise and take your car somewhere else.

I can t say enough about everyone at Alan Jay Ford and Alan Jay CDJR in Wauchula!! I purchased a 23 Jeep Compass and they made the deal so smooth!! I purchased a truck here today and have to admit it was the best experience with a dealership I have ever had. My salesperson, David Villalobos was the best. He worked with the management to get the price right and made sure I was comfortable during my time there. Each staff member that I interacted with made me feel welcome and valued. Thanks to David, Ruslan, Gene, and Brandon for making this day unexpectedly fun. Great job guys. I will return for vehicle needs in the future

Wonderful team with great attitudes. David was my salesman, who helped me feel comfortable and confident with such a big decision. Not a huge selection of vehicles this time, but they were still able to accommodate me. Will shop with Alan Jay Ford again.

My husband took our Lincoln Navigator there for emergency service yesterday. From the nice lady on the service desk to the techs who determined the problem things couldn't have gone more smoothly. We were in a bind and they bent over backwards to accommodate us. For your next vehicle, go see them, confident they will be there for you when you need them. Herb Doyle.

Horrible experience. Car under warranty and I had to pay for rental. Had to make three trips to get window and weather stripping fixed they messed up. They scratched my tint requiring another day off work to drive 40 miles to get it fixed. I don t recommend them.

We would love to thank Robert Rasnake!! First of with his manners and his patience with us he was very friendly! We love our new vehicle he helped us purchase, he did a great job on keeping tabs on us as he did other things he needed to get done! He did a very great job and I personally would recommend him for your sales man, and I love the way he works with you to get the best deals!!

I had an appointment for an oil change. I went in and was told they were out of oil filters but expecting more the following day. They asked if I would like to reschedule. I asked if they could call me when they received them and then we'll schedule for another day. They said they would call me. It's been a week and have not heard from them. If you knew you didn't have any filters couldn't you have called me to reschedule and saved me the trip.

The appointment time was 3.00pm. I arrived at 2.50, and the service was completed and I left at 3.30 pm with an itemized list of what had been checked and completed.Thank you for looking after me and in a timely manner.

The service department is the best. I have been a customer for over 10 years, driving from Lakeland, past other dealerships. All the service on my Crown Vic, Mercury Grand Marquis and two F150's, has been done by them. Teresa, the manager is always helpful and works to find a solution for any problem. I trust the mechanics knowledge at diagnosing the issue and repairing the vehicle. Thanks to them all my vehicles have reached over 100,000 miles, and my latest is adding miles daily.

I hate that I live so far away from a real ford dealership with a real service department. If you get a chance to have your vehicle repaired or serviced there just save yourself some time and go to Bartow Ford that s where your parts will come from anyway.

Salesman position is a joke. Prepare to work 60hrs/wk at minimum wage without overtime pay. Only get $100 for selling a car, which you will be lucky to sell 3 in a month. Prepare to be lied to and then be reprimanded for calling it out.

I was early for my scheduled appointment so I would not upset their schedule. I needed the transmission fluid and filter changed in my Ford F-250. I planned to wait while they worked. My truck sat in the lot for 40 minutes before they pulled it to the shop.A little over 20 minutes later, more than an hour after my scheduled appointment, they told me they did not have a rack big enough for my truck. Why did it take an hour to tell me? They wanted to reschedule. As I was leaving in disgust , they suddenly found rack that would accommodate my truck.Word of advice, if you have an F-250, don't go to Alan Jay.

I came to town on business and had an issue with the starter on my Mustang. I called a friend in the area and she recommended to call Teresa at Alan Jay FordI had AAA tow me in and met Teresa at the service desk. As soon as she found out i was stranded out of town she immediately let me know they would get me right in. The technician did a fabulous job and i was charged a very fair price.I was on my way in a short time.Thanks to Teresa and tbe team at Alan Jay Ford.

Horrible place to do business and very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment to see a vehicle located at this location. After driving 3 hrs to look at the vehicle,a potentially buy it, we were met with "our GM drove it home for the weekend because it's a demo." If the vehicle was unavailable then why would we be scheduled an appointment to view it. Obviously this car dealership is not in the business of selling vehicles to consumers but instead making sure there employees have vehicles to drive for themselves. Lost my business and definitely would not recommend to anyone.

I was from out of state. Needed specific part for my truck. Called and they were the only one that had the part I needed drove an hour to get it. Biggest selection of parts I had ever seen. The guy that helped me was very polite, bought my parts and off I went. Would definitely do business with them again.
