The entire staff was amazing. Joe was very welcoming, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease during a very important decision to purchase my car. He took his time to make sure all my questions were answered and made the process feel really smooth. I really liked the fact that there were no hidden fees and communication was very clear from the beginning. No surprises and a very efficient process overall. Everyone on the team from Joe, Brandon and James really made me feel like I had made the right choice by driving more than 150 miles to make my purchase. High recommend the team if you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle !

Service department is the worst. I had to bring my truck back three times after they told me that it was ready. First time I took it. The alignment was not right and they pressure washed the hood which caused the paint to Chip. Second time I brought it back again for the alignment that was not correct. Also, the bumper that they installed was not square so they had to cut the fender well for the bumper to fit. And now I have it at a different dealership and they are telling me that the lower control arms are wore out so the alignment would never be good and Allen. J wanted me to bring it over to them for the third time so they could fix the alignment that they would not be able to fix the first or second time. They are full of lies and they re not honest to their customers. They will lie to them and tell them they were work on Saturday so they could have your vehicle for you Saturday afternoon and don t even do that Alan J Chevrolet in Wauchula and Sebring service department, you guys are the worst.

Had them do routine maintenance including tire rotation. They put my 2 best tires together on the rear dually and did not inform me of the low tread on the remaining 4 tires. When I called them to fix this, they told me it was going to be several days until they could get me back in. Which was after we were leaving town. Definitely not a place for service if you are traveling.UPDATE: just received a call from the GM apologizing for the experience, and asking how he could make it right. I can appreciate that stuff happens, and appreciate when a business tries to make it right. Have increased my rating by a star.

Do not fall for there voucher promo. they did not even give me a offer on my vehicle. or even try .it's a total waist of time no wonder I was the only one in there on a Saturday of there so called big event

I loved that they got me in early and finished quickly so I could continue throughout my day. Russell was excellent and the rest of the staff was amazing! This is a great place to get your vehicle serviced and if you ask them for a courtesy vehicle wash, they'll do that too!!!

Very honest and down to earth people. I got my quote over the phone and I drove for 2 hours from Tampa to the dealership to buy a RAM truck. Even though one of my employer 's rebate couldn't be combined with another rebate that was on my quote the manager added the rebate as a discount on the bill, not to mention that the price I got was way better than any other dealer from Tampa to Miami. What is also surprising is that knowing that the dealer closes at 7pm and even after I purchased the car the people in there stayed till 8:30 pm teaching me about all the features in the car without me asking a question.I would totally recommend this dealership and I will always look at their inventories first for my future purchases before anyone else since they won me as a customer.

I love this place and the guys that work here! Look for Curtis if you guys want a great deal on any vehicle, period.... That's something that my cousin would say if they did you a solid. But the Service Dept rocks! Had me in and out and under $50. Where else can you go and get what I had to have done for that Amount. They would have gotten 5 stars if coffee was made, but I wasn't there long enough to enjoy the cup and the lounge. Keep up the good work! If you get a car from here tell them that William Powell aka Will sent you!

Bought a truck from this dealership, the sales staff went above and beyond. I live over 2 hrs from this dealership, but they had the exact truck I wanted. I called ahead to discuss about how much the truck and my trade it costs would be before I made the long drive out there. It was well worth it, the entire staff treated me so well, the truck was exactly what I expected and my trade in price was exactly the range i was hoping to get for it. Normally i'm pissed off by dealership sales experiences but this one was top notch. I have recommended to all my friends to make the drive out to this dealership when buying a car.

I went in for my first oil change on my Jeep I didn t have a appointment but they worked me in. Service Manager was very friendly and helpful! I will come back to this Wachula location even though it is not close to my home.Great Customer Service!!!

While traveling on vacation my truck developed a windshield washer problem. This all happened during the love bug mating season (a disaster in itself). I stop in the service shop during lunch with the hope of getting an unscheduled repair. The service manger took the time during lunch break to try and repair my vehicle. It was not an easy fix. Right after lunch they took my truck in and repaired it in 30 minutes. When I asked for a bill they told me it was on the house! When traveling on vacation you never want your car to have issues but this shop was a great place to get a repair. Not only did they not charge me they cleaned the front of my truck!

The service dept at Alan Jay in Wauchula is AMAZING!! Our battery completely died and we re on the road headed for a weekend vacation with the Jeep loaded down, dogs and all. We called the dealership and in a matter of minutes they came to where our car was stopped on Hiway 17 and changed the battery. We followed to the dealership where they made sure our car was ok and alerted us to a recall we didn t even know about. SUPER GRATEFUL for everyone at this dealership that helped out.
