My only complaint about advanced is the employees don't seem very helpful even when it's not busy at all...my last visit I felt they'd rather get me outta there rather than go the extra mile and I was the only costumer...

I have been going here for many years this morning I went to return a battery the manager was so nasty I would have gotten a new one but he was so rude we the customers should not be treated like this I Absolutely will never recommend going there to anyone

I needed a battery for my '10 Ford Focus. The guys were very helpful in answering my questions (I'm not exactly mechanically inclined )Then they installed it, bam! 1, 2, 3 Will definitely recommend to friends.

It is NOT ADA friendly!!!They have boxes set up within 3 feet of the counter top which also has plexiglass. To add to that they have the area taped off to avoid anyone from coming close to the countertop. Then...after checking out and paying the cashier walked around the counter to hand us our change. Ridiculous!

Awesome service. I called first to make sure they had the part I needed. They pulled the part and had it waiting at the counter for my arrival.

Services are limited when is busy. Bought some wipers since the store was busy he couldn t help me, rode around with those wipers for months before going back and asking for them to replace them for me..

They have most of what you need. But don't try and bring a part with out a serial number or part number because you will be out of luck. Other then that it's okay
