Frank gave me the cost of the repair and scheduled it over the phone. He stayed in touch with me to let me know he got delayed on another job. He came when he said he would with the parts and tools he needed and made the repairs and cleaned up afterwards. The price was exactly what he quoted me and was fair. The repair (replacement of black tank valve & cable on travel trailer with underbelly) is working perfectly. I was very pleased with One Love and would use them again.

Frank has helped me twice now and he goes above and beyond! He is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. He is fast to respond as well. So glad I found him and I highly recommend his services.

The first time that Frank came out to work on my Airbnb RV was in December 2021, he was just starting out on his own with One Love RV Repair. He was super fantastic, took his time and did a great job for a good price. Four more service calls in 2022 for various issues, no problems other than his prices going up. On December 27th 2022 I asked Frank about replacing the black water tank and both the grey and blackwater drain valves. After several missed/rescheduled appointments and multiple texts and phone calls Frank was finally here to do the job on 1/31/23. The blackwater valve was replaced, but according to Frank he was unable to replace the greywater valve and the blackwater tank due to the flanges being rusted together and I m afraid the floor will have to be replaced if I try to force it. Frank was in a hurry to leave that day, he left a mess and didn't do a proper leak test even after I asked him to. I was inside running the water so I didn't see for myself exactly what he did, but it was too quick for him to really check it and after he left I looked for myself, it leaked at the pipe connection to the drain and the new BW valve leaked like a sieve when opened. Frank never came back again after that. All I asked for was a refund for the tank and the labor charged to install it, $635.00. Frank REFUSED to refund anything out of the $1048. paid, for what? A leaky blackwater valve and a blackwater tank that still needed to be replaced. Thank goodness I found someone who was able to do the job without having to replace the floor. One of the other main issues I had with Frank is that uses multiple phone numbers to communicate, send invoices and he switches back and forth between them, responding to texts on different phones so that the communication thread is fragmented and he was very slow to respond. Frank has continued to refuse any kind of refund and actually threatened me with legal recourse if I submitted a negative review.

Got my bearings replaced and repacked and he inspected my brakes and figured out/fixed the reasoning as to why I kept getting blow outs! He is a very nice and honest guy with good pricing! Totally recommend him if you have an issue with your rv.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

FrankShowed up on time, confirmed the systems giving us a brief explanation of potential repair and went to work.Slideout that was bucking was diagnosed quickly, repair initiated and successful. 2 other slides had simple , dang I didn't know that answers and done!Levelers, failure to stay up, were again diagnosed and repaired from an owners (me) mistake.Fees, were as discussed, (reasonable) bill paid.Can highly recommend and will use again as needed!

I can t thank Frank enough for coming to our site and replacing the city water intake and getting our truma instant hot water heater working. He is very knowledgeable and worked hard to solve our problems.I would highly recommend his services.

I've been using their service for over a year the gentleman that's the owner and runs the place Frank is a very fair businessman shows up and does his work with a fair price his wife and family are nice He has a lot of good new furniture for RVs used furniture for RVs the fact that he's mobile and if I have a problem I can call him and he can come to me as a plus or if I need to I can take it to him but he's always available day or night
