Back 6 months later and just like the first time, they did an amazing job! We love to support local businesses, and thankfully not only is it local but it s also the best! If you need your car washed make sure to check this place out they never disappoint. Plus everyone there is super nice. Great Job Waves!!

We purchased the monthly package and it has more than paid for itself. Car comes out clean and the staff is always friendly and does a great job. I like that there are different tiers of packages, and even if you have a lesser tier plan you can always get a full service at a great rate.

This is a great car wash. Full service means they also vacuum and treat your car with love. The staff is fabulous: Conscientious and detail-oriented. Kristen was amazing and checked up on me to make sure I could get out in time. The staff are very organized and my car looks like brand new.

The recently redesigned car wash system is fantastic! The wash itself is automated and is very efficient. Following the wash, they hand dry your vehicle multiple times to ensure no spots. They also shine your wheels and hand clean the rims. In addition they offer free vacuums. For an extra fee you can have the guys there detail the interior of your vehicle for you, I opted out of that option. Lastly, they offer monthly membership pricing that is just too good to pass up. I am beyond happy with the service I received at this car wash and highly recommend to all!

It s a few dollars more expensive than caliber or kiwi but you definitely get a personalized experience. There are someone there to pre-wash the car before you go into the tunnel and when you come out, they hand dry the car and windows, which is very nice. They have the free vacuums And window cleaner if you choose to do it yourself. Definitely worth a few extra bucks.

Fist time coming here. Paid $43 for the best exterior wash they offer and the full service interior. Horrible job. Doesn t look like they even wiped down the console, the doors, or the dash. Will never come back here again. Don t waste your money coming here. I should have requested my money back.

Nothing but an overpriced bunch of incompetent buffoons! its bad enough you have to pay to have the inside vacuumed out only to get home and find out they never even opened the trunk it was still full of leaves and dirt where the seals were never even touched. What a JOKE.

If you want to take the best care of your car, sign up for the monthly, Car Wash deal! I love it! I use it a couple times a week. You can use their vacuums there, which are very powerful.

This place is great! Because of an injury, I wasn t able to vacuum or clean my car at all. After I explained a problem with my windshield, she told told me to talk to Daryl at the end. The detail guy. She actually came to the vacuum area to introduce us. (I had this film on the windshield) Daryl got on it and used a couple of things. I ve been putting up with smears when it rains for months. But no more! Thanks Daryl! Great vacuum job too.

Always liked this Carwash. Tried it for first time since tunnel renovation system this morning and very pleased. Friendly staff, easy operation, thoroughly cleaned and you can either vacuum yourself for free or for a fee staff will do it. Great experience and highly recommend.

I had my mom s car detailed at Waves on Valentine s Day and the results were beyond my expectations! She neglected her car since dad has been gone and we could barely recognize it after Christian worked on it. Mom was embarrassed that her car looked so bad, but the owner treated her with such kindness and empathy that was unexpected and I m truly grateful. I'm now a customer for life!

I don't like driving my car through the car wash.Altho a gentleman did it for me. I guess I should have inquired about what you offer . I imagine you have different plans. I was pleased with the free ceramic car wash.

Waves has never let me down! I have been coming to Waves for years and always receive outstanding service. Today, I had an emergency situation that required the assistance of the Waves team. When I arrived, they were closed due to weather but were extremely understanding and opened up the doors for me and our emergency vehicle without knowing what was needed. Once they identified the necessary steps needed to mitigate the situation the team went right to work. They had me back on the road in no time and did an excellent job in taking care of the vehicle. Thank you Waves!

Horrible ! i paid $32 $15 for the car cash and $15 for full service and by the pictures look how they left my car ( Pictures attached). The lady at the full service was rude and was mad because i told one of the guys that my front was still dirty from the car wash can they get that ? when the guy told her she was so mad and complaining. looks like people with expensive cars go there maybe they should do better! but i ll never go there again!

I asked what a wax job included. I was told they run the car thru the carwash and wax the car. So I had it done. When completed they asked if it was a two or three seats. I said three and the price went up. I asked why since the body of the car was the same whether it was two or three seats.They lowered the price of the wax job but then charged me for running the car thru the car wash witch I was told was included in the wax job. they didn't do anything to the inside of the car. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE.

So they advertise their open till 5 o clock. Just got there at 4:25 PM and they they re closed. I called and answered the phone and said they closed 10 minutes ago. Great way to run a business just close shop when you feel like it after your customers drive across town to get their car washed. Never going back!

I paid for a Graphine wax to be put on my car. When I went to pick it up there were still bugs on my outside rear view mirrors and front bumper that they waxed over. When I complained the guy just scratched off the bugs on one mirror and didn't rewax it. He only did one mirror not the other or bumper. Also He didn't use Graphine. With Graphine when you put a bottle on the hood it should slide off. When I got home I tried this and the bottle stayed right where I put it.

First time and disappointed. Exterior came out good but the interior looked like it did when I went in. I don t know what they wiped or used but not much difference. Especially the back seat area. Terrible job on the interior.

Wow! We are beyond impressed! We have a large dually F350 that has pulled our RV up and down the east coast. Needless to say, it was overdue for a car wash! Henry & his team made it look brand NEW again! We could not be happier! Thank you! We will be back

First time coming here and I paid for the whole full service package the $43 to become a member. Worst interior clean up ever! Why pay for the most top package when it s not top service? I m so disappointed. I am calling to cancel the membership.

I got the $23 Rainx wash for my car. They were able to get most of the dirt that was stuck on my car from a bra it had worn. The tires look nice after the wash. My problem was with the center console. They vacuumed but did not clean the cupholders as listed within their website. When I got there I was confused as to what to do because I had never been there and had to ask and figure out by myself where to go. The lobby is cute but I don't know if I'll be back again.

Disappointed. I paid $30 to have the outside washed and the inside cleaned, and all they did was vacuum my car mats and the floors. They didn't even vacuum the seats. Nothing inside was cleaned at all. Not even the dashboard was wiped down. I have to finish cleaning it.

Anthony and Christopher did a superb job on our sons truck, which we had detailed for him prior to us delivering his truck to him at his Army base in Georgia. They performed a much needed paint correction and 5 year warranty ceramic coating. We were blown away when we came to pick his truck up- it honestly looks like it s off the showroom floor! We are so happy with the results!! Thanks again Anthony and Christopher!! We will definitely be back for more services with our other vehicles
