The duration of my wait was extended, yet it remained within reasonable limits and did not cause undue inconvenience. I found their execution of the oil change to be satisfactory, and I appreciated their assistance in selecting the appropriate tires. However, it would have been beneficial if they had been aware of the tire size in advance.

I made an appointment for 11am for an oil change and arrived 10 minutes early, as they requested. My car was not pulled into the bay for another hour and when I asked how much longer at 12:40 I was told 5 minutes. 25 minutes later . So by the time it was done, it had been 2 hour and 6 minutes since I had arrived. I understand it s not Jiffy Lube but what s the point of making an appointment if it s going to take 2 hours for a simple oil change?!?!

Do not service your vehicle here. The service team is so sloppy with their oil change procedure that a dinner plate sized pool of used oil formed under one of our vehicles once home. Upon further inspection, the engine undertray was coated in oil and the dipstick reads at least one quart overfilled. Upon calling the store, an individual that sounded like they barely have a pulse answered a phone that sounds like someone whispering from across a room. HR and General Management wouldn t answer the phone at all. Pathetic.

The Walmart Automotive department has always been helpful to me. They show you the prices beforehand, they're affordable, they let you know if they're not able to do something BEFORE they start working, and they're always very transparent about what you're getting. My only complaint is the wait time, but you'd expect a wait if you just walked in, rather than calling ahead.

After carefully shopping the internet (I accompanied my 82 year old mother to ensure she wasn't taken advantage of), decided on Walmart due to all the checks that came with the full synthetic oil change. I requested they check everything and let me know what was needed. They had me sign a computer tablet (authorizing them to operate her vehicle) and that same signature later appeared on a receipt indicating a plethora of services and checks were declined (a blatent lie), the following day my mother's check engine light came on (was about 2 quarts low then), took it to a reprable repair shop days later (with actual mechanics (starting at $35.00-$50.00 hourly, rather than floosies highered off the street by Wallmart at $11.00 hourly) to be informed cooling system was near empty and I needed both a valve cover gasket and an oil pan gasket, to the tune of $1,000.00 +. Wallmart Customer care assured me I would receive a call about my complaints. (Yet another lie). I advise one and all to avoid Walmart Automotive Center, I've done my homework, lots of lawsuits and a few deaths relative to their services, or rather lack thereof. BEWARE!UPDATE: As of 09/11/23 still no call from corporate, which indicates to me they could care less that I was charged for services I neither received nor declined, nor the state of my Mother's car that at a minimum I know was not properly filled with oil or coolant as part of their service. I will file formal complaints with the BBB and local chamber or commerce as well as consider formal civil +/or criminal litigation due to their lack of concern in this regard and update my post/review accordingly.

I spent half a day getting an 4 tire balance and rotation. All of the data is in their computer but I was forced to produce a receipt pay for it all. It is their policy. I would think pleasing their customer would be their policy. They wrote down my number wrong and did not call me on the intercom to let me k ow my car was done. Wonder around until I had enough only to learn my car was finished 2 hours prior. I has been years since I have heard anybody say they love going to Walmart. There is a reason!

I was shocked how easy it was to purchase my tires on Walmart.com- I didnot even have to go write down tire size- you just had to put in yr-model-type and it pulled up tire size. Then I scheduled install for a couple days away that was good for me- I actually ended up bringing car in a day early-the guys un auto center had no problem with it-Got me registered and gave me a 1.5 to 3 hr wait estimate- The car was done in 45 min maybe less. Thank you guys and girls

Everytime I go here, for routine maintenance or an emergency, something gets messed up. Severely. Then it's a huge dramatic fight for it to be resolved. Awful. I've given chance after chance, but unfortunately, no more. Do not recommend on any account.

I came for a simple oil change and tire rotation. There were no cars ahead of me so I was told it should be less than an hour. I'm twiddling my thumbs in the store and nearly an hour passes, an associat calls to tell me they can't do oil changes because they haven't been able to get filters for the pasr 2 weeks. He asks if I still want my tires rotated, I say yes. I wait another hour. Finally ask someone why it's taking so long. Turns out I have 2 tires that are too far gone for them to touch. No one called, texted, or even tried to sell me 2 tires. I lost a half days work for literally nothing.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!IF YOUR PASSING THROUGH AND WANT TO USE THE AUTO CARE DEPARTMENT. KEEP GOING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Took Jeep in for oil Change and tire balance and rotation ( Have road hazard warranty). Asked for a certain tire rotation and tire pressure. Service writer put everything in the work order. Watched as tech rotated tires incorrectly, so I went out to have him do it as stated in work order. Knew he didn t balance tires only had the Jeep up on the lift for 15 Minutes, but he indicated he did and was just about done. Also charged me for extra quart of oil and low and behold, I m over full by one quart. Tech also indicated he filled tires to 36 psi. TPMS showed all he did was rotation.Took back next day and talked with manager. They did say they would correct the issues, but I didn t have 3 hours to wait again. I would almost understand if the Tech got paid by the job, but I m guessing he is hourly, why not read the work order and do as directed????Looks like I ll head to another Walmart to have the Road Hazard warranty taken care of. I would of bought the tires else where but used Walmart because of all the traveling we are doing. Might think twice about buyingd from them again . That s to bad too,Found out they put TOO MUCH oil in after I left the area. Called back and had a person hang up on me after trying to get info on talking to a manager. Another person said I would have to bring Jeep back to them to have removed. I m m about 200 miles away. Now I have to pay another Walmart to do a oil change and they are also actually balancing the tires.

Got to this place at 7:01. Was third on line. I patiently wait until it is my turn. I start to purchase 2 tires. Guy behind me needs a battery. He only speaks Spanish. They start helping him too. Then turns out he needs something else. The one guy working speaks Spanish si he goes and helps him. Evidently Spanish speaking people go first. I only speak English. Can I go first? I waited patiently. So I mutter to myself "so glad I waited on line". The worker and another employee laugh and comment how some people have no patience. Well, Some people at this Walmart have zero custimer service skills.

No appointments at this location, they lost my work order with my warranty on it, no one else was waiting for tire service but I still waited two hours. Only to return the next day to discover my work order was thrown away, and my tires still have low pressure. Found out the tire tech rotated a tire with a nail in it. I had to take a Lyft from Walmart because I could not afford another two hours waiting.Service: Tires

Oil change, no problem, although I question 8f they used synthetic like I paid for. Sticker says only 3000 instead of 5000 miles for next change. Needed a headlight bulb for a 2021 car, wouldn't do it because the part wasn't in system. Would not remove to figure out the part after being told they would. Are you kidding? Desk person looks confused about her job. Stay away! I drive rideshare and get an oil change every month. I will pay the 25 more at other places from now on.Service: Oil change

Not bad, nice officers and great people working at this port. They are all supportive and kind. I really don't like to drop off cars at any port I don't know, but this location has changed my mind. Thank you Georgian.

Getting tires from them online and free delivery were great. The lady at the register when I went to get them installed was also helpful and friendly. But the attitude, laziness, and lack of knowledge or basic customer service of their installers has lost my business for sure. Do not recommend!

Went to this Wal-Mart with a flat tire and 2 hours later left with the flat tire. It was obvious the techs lack in knowledge when it comes to changing tires. They also lack in customer service skills which is the reason why I ended up next door at Sam's Club, where it took about 30 mins to get the job done by the most friendliest people.

I purchased a tire from Walmart auto care and bought road hazard and wheel balance life for $22, and they told me this insurance guarantees my tire protection for its life. But they did NOT explain to me clearly $22 occurs again when I need to come in to get a new tire replacement as my tire I purchased got punctured. I was misinformed!!!Then, better yet, after replacing my tire, they forgot to put back in my backup tire to my car... I ended need to drive back for this. For those future customers, remind yourselves to check if your backup tire is back in your car.

Bought a brand new battery 5 days ago. Paid 125. 5 days later, battery is DEAD and I'm stranded. Had to call a mobile mechanic to come out, swap out my battery, costing $390 bucks......mind you, I bought it in Florida and drove back to Texas........there wasn't a Walmart within 75 miles to return the battery.....

refused to honor free tire rotation policy on 2 year old tires claimed they were bald.refused to honor oil and filter change sale where I brought my own oil and filter purchased from Wal-Mart. Said they had to charge regular price. Ignorant incompetent people. Wrote BBB.

We went to Walmart Auto in Vero Beach to get new tires, oil, oil filter and air filter changes. I asked for the Goodyear Viva III tires that were on sale for $98 each. I also asked if I could pick my own oil off-the-shelf which they said yes for an additional $5. Total bill was $500.00. They said it would be 1.25 to 1.5 hours. I said OK and we then went shopping at Walmart and Sam's next door. After 1.5 hours, the shop called my cell phone and said they could not sell me the tires because the speed rating wasn't correct for my 2014 Toyota RAV-4. I asked why they didn't tell me that when I originally took in the car 1.5 hours earlier. They said I was the one who choose the tire and I should have known the speed rating (even though this is a tire specially made for Walmart). The auto desk rep said he doesn't do tires and that was the "tire guys". I went back to the store and told them I would just take the car with the oil and filters change. At that point, the oil and filters change hadn't even been started after 2 hours. They then pulled my car over to the oil rack after sitting empty on the tire rack. I then watched as the "oil guys" proceeded to pour in 5 quarts of my selected oil (Toyota autos require 0W-20 synthetic oil and not regular oil) in a car that can only take 4.6 quarts. I called Bev Smith Toyota and the Service Manager assured me the engine could be damaged by over filling the oil. Walmart said the car was done and I went and checked the level and it was way above the full indicator. I went back to the auto department manager and he checked it and admitted it was way over but assured me the engine wasn't damaged while parking it outside. They then pulled it back to the oil rack and drained what they indicated was a half quart and had me verify it on the stick. Bottom line - they charged me $5 dollars extra to try to ruin my auto and it would have been ruined had I not witnessed the "oil guy" pour the end of the 5-quart container in my engine. My wife tried to get the Vero Store Manager but she waited and waited and he never showed up after being paged - and the oil change took almost three hours. They did not replace the air filter and they scratched my car door by leaving my car keys (with many keys and things) hanging in the driver door while opening and closing the door several times. They also do not use plastic seat covers even though the "oil guys" have oil on them. The auto manager repeatedly said he only had two people (as an excuse for the delay and mistakes) even though about 6 Walmart people were in and out of the auto garage. I also told him that had nothing to do with not knowing how much oil a Toyota RAV-4 takes. I found all service specifications for a 2014 RAV-4 on my phone in 20 seconds. Too bad there is negative stars.Bottom line - after spending tens of thousands, if not 100's of thousands of dollars at Wally-world over our 60+ years of age - we will be mostly done with Walmart.

Sure wish they would have reset my computer on my car to show that i had the oil changed. My dash message still shows i need maintenance. Ugh. Now i have to wait 5000 miles with 'maintenance required message'.They were supposed to vacuum my car. I think they barely hit it. If you say it's part of the service then do it.

Left my work vehicle there for a oil change, when I dropped off the Van I left a oil additive with a $1 and a note that said please add to oil.Tech took the dollar and the additive and never added it to the oil.I know that because the color of the oil changes to dark grey when you use the additive.I will not go back and wouldn t recommend- If they steal that, what else would they take from your vehicle?

These people refused to rotate my new tires to the front of my car because my front tire thread was low. My front tires are not even low but why compromise my safety by NOT rotating my NEW tires to the front of my car? Sebastian Walmart would have NEVER done me like this and I will be sure to just go to them from now on for all my car service needs.
