My daughter was hit by another vehicle which popped her tire. We needed the car within two days for a trip out of town. We had friendly, professional and quick service. The manager made us feel confident getting us a new tire ordered quickly and called promptly with updates. We received immediate service upon receipt of the tire. They provided excellent communication about the safety of the car; ready for a road trip. We can't thank them enough.

Fair pricing for services. I had Tires Plus mount new tires with the alignment service back in November of 2023. The service rep told me to come back after 5,000 miles to rotate the tires and check the alignment again. I did and decided to have them do my oil change as well. The tire rotation and alignment check was included from the first service and the oil change was reasonably priced. The shop does decent work at a fair price. I'll use them again.

I was well pleased with the services! I had a bad migraine along with a blown out tire ! Not only did my car get sorted out timely but it was like the ER they provided me with migraine tablets and a hot cup of coffee with a muffin to help my stomach as it's not wise to take tablets on an empty stomach. Then they directed me to the closest restaurant while my car was taken care of definitely 2 thumbs up

I could not ask for better service. Everything is explained and discussed up front with no surprises. They take very good care of me and my car. As a female senior it's very important for me to have someplace to go with my car that I can trust.

Very friendly and courtesy towards me. As a single woman, it is hard to find car service were the mechanic doesn't try to scare you into buying a expensive part because he tells you if you don't your car will break down and be more expensive to repair. Here the mechanics show me what they did, explain everything in great detail and let me know what will need to be looked at or fixed soon. They aren't trying to be pushy with me, but they help me become more knowledgeable about what is going on with my car.

As usual, the team at Tires Plus in Vero Beach provided outstanding customer service and top-notch mechanic work. The service advisors helped me to select the appropriate tires for the low mileage driving that I do. I don't know of any business that is more friendly than this store. Thanks for the great work!

The people working there were courteous and experienced. They knew what they were doing and could explain it. I built race cars in my youth, so I knew what they were talking about, but they explained things so anyone could understand. I was taken care of quickly and the repairs worked. One cannot ask for more than that.

Place is awesome. Always good professional and honest service. Chad is very forthcoming with information so there are no surprises. Chad and staff are knowledgeable beyond belief. I will always go to Tires Plus for service. They have a customer for life.

I have been to my fair share of mechanic and tire shops. This Tires Plus has consistently offered great prices with the best quality of services, both customer and automotive. Bailey, specifically has been extraordinary the last few visits, going well above and beyond for me.

Had a 9am appointment and showed up about 10-15min early. The waiting room was full. I did get seen right away, and they got started. When they took my keys, they told me it'd be about an hour and a half. After probably 40 minutes, a worker came by and told me they broke my locking lug nuts and weren't replacing them with new locking ones but just regular ones. I was and perhaps am still a bit miffed, but I just wanted them to get on with it and get my car done as I had other errands to run. When the car was finally ready, I left after a total of 2 hours and 45 minutes, which is one hour and fifteen minutes longer than anticipated. Everyone was decently nice enough, but not a single person seemed to be on a working timeline and just seemed to dilly-dally along. Some of the workers seemed to enjoy a little social time. One was vaping nicotine (hopefully) in the shop. I only chose Tires Plus because they have locations where I live in another state should I need. Otherwise, I like and would have gone with Discount Tire. Best of luck here.

Even though we did not end up using their services, the lady we spoke with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She not only answered all of our questions but also went above and beyond to recommend other places that could fulfill our needs. It was a pleasure speaking with her and we appreciate her dedication to providing excellent customer service.

They are the best. The car is always serviced in a timely manner and the whole staff are friendly and helpful. They also call prior to a repair with pricing and options if a repair cannot be made or is not worth making due to other factors.

The service provide by Roxy was excellent. She was able to take my order over the phone and actually called back with information on the tires I wanted. The service in the shop was good. They took the vehicle right in, however, it took 4 hours to get the tires changed and balanced. They had some issues balancing and were slow to report the issues to management. Once they did the problems were resolved, however the 4 hour wait is why my overall rating is 4 out of 5.

Everyone at Tire Plus, West Vero Beach is very pleasant and helpful. They go into full detail of needed repairs and maintenanceneeded for my car. They answer all my questions understand my concerns. JB

Staff is always courteous and helpful. And when extra services should get added they always give the price and reason why they are necessary without being pushy. And the services done on my car are always done right.

Wow. What a terrible way to conduct business. I called to ask about getting two new back tires put on. I asked for a price and they said the cheapest I can get is $741 for two tires. I said we could order them on Amazon for $145 a piece. They laughed at me and made me feel so inadequate. Shame on them!!! We ordered these exact tires from Amazon a couple years ago and had great service at another tire company. Such a shame!

I have been going to the Vero location since I have Moved here. I use Tire Plus whenever I am traveling on vacation or when I traveled as a construction Superintendent. Chad in Vero is the best. Honest and friendly

Jordan and his team took care me as I was on my way home from picking up a 2 customers motorcycles. 1 of the trailer tires blew out but I was able to get off the highway safely. I advised them I was from Miami and said we will get you home. They did everything quick and safe. Mavericks Custom Motorsports Thank Tires Plus in Vero Beach. Excellent Customer Service.

Currently sitting in their lobby with the lights off. Almost 20 mins AFTER they closed. Seems like they just pulled my car for service and said it ll be another hour! I had it scheduled at 4pm for them to say it would be an hour or hour and a half. I should ve read prior reviews. I am worried about my safety for their bad time managing skills. Avoid this place 100%Update: 3/7/23Chad reached out to me after receiving my feedback survey. He was open to listening about my negative experience. He did give me a discount, however I will not be returning to this location, buyer beware. I hope their team as a collective goes through customer service retraining.

Super nice and friendly. I was on my way to a trade show had a incident with a tire called them they got me in right away took care of everything and got me back on the road. Definitely a place to come to for service.

I drop my car off there for a service and when they park it they shoved my splitter into the dirt that s over the curb and now my splitter shakes at idol and they did nothing about it they said it is supposed to be like that. So nice quality they got here and they didn t even do everything that I ask them to do
