Very very beyond happy with my experience yesterday in getting a new tire. I got quoted at a local dealership of $400 for one tire and I called here and Dace Bentley, the store manager took care of me and said to come in within the hour. Fixed another tire that had a nail in it that the dealership looked at months ago and missed it. He was amazing and the price was half the other quote with new tire and a patch in another. VERY HAPPY with customer service.

I recently visited Tire Kingdom and Ezra help me for a flat tire repair and tire rotation, and I must say I was impressed with their service. The staff was friendly and efficient, and they had my tire fixed and rotated in no time. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely recommend Tire Kingdom for any tire-related needs.

All I heard (moving 1mph in a parking lot no speed bumps) was a loud, metal to metal bang behind driver, in rear suspension. Called Tire Kingdom, spoke to Ezra M?who set up appointment and he met me in their parking lot. Put it up on the rack and they were not visually able to see anything obvious. Tire Kingdom s store manager, Dace Bentley offered to drive with me in the car so he could hear the now muffled movement sound the rear suspension makes from time to time. Dace heard sound, car went back up on the lift and small section at bottom of main suspension support spring had broken off and was now jammed in lower spring seat. Since this Honda Vehicle was only 3-years old Dace suggested I take car to the dealership where car was purchased, as it appears to be a defective part failure and Honda may agree to contribute to all or a portion of the repair costs.I appreciate how well I was handled today by both Ezra xxx? and Dace Bentley. They were honest and fair, directed me to where my best repair options would be and I was charged zero dollars for this visit!A great place to replace for routine auto maintenance & repairs, battery services, oil changes and of course they do sell tires. They helped me out of a jam today for sure.

I called there this morning and discussing with a gentleman about my tire pressure light going on on my dashboard. I explained to him the issue, I drove over and 3 minutes later the light was off and an explanation given. This man wouldn't accept any payment. Tremendous customer service! Thank you!

Tire kingdom always helps me out! I am going on a road trip, so I brought my blue Civic SI in to have a tire fixed, oil change, and a tire rotation. The techs were very informative and helpful. I can already tell my civic is running alot smoother and is ready for the trip. Thank you to the Tire Kingdom staff. I really appreciate it!

Dace and his team are top notch! Went in for a oil change and found out they were having a shock absorber sale. In less than two hours my truck is all set! Quick work, friendly staff, and top quality.

Walked in on a hot Sunday afternoon after puncturing a tire down the street. The manager Dace greeted me kindly, and took care of my tire within 5 minutes I was in an out on the road again! Dance and his team were super great and professional, handled my frustration like champs. They are the best, highly recommend!

Exemplary service! I was in a pinch after running over some sheet metal and receiving a flat tire. I could have not been more pleased with the outcome and service. I was treated with great care by Ezra and the team, and I will definitely be coming back! Great shop!

First time customer. Will definitely return and refer to family and friends. Clean facility. Business friendly staff. Willing to listen to my concerns and help. Dealt with, Dace, the store manger. Polite, knowledgeable and up-front with respect to my tire issue. Kept me updated on the progress. Technician, Caleb, was also a knowledgeable, respectful, willing to listen and answer my questions type of person with a stellar work ethic. I had an alignment problem with my Jeep and just dropped in an asked to review the alignment and they looked at it right away. I dealt with Dace Bentley the store manager and he was very professional and thorough. He explained in detail what probably happened and what needed to be done. I have been going to Tire Kingdom for 20 years and my kids take there vehicles there.Great customer service.

These guys are top notch! They were professional, polite, very transparent and honest. They walked us through which issues took priority and which could wait. They had multiple people working on the cars to reduce our waiting time and they didn't try to "scare" us into buying or upgrading! We had both our cars serviced here and will continue to do so! Great team here!

These guys are great. Esp the manager. I had a issue w my truck and he gote up on a lift and personally looked everything over and addressed my issue himself. Not only that , he fixed what he could on the spot and did it all for free. Since I was recently in the store for new tires he did it as a courtesy. I was truly impressed by his efforts and will be using them in the future for my truck .

So glad I came to this Tire Kingdom location. I was greeted and assisted immediately. Dace and the staff at Tire Kingdom saved me a lot of money. I went here for a second opinion that ended up saving me $1,500 dollars!! I highly recommend this shop. Thank you, Dace and all the Tire Kingdom staff.

Got a nail in my tire last week and took it to Tire Kigdom as this place has good reviews. Unfortunately, the tires were unrepairable. They offered me a credit card that was approved in minutes, and I was able to replace all 4 tires. Everything was done within an hour. Plus, I got an accident protection because it was on sale. Today, one of my tires was flat again, and I had to take it back. Having accident protection, I was able to replace it.Highly recommend accident protection to everyone and especially those like me who like to drive on nails! :)Thanks, Tire Kingdom Dace, Robert, and Ivan. :)

I dealt with the store manager, Dace, for a rim swap and while I was there I had the oil changed, and engine & cabin filters changed. Highly professional, informative, and expedient service overall. Would definitely return!

Three weeks or so after our new tires were put on our truck, we noticed a vibration. We came back to have the tires checked, and they took us in right away and rebalanced the tires. That fixed the problem. I don t expect perfection from a business, but I do expect them to follow through with good service and that s what the store does. They follow through with excellent customer service.
