Excellent service. They picked up my vehicle, did all the work and dropped it off to my work after completed. Was done really fast too. I highly recommend them for any service. Job well done.

I had a flat tire last night. I was there at 8am when they opened on a Satyrday morning and they fitted me in as I had to be at work at 9:30am. They fixed my tire and put my spear tire back under my truck like it was. Great experience! Highly recommend.

I've used them before to have tires mounted on rims I carried in. This time, I was charged almost $70 to mount 2 trailer tire on rims I carried in. $70 is outrageous in my opinion.In the recent past, it was about 1/2 that.Update. I received a call from the Vice president of St. Lucie battery and tire. He said it was a billing error, and has made it right. Very happy with him reaching out.

I ve had bad experiences with mechanics, however these guys are great! They were kind efficient and didn t waste any time! My car was done sooner than expected and the cost was a little less than expected!! I will definitely keep these guys! Thanks again guys for the help.!! OK pretty I was gonna take out the trash but I read it. I think I m gonna read it first later I mean.

Could have been 5 stars but they lied to me. They said I needed a new battery. I went to a auto parts store had my battery tested and it tested good.

During routine maintenance at my dealership, they noticed a bubble on one tire. They did not have the tire in stock and I contacted St. Lucie tire and battery and they had the tire for me the next day. The nice thing was the price was slightly lower than what the dealer was going to charge. In and out in under half an hour. Great service.

Be careful what you re buying. Took my truck in there to get an alignment. They did the alignment. I noticed that it was pulling to the left so I take it back in to have them check it. Then they tell me that this and this is wrong and they can t do the alignment. It s gonna cost me over $600 to get those parts fixed. My question is, why would you do the alignment when you know those things aren t working correctly for the alignment. Why would you take someone s money for that? And by the way, the parts that they said are broken are brand new. I just had them replaced a few weeks ago. But they don t want to hear that.

These guys are wonderful! Went in for tire rotation. Got in right away. Had a noise in my front brake. They found the problem immediately. An improperly installed clip had broken, that had been installed elsewhere. That was yesterday afternoon. They got the parts today, had me fixed up and on my way. Very fair and reasonable price. They have won me over as a customer!

Everyone was very nice and helpful, I would like to thank the crew at Vero Beach SLB . Today I only had an oil change, but a few weeks ago I had to get tires on my car. Very professional and did not have to wait to long . Would recommend SLB to anyone who needs work on their car.

Disappointed in St Lucie Battery and Tire! I needed a quote on front caliper replacement, as well as putting on new pads and rotors. I was in a rush the day I was getting my oil change and the quote, so I waited to thoroughly review it until I got home. They wanted to charge me 1.5 labor hours for each side for calipers, then an ADDITIONAL HOUR OF LABOR to put on new pads and rotors. Whaaat? On what planet does that make logical sense? Then, they wanted me to do a brake fluid flush, including another labor charge. I m confused. Do you not have to bleed those lines when doing those calipers? So, I tried to speak to the manager the next day. I voiced these exact questions to him. He said he would knock a half hour of labor off the quote but only if I still paid for the brake fluid flush. Which I didn t need. That s not doing me a favor. If someone doesn t know how those jobs are actually done, that would have worked, but not on me. They picked the wrong person to try to fluff an estimate on. Front end staff and management here should be ashamed of themselves.**THE TECHNICIANS HERE WERE SUPER FRIENDLY, AND HONEST, AND INFORMATIVE!!!! The techs showed me around under my car, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, techs don t build out the quotes.

Amazing service at the front desk, went in last Saturday had a quote drawn up with a straightforward price. Tires arrived within the next few days and now it s next Saturday and I m riding around on beautiful Toyo Open Country AT3s. Guys at the front desk last Saturday were insanely knowledgeable and if they haven t gotten one recently deserve a good raise. Just because of them I m sending everyone I know here.

St.Lucie Battery and Tire is the best. I went to the store on Old Dixie Highway in Vero. The cause of the problem was explained to me, along with cost and how long the repair would take. I got my repaired car back in a timely manner. Although this is a busy facility the guys at the front desk never rush you and take the time to explain what needs to be done.

Everyone at St. Lucie Battery and Tire are always friendly and honest. I've gotten a full brake job done before and just went in and got my tires rotated and an oil change. Their prices are fair and they never try to sell you things you don't need done. You can't go wrong with these guys!Now I just got a flat tire patched and they fit me in first thing when they opened. As usual excellent service and a great price!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Well I took my car in because my oil gauge was going crazy They Got the part I needed, but because my car is so old when they were installing it. Another part broke, they were so kind to me, they got me an Uber home. They found the part over the weekend. Apparently the part is no longer manufactured by Ford. I called them this morning. They said it was ready. I was so excited. They got me another Uber to get over there. I told them they have a customer for life. When you can trust people to tell you the truth. That's what you need and someone that's working on your car. Thank you, Saint Lucy tire and battery.Ps They didn't charge me for the parts only labor now. Seriously, that's how you treat customers.Thanks again

I was out of town with my entire family and got a flat. I limped into the closest shop I could find. They were jammed. The manager called another local shop trying to accommodate me. They were busy. He moved things around and got us taken care of within an hour.He was honest and accommodating. It was appreciated. I don t live in Vero Beach but if I did I would never go anywhere else.Service: Tires

Follow up - second visit. Sidewall damage to my front tire on a Saturday, Justin and team rose to the occasion and saved me. Nice to know there are companies still our there like this today.First time having my car here. Justin and John got me in promptly and delivered exactly what was promised and I look forward to having them service my car going forward.
