Quick easy transaction. Vehicle was as advertised paper work was processed quickly. Overall spent 40 minutes and I was on the road. Paul and team were easy to work with and will purchase from them again.

Just rented a truck from these gentlemen truly a class act. Extremely friendly, extremely helpful I highly recommend for all your U-Haul needs you see these people are the best U-Haul rentals anywhere in Vero Beach. Nice equipment extremely friendly excellent service!!

In the beginning everything was semi okay they got me into a decent car. Or at least so I thought. I explained through my situation of balancing a chaotic work life and how important it is for me to pull up in a decent ride and be on time. The car drove it jerks and when I turned on the AC I could smell gasoline fumes from the and there was oils leaking onto the engine. I was told it would be fixed by then they put me in a loaner car that also had issuesI thought everything was cool when I got my car back but it seems to still have problems. From their my passenger tire locked up on his brakes and I was unable to drive the car for a couple of days then it magically fixed itself I let them know they were in no rush to help me. Car still jerking in and it would not take off it has a slow take off when I press the gas I told them the car had problems from a oil change they told me that was only wrong with the car and find out that there's a lot of things wrong with the car it's hard tget ahold of them to get this car fixed now I'm on payments with a car that won't even move and I might even have to come out of pocket because no one wants to pay for the broken car when apparently my warranty is stil in full effective . It's a nightmare I lost a job trying to figure this out when they supposed to get it fixed with their mechanic like they said. Baywood when I was signithe contract. Also they misinformed me about a trade-off date when I was able to trade my car in to get a better one I was informed 9 to 10 now I called they are telling me from 11 to 13 months . It seems like there was a lot of misinformation when I was signing the contract. And not to mention on this very day as I'm putting up this I can call your office and it will tell me you're notputting up this comment I can call your office and it says you're notYou all really fooled me you are all very kind and seemed professional but you always just taking advantage of people.

Amazing group of guys. Extremely helpful from the first phone call through the end of the deal and thereafter. Got an amazing deal on a Taurus. Highly recommend you give them a try.

I don t normally do reviews, in fact I don t think I have done more than one or two. But these guys delivered and surprised me. Good guys, good working people and great conversation. Glad I chose to get my Taurus from them and would gladly do business with them again in the future.

Now I take all this back after finding out how my car started riding they all knew this car was a lemon Chris ,Jose,trey the whole drive time is all scams I m driving this 2012 car and stuck with this car charge me a $20,000 with Rack opinion lower And upper on both sides control arm problems right now since February 28 of 2018 they don t want to fix the problems they gave me this fake warrantee that does not cover the gas converter issue that I have also on this car I literally came to these people and cried my eyes out I am a single mom I pray every day that me and my children do not Wreck out I find out that I m the only insured person that s on this car they found me the insurance company and told them to put only me knowing I have five children everything that was done was illegal yes I read what I needed to read I gave them 1500 down on this car I m still making payments now I got it down to $15,000 of $20,000 on a 2012 Chevy Malibu I feel like it s not fair in they re laughing at me especially Jose Im a strong believer in Christ and he will fix them trust and believe that god sits high and see very low ...I WILL CONTACT MY LAWYER!!!

This company sold me a older car however they assured me that it was a good solid car....that I shouldn't have any issues with the car. Well After about a week or so of having the car it overheated left me on the side of the highway...They are not responding to my messages or calls. This is a Lemon. I would not buy anything from these people they were quick to respond to me when selling me the car and now cant be bothered. I will be forced to take legal action at this point. I would not suggest shopping at Shields automotive group.....

My experience here at Shields Automotive Group was absolutely amazing and the professional advice was very helpful to me and my family! Jose was very kind and patient with us making the process super easy! Also Melissa & Jasmine were super helpful throughout the whole process! They were more than happy to help and work around my schedule. Jose takes pride in the cars he sells. Cars are well maintained, mechanically good and you just get an overall excellent car purchasing experience. I recommend this Auto Dealer for anyone who is looking for a good used car!

Bought two cars from Jose within the same month and I can t recommend him enough!! Super easy to work with, quick, trustworthy, knows what he s doing. Got some great deals and really enjoyed working with him. Explains everything to you clearly, no extra fees or shadiness. So glad getting my first car was such a positive experience thanks to Jose! :)

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This place has been an absolute nightmare. The day I bought my car was great but everyday after has been terrible. It has been 2 months and I still do not have a permanent tag on my car. Jose is beyond hard to get ahold of, and is a liar. I would never go here and would not recommend it after the experience I have been dealing with.

Everyone is surprised at how great of a car I was able to finance with no credit history. Jose was very informative. There really are no hidden fees. He went through each charge and explained them all.Under the hood is working perfectly. No sparkles in the radiator cap and the water reservoir is clean. I have AC, power steering, aux, and the interior is a beautiful grey.I am so pleased with my purchase. 10/10 would recommend.

Me and my sister both got cars from here. Jose was very nice and easygoing and made the experience a lot more fun. both cars we bought were amazing and fairly priced. Much better experience than going to a dealer. Awesome place, amazing cars and amazing management.

So living in Maine it s a battle to keep your cars free from the effects of salt on the roads so I decided to try buying out of state. I found through Shields Automotive Group a beautiful 2011 Ford Mustang convertible with unheard of low mileage under 32k!!! I thought surly too good to be true. And of course a bit nervous about being scammed putting a down payment on something I viewed only on line. I am so happy I took a chance Jose made me feel very comfortable and confident with my decision and he had the patience of a Saint as I made him jump through a few hoops to help relieve any anxiety I had about doing business with him over 1500 miles away. Truly the best experience I ve ever had purchasing a car!!! I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a new used car to give Jose Sheilds a call he will give you a five star experience! I flew in to Florida from Maine and drove that beautiful car all the way home without a worry! It s every thing he promised it to be! I will be getting all my future vehicles from this young man going forward!

Awesome service , this guys went above and beyond to help me get in a car! I had a suspended license and they guided me to the right place to get it fixed & helped me get the cheapest insurance quote !! I would recommend my family here for their next car!! I found that my sales rep (Jose) and Yasmine both were super attentive to my wants, finances and needs. I will recommend this company to anyone who s trying to get back in great (credit) standings. Just be prepared to wait....(1) type of vehicle requested, (2) amount you re willing to negotiate and (3) what are you really able to drive off in. Lori J.

Drive today happened to be a very quick and easy process. We had a nice test drive, the guy was nice, and didn t try to break my pockets. What was put online was really the case when I got to the car lot and that s usual. Come check them out if you re looking for a car. They really work with you.

DO NOT GO HERE I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!! Bought a car from them thinking they were trustworthy, nice people. However, that is not the case. These people will sell you a car that has many issues that could potentially cause you to get into an accident and then blame it on you. They lie and say that everything is fine with the vehicle and then leave you with the damages to fix. They do not help at all. Do not trust them. If you are looking for a reliable vehicle stay far far away from this place. Beware of the scammers!

A bought a Hyundai elantra from here two months ago, and they still have not given me the registration. After multiple calls, stopping by the dealership with no one being there during business hours, owners giving me the run around, I went online today and figured out the registration was done, but either they were too dumb or lazy to request a copy and give it to me. Look, the car I bought is great, and was able to negotiate a fairly reasonable price, but anything involving customer service or logistics, these guys are completely inept. The day I picked up the car, i gave them an hour and a half notice that I was coming to pick up the car, as i was signing the papers at my credit union, and the salesman was still not there. What kind of car salesman isnt at the dealership during business hours THE DAY YOU ARE BUYING THE CAR. do your own financing, and if you can find a good car at a good price here, hey maybe it's worth the hassle. But be prepared to get the ultimate run around.

Tray and Jose were great!! They were my 4th stop or th day and I was worn out and sick of feeling like dealers were trying to rob me, thy were very welcoming and up front with everything ended up buying a 2016 Hyundai Elantra!! I highly recommend!!

This place is most definitely a scam. Avoid at all costs. They act as though they are amazing but in turn are horrible. NEVER received my vehicle even after the down payment. They kept the money and the vehicle now having to go into a lawsuit. Avoid at all costs for your own sake.
