I have never had a bad feeling with this company. I called because I needed a back tail light and I wanted to make sure they had it. I believe his name was Joshua he answered the phone and put up with my non knowledge of cars. And I drove down and he was on the phone at the time a really nice lady talked to me while he was on the phone and make sure that it was installed when he got off the phone he came right over to me. He was very nice had no problem installing it for me and checking out my other one. If you're a woman on your own I definitely recommend O'Reilly's.

At 5:00pm 4/21/24 at O'Reilly at 1050 Us Hwy 1 my wife and I had gone to pick up a lift O Matic for our lift gate on the Jeep and it didn't fit Ellen the lady that helped us looked on the pc to see if it was the right one that came in and it said it was but still did not fit. I guess it was a error input for the make and model or something in the pc end. Ellen didn't turn us away like most would had said sorry we don't have it then. But Ellen took her time with us and made sure we left satisfied. She had gone back and got a tape measure and sized up all of the Lift O Matic's for the right fit and type we needed and we got the parts on and works great. It's people like Ellen is why people will keep coming back. Thank you Ellen you are #1 in my book. Thank you O'Reilly for hiring her in the first place.

Store hours are incorrect and the man I spoke to on the phone at 9:00 did not advise me that they close at 9pm ( Google says 10pm) when I clearly told him that i would be coming in to the establishment to mke a purchase. Upon arriving to the establishment at. 9:04 the doors where locked and when I called the establishment again the gentleman looked at me standing outside of the door and proceeded to walk to the back of the store. Very Unprofessional and straight rude! The gentleman could have easily answered the telephone to inform me that the establishment was closed.

I have been to this location twice and have had an excellent experience with your staff member Jenn on both occasions. She is helpful, knowledgeable, and really works hard. I know this because today when was there she was helping three customers at one time and busting her butt. She had a gentleman come in and basically tell her he didn't want her help today "because he needed someone with more knowledge" and hadn't even spoken to her yet. She handled herself with grace in the situation, despite the man being very sexist to her. Great job Jenn I am a lifetime customer.

I called pre ordered a part to spec with the year, make, model of my vehicle and it was still wrong. Guy at the desk told me that if the box breaks, it s non refundable. The box was near impossible to open without breaking it. I got home, took my truck apart and the parts were wrong. Now I m out of a truck without a way to get to work. If they don t return my part, there will be a call made to corporate.

Called on 1-8-19, at around 2:30pm, and asked about a fuel pump. The guy on the phone said its not in stock, but he could have it by 8am on 1-9-19. I arrived at 7:45am, and waited until 8am to enter the store. The manager was at the counter. His name was Bernie. He was very polite and professional. He looked for the fuel pump, and informed me it would not be in from Georgia until 4:30pm, but he could get it from another store, by 10:30am. This threw my whole day off. I plan my days carefully, and I expect people to do what they say they will do. I do not have a high tollerence for incompetence.Anyway, I arrived back at the store, after a 42 mile round trip, through city traffic. I told Bernie that I had quite a trek, and I guess I expected he would compensate me, if even a token amount. He never offered, and I would not ask. This was not the best experience I have had. I hope yours is better.

Any other store I ve gone to, they are more than willing to help install lights and batteries. Come to this one and not only did an older man refuse to help me with anything, but he was rude and talked down to me like I know anything.

Had to change out a battery here and while they weren t able to do it for me, they provided me with a great resources of tools to get the job done right.
