I ordered an unusual product here at the store through their online pick up service. I had done it once before with great success. This time however I didn t come in right away to pick it up and it got misplaced. Every employee went way beyond any expectations with their fine customer service to locate the product for me. Everything came out good and now this NAPA store gets a five star from me. Thank you!

Just made the two guys at the counter try five different bolts to see what will fit my truck while they were busy with other customers. They got me what I needed fast and helped find the right bolts I needed. At checkout the man inside told me I was all good and didn t owe him anything. Only two bolts but goes a long way! Great auto shop and amazing customer service. I will definitely be back, thank you again!

Great parts that you don't have to take off and change again because you got a cheep one. Great prices to.Do it once and save your time and money. My brother Burke worked with Cole he treated him well. Burke had a life insurance plan at work that helped with everything. Thanks Cole and your employees. Real down to earth people that take care of you.Peter

Great experience with helpful staff. I did not know what it was called I was looking for - but the guys found exactly what I wanted. Now I know what I need next - a battery for my Chevy Trailblazer 2007. Some other stores told me they don't install it because of something else mounted on top of the battery? I have no idea what they are talking about and will stop by here to get the problem solved.Upgrade 11.2021Still running great - nice store - great selection.

Unprofessional, Telling people account information to the public, when returning items they won t accept because it was transferred from another store! Even tho wrong parts were sent. Will give you different price even if you have a commercial account.

They were very helpful on the phone, finding a hard to get part and willing to ship it in from out of state. Good prices too.

This is not your typical "chain auto parts store". These are "car and truck guys"!!! These guys know their stuff. So refreshing to find a parts store, where the counter guy has real life mechanical experience. Those other "auto stores", have kids working, who can barely change their own oil. Also, it is a known fact, in the auto repair business, that NAPA has the highest quality standards, for all their parts, especially anything that has been rebuilt. I have never had a NAPA rebuilt part, go bad. I have replaced 2or3 of the same rebuilt parts, from Advance, or Auto Zone. It may be a few dollars more, but if you want real quality parts, that will last, this is your spot. You get what you pay for.....period.(And they stock a much wider selection of parts)

Wonderful staff! Very knowledgeable and didn't try to give me parts I didn't need or want. Very attentive and reasonably priced. Nice clean store too!

Nice person who answered the phone! Helped us out quickly even gave us the number to a tow company/repair shop. If in the need this is the place for customer service. Called the Ford dealership and they were completely rude and disrespectful.

It's never fun to step into your car to find the battery is dead. I can't express what a wonderful experience it was however to be able to go to NAPA Auto and have them replace it without any hesitation in minutes. I'd recommend to anyone!!

Polite staff.still has some USA made products. Quick order of non stocked items.an old fashion auto parts store not loaded with Chinese junk. Well lit plenty parking.

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and helpful to meet your automotive needs. I would suggest them to anyone needing parts whether for farm or auto. They will have what you need and if not they will gladly order it for you

Advertising motorcycle Jack on sale for $89.99 when you get to the store they know nothing about it and want $140.00. Showed them there website and wouldn't do anything about it. Autozon from now on
