On phone no knowledge of warrentee issuer, then call back make a diagnostic appointment.Found port cat. converter failure and make appointment for new replacement when part on site.HOWEVER THIS IS A DUAL SYSYEM AND A SINGLE REPLACEMENT IS ALL POSSIBLE.mullinax found 8yr 80k ford emissions warrentee.

What a great experience!!! Honesty and integrity alive and well here. I had a scheduled service done at an unaffiliated dealership in Fort Pierce that told me my work truck brakes failed the inspection and required new pads and rotors. After bringing it to this dealership, the service advisor TODD PYLES had his team reinspect the brakes. He kindly called to inform me that none of this $500+ estimated work needed to be performed! Thanks for your honesty TODD! If I lived in this area, this would ve just become my new dealership.

Our experience was very positive at Mullinax Ford of Apopka. Connor was our salesman and went above and beyond to ensure that we were through the car buying process as quickly as possible. It was a Saturday and there were a lot of people there. along with selling us the vehicle he also helped to set up our apps and program the vehicle for our needs. I would highly recommend Mullinax Ford of Apopka.

Terrible customer service and doesn't even complete the repairs. They had my bus for over four weeks for AC work. It took so long because they had people out sick, on vacation, any other excuse, etc. We finally said we were going to pick the bus up and have someone else repair it and they promised to get to it the following day. 3 days later and they called to say it's $1900 and we need to take it somewhere else because they can't fix it. They claimed they fixed the front AC, but how do they know that if it DOESN'T WORK? What a sham. We will never use them again and I'll be sure to spread the word!

Salesman Alex is cool management is a whole different ballgame. The jury is still out on this 1 ,so far it doesn't look very good at all . Getting a manger 2 even talk 2 u is like pulling teeth. 1 star is the score .

Express service was anything but express. 90 minutes and they didn't have to rotate the tires. They told me that the service contract Lincoln sold me didn't cover the synthetic oil my car requires and tried to charge me $22 (I've had 4 oil changes at 2 different Lincoln dealers who didn't try to do this).
