The service I received was exceptional. My service technician, Preston, thoroughly explained the critical condition of my vehicle's brakes, including the urgent need for brake pad replacement. Fortunately, the store manager, Bill, was able to locate reasonably priced brake pads that fit my budget. I am very grateful to both Preston and Bill for their assistance and expertise. I will definitely return to this establishment for future automotive services.

Just had a repair done today, 3/12/24. Everybody there was friendly. I dealt primarily with Preston. Nice guy, friendly, efficient, five stars.Nobody ever pronounces my last name right on the first try. Preston didn't either, but once I told him how it's pronounced, he got it right every time after that. That's rare. It's a small thing but it shows a lot sharper customer focus than most.I got there as the shop opened and spoke briefly with the other mechanic. Also a nice guy. He asked how he could help and then took me to the office and got me started with Preston.I brought my car in because it was making a thumping noise at 5+ mph. They checked it was just loose lug nuts. They made the diagnosis and tightened all the lug nuts on my tires, no charge. I could have walked away, problem fixed, and not paid a dime but I chose to have another small repair done while I waited. Price was very fair.If you're looking for a mechanic in Vero Beach, I give them five solid stars without hesitation.

I had a great experience at Midas. The guys were very nice. Even pulled my car up to the door for me. Which was amazing considering I walk with a cane. Oh And it doesn t hurt that there are some cuties at that location!

I had a sidewalk blow out and wasn't going to make it home on the donut. The guys at Midas had me in and out in about fifteen minutes on no notice. Saw someone that needed help and took great care of me.

My first encounter was with Jimmy, which was a great one. When I returned for the job to be done, I had expressed my concern with an employee that drove my daughters vehicle like a race car to inspect the brakes & alignment, eco car, 4 cylinder, no get up, so for my daughters car to speed pass us in the parking lot, let me know he floored it. No need to force the car to accelerate in seconds. First time it happened, I told Jimmy & he spoke with the gentleman. Ironically when I returned I noticed the same guy who didn t care that I had a problem with how he conducted the inspection, I stated not to drive reckless again. He responded I might & laughed. I honestly didn t think that since he was addressed once & now that I said something, that it would be an issue. NO INSTEAD HE FLOORED IT AGAIN, to the point we heard the tires peel out. I rush in to tell Bill, instead he disregarded my concern, with saying he s doing his job. And that he needed to turn 4 corners, yet almost 10 minutes had passed, makes zero sense, I then knew at this point I had to put Bill in check! And tell him to call his employee to return with her car. No customer needs to feel like their request gets dismissed & disrespected. Oh because I m a woman, yeah no. I advised him if a customer expresses a valid concern, it needs to be heard & not dismissed. He raised his voice & walked out slamming the door. I expressed to Jimmy that I was looking for a shop to build a rep-or with, so my daughters have a company they can trust! Hell NO, any customer that is talking with respect & has a valid concern, and for that to be the outcome is disgusting on their part. NEVER will I do business with this company, second time bad experience, never will there be a 3rd!!!!

The people at Midas in Vero could not have been nicer! They were honest and genuine and guided me in a way that was based on what my car needed, as opposed to what could make them the most $. I will absolutely be going back!

Had a great experience working with Midas in Vero Beach. Preston went above and beyond to get the brakes fixed in a car that I had recently purchased. I will definitely go back there in the future. Highly recommend them!

I m generally weary when it comes to auto shops, as it s easy to be taken advantage of I truly felt respected and treated fairly by Jimmy and his team here at Midas.I feel happy knowing that I have a trustworthy place to go when my vehicle needs work (and the Midas credit card is incredibly helpful if needed)

Incredibly pleased with how friendly and informative Jimmy was at the Vero Beach Midas. My elderly parents were nearly charged 3x the price at a local dealership for the work Midas completed. Thanks Jimmy for taking loving care of them for me!

Love this Midas, its one of the good ones for sure...they're still around.Everyone is great, knowledgeable, and precise, even the owner. Have never been in there more than 90 minutes, even for a random walkin sensor replacement.If Cowboy Bill w the big hat or Preston is there, you'll be Gucci (what the kids say now).Put it like this, Ive got free oil changes and tire rotations at Nissan for another 18k miles, and Ill probably barely use em, just bc of the speed and convenience of this Midas5 Star

While enroute to a different city we needed to replace our battery. The AutoZone store recommended I contact this Midas store as it took a mechanic to install the new battery. Upon calling the store, Bill, the manager, said Sure, bring it over, we ll get you back on the road . Great attitude and service. Took about 15 minutes on a Saturday afternoon to get us going.

Had a great experience going in for oil change and tire rotation. Was well taken care of. $65.00 for full synthetic oil change and tire rotation is a great deal. That was with $20.00 coupon from online, still way better than dealership and it didn't kill my whole day.

Jimmy Linus and Bill Payne Midas of a Vero Beach saved my day!!!!I ran over a massive bolt on my way to work last Thursday morning, so I called Midas in hopes that I could order 4 new tires with the expectation of them being delivered after Easter .BUT not only gonna get my tires 1 HOUR later, Bill Payne (the store manager) when there every single tire option and help me pick the one that was the best for my needs.Midas of Vero Beach has my forever loyalty. Love these guys! I had two emergency visits in 2023 while visiting Vero Beach area. Each time, repairs were completed very quickly! 1st visit, they replace 2 very noisy lower Ball Joints. 2nd visit, my alternator failed 30 min into my trip home. This time the service tech got me in at 7:30 AM and back on the road by 8:30 AM.

Jimmy Linus and his staff were amazing in helping out with our family vehicle.
