I went to Finish Master to purchase some compound to use on my car to take out some scratches on my front bumper. When I went inside the woman at the desk went with me to look at the damage. Instead of trying to sell me something, she immediately went back inside, got a treated cloth, used it on my bumper, and made it look 100% better. She wouldn't take any payment, and she made my day! The epitome of great customer service. I would definitely recommend this business.

Finishmaster is a great place to get good quality paint products for painting vehicles etc. They also have a great amount of supplies for detailing. The staff is always very nice and very knowledgeable a tough combination to come by these days. I would highly recommend Finishmaster to anybody looking to get car painting products and supplies as well as detailing supplies.

My first visit was great and that was some time ago.My 2nd visit was good too up until the day to pick up my paint I had ordered. The lady that was there when I made the order was not there. I guess she was sick or something. But the other lady I think just came back from vacation was not helpful at all. In fact I don't think she wanted to work. I had came in to pickup the paint on the date the other lady had said it will be in. I told the rude lady I was there to pick up some paint I had ordered 3 days ago and all I got was a look like I didn't know what I was talking about and a " I don't know. The other lady was on that time and she called off today what are you here for?" At this point I was already upset the fact my paint is not there after 3 days and that I was treated like I did not know what I was talking about. I then said I am there to pick up the purple paint I had ordered. She said what was it a mix we made or a special order? I said special order she then tells me it's not there and I didn't see her give it much effort to even look.My thoughts on this is if you are mad because one employee did not come in it is better for you to close the shop and go home then it is to treat your consumers in that manner and lose there will to do business with you. You can keep the paint I'll go else where.

Barbara is a down to earth gal who will help you any way she can. Her knowledge and expertise is a big reason to deal with FinishMaster

Showed up to get some paint and they told me it's to late to make the paint when they had 15 min left in the day. Poor business more!
