Tyler did a great job for us. We were in and out, all the paperwork was quick, and I got the truck I wanted at a great price.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from here. Not only did they incorrectly put on my tires and put myself and my son in danger. This morning I realized they never put back on my wiper fluid cap. Tried to shift the blame, had to be forced to apologize or take any kind of accountability whatsoever . Didn t even offer me a refund. Instead, offered more free service which never was mailed like promised. These people are absolutely inept. If you ve been serviced here triple your vehicle please for your safety, as well as your family s and other drivers of the road. I gave them a second chance and that s my fault. Never again.

Beware . LINUS Cadilac has some bad employees . would NOT even give one star the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Had my new Cadilac Escalade serviced for the first time and when I went to pickup they couldn t find the key. Told me to come back in the morning or use another key. I couldn t believe what I was hearing, then the unprofessional rude employee told me to leave, or wait all night in the parking lot. I will absolutely never go back to this dealership again, think twice about having your car serviced here. They shouldn t be in business and should loose their partnership with Cadillac treating customers this way. I ll tell as many people as I can how we were treated, down right bad business.

I visited yesterday and it was the best experience at a dealership. I didn't felt intimidated. Great costumer service! Mr. Mike helped me get the car I wanted. The process was smooth and I will definitely recommend to my family and friends!

We had the unfortunate experience of breaking down 2 hours into a 10 hour road trip with 2 kids in tow.Thank goodness it was in Vero Beach near Linus Cadillac!!!!John checked us in and gave us clear expectations. He was very kind and professional with the information provided. Matt came our right away and met with us to hear what had happened with the car. He was patient and thorough. Jaxson was our mechanic and he went above and beyond!!The team had us back on the road UNDER 2 hours after being towed in!!!We felt comfortable with the diagnostics and the resolution of our problem.I m sad we don t live there so that they could be our preferred dealership. Just absolutely a wonderful team and we are forever thankful for them and the positive experience in our momentary crisis.Thank you so much John, Matt & Jaxson!!

I bought a fantastic used 2018 Rogue from this dealership. Walt, my salesperson, could not have been easier to work with or been a more stand-up guy. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership for anything you need.

If I could give this joke a zero, I would. Paid $2000 for 2 head lights, a center console cover and a driver side mirror assembly. They charged another $900. to install. It turns out that the part purchased from the parts dept. Was the incorrect part. I explained to them what the issue was and this is the part they recommended.Well the little mouthy squirrel service writer, tells me that I am being charged a 35% restocking fee for a part they said I needed.I own 2 caddy's and I am buying another for my son. These idiots will not get another dollar of my business. EVER. My office is 4 blocks away and I will go to Melbourne or Ft Pierce to buy my car and my service.Congrats Linus you are the worst DEALERSHIP IN AMERICA.

I came to the collision center at Linus Cadillac after a car accident and am so grateful I did. Kent was absolutely fantastic! He communicated with me throughout the entire repair process and made sure I was well taken care of. Joan was also amazing and took great care of me. The team at the collision center was such a blessing from beginning to end! I will 100% be recommending them to my friends and family.

Can t express how amazing this family owned Delaership was/is! Walt was helpful and thorough throughout the whole process. We flew in from New Mexico and he had someone pick us up from the airport (the driver was an awesome man), we get to the Delaership with our SUV waiting for us in immaculate condition. We were well taken care of and the vehicle is just top notch! Even water was slushy. Just everything was great. Service was top notch from working with Walt, the driver and finance guys! Would recommend and even if your far away like us (25 hours) they will make the experience worth it! Thanks for introducing us to Florida and the nice vehicle! -Calderon Family

Within the first 3 months of owning this Cadillac, I had a tire which was losing air. No obvious issues with less than 10K miles. The dealer told my wife to bring it in and they would take care of it. The dealership is an hour from my home but my wife went to them and thought that they would be able to fix it. After removing the tire from the rim, the dealer said that it had a tiny need puncture that was only detectable from inside the tire and it couldn't be plugged so they would have to replace the tire. My wife was told that the tire was too dangerous to drive on and she would have to leave the car until they could get a tire. They didn't offer her a courtesy car nor did they offer to rent her a car at their expense but they did insist that the tire couldn't be repaired, and it would undrivable. 3 days later, the car was fixed. When I went to pick up the car, I was charged $100 more than what I could have bought it for online. This was the first time that the cost of the tire was ever discussed. I've owned many cars and several Cadillacs and never have I felt that I was taken advantage of like this. Oh but it gets better. ^ months later, we have a tire which is losing air. I took it to the local tire store. The man couldn't get the tire off to inspect it because the key to the locking lugs was missing from the car. I called the dealer, they said they have a master set. After sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes, they service manager says that its going to take a while because they don't have a key to the locks. After waiting 2 hours, he comes out with my keys to tell me that they couldn't get the locks off and would have to order a key from the mfg. Now i have wasted 2 hours at the dealership as well as 2 hours of drive time for something that I could have done myself from home without burning $4 a gallon super unleaded. If I have warranty work to do, it won't be done there.

I m a retired GM Dealer from Ky. I brought my Cadillac in for service that was covered under powertrain warranty. Mr Steve Cummins said there s no code and couldn t fix but wanted to fix fuel injectors $389.00. When I showed Mr Cummins the service bulletin the proper code he got mad and said you looks like you ve already diagnosed the problem. I asked him did you check the factory service bulletins he said no. When I mentioned bait and switch he jumped from his desk and screamed get out of my office don t come in this place again. What triggered him is I know how it works and he got caught. He wanted customer cash not factory money. First time I was ever kicked out of a Cadillac Dealership.I hope Mr Linus reads this. I m owed a big apology Former GMDealer No one has called to talk about this situation!!! They have our numbers! They could care less. Shameful!!!PS I was told during this visit I needed fuel injectors adjusted for $475.00 I didn t choose to do that and had to sign a paper I refused service recommendations. I then proceed a week later to Dyer. They put my car on the machine and they said fuel injectors were perfect.Total dishonesty!!!Want to let Steve Cummins know that Dyer Chevrolet fixed my car. They listened when you didn t. I told you it was the thermostat and it was.So Steve before kicking other customers out the door may I suggest you listen.

I recently purchased a preowned vehicle from this dealership. First I was told that it was a certified vehicle from the salesman. Well that turned out not to be true, while I was about to sign the paperwork I found out that it was not certified and I was told the sales person was mistaken. When I was questioning whether I was gonna do the sale or not they reassured me that there were still a powertrain warranty on it and that if anything happened within the year they would make it on it. Within two weeks the vehicle started running rough and check engine light came on I went down have it diagnose by them , and to explain to them what s going on, right away they wanted to charge me to diagnose it. Eventually they did agree to diagnose it for free. Found out that the timing sensors were off and needed to be replaced . I explain to them that I ve had the car for roughly 3 weeks have not even made my first payment on it and was told it would be made good from the salesman. During all this come to find out that there is no powertrain warranty .The sales team informed me that they would not be helping me in anyway whatsoever and I was left blowing in the wind. Basically I was lied to my face 3 , 1st being certified vehicle second being there was a powertrain warranty and third if anything not major not my fault popped up that they would take care of it all three were lies !!! It ended up costing me $438 before I even made a payment on this vehicle. So much for integrity accountability it s not in this place I guess I m saying buyer beware.

Cynthia in the service department was very helpful and went completely out of her way to assist me. I will never forget that kind of top notch customer service. She was polite and very informative and even when she didnt know the answer she made sure she found out and called me back with an answer. Very appreciative of her help and excellent service.

Average customer service. Price seemed high. Main problem appears to have been resolved, but a paid detective A/C diagnostic was unsatisfactory as it did not provide any relevant information to facilitate repair. Basically only re-estated the problems symptoms, not what the possible causes could be or repair routes. In summary, I paid for something I already knew!

We came all the way from Naples... 4.5 hour drive....to buy a F150. Truck was exactly what I was looking for. I had been looking for 4 months prior. It was a 2018 and yet looks new. From my first phone call to Linus to the end of driving the truck off the lot the experience could not have been better. You get a family type feeling when dealing with Linus staff.Walt McNulty and Brandon Hinton were the two I mainly dealt with. They both deserve 5 stars. The Linus family is lucky to have such quality employees as those two.I'd drive 4.5 hours again to buy a vehicle at Linus.

I had the software updated on my new 2021 XT5 today. They did a fine job as always. They wanted to give it their complementary wash but I refused it. In the past their wash was not worth it. In particular they don't seem to like cleaning the bugs off the front.

My 2015 Elantra was totaled by a young girl going to fast in a parking lot, and I needed a good car as its the only one my handicapped wife and garage fit into. I did my research, and visited the best, and some of the not so great sellers. Working with Corey at Linus in the used car department was a great experience. he was upfront, even suggested a better condition car when he saw what I was looking for, then worked to get me a fair price. I was pleased with the professionalism of Corey and the team there, the zero pressure and I felt they treated me with integrity. This is a great Used car dealer besides being a top notch new car sales location. I would not hesitate to recommend them for a fair, and enjoyable experience. Jon Margrave

This dealership does not take responsibility for their neglegent service work. My car has been serviced for the same thing about 5 times in a 4 year period and is still ongoing. The last 2 times were 3 weeks apart. They do not test their work after completing it. They do not get back to you when they they say they will and they have poor communication skills whe it comes to updating you as far as how long and term that they will have your car and how ling you will need a rental. They lie and say everything they can to not accept their liability just to push it off on you and they are over priced on everything , especially their poor labor.

I bought a used car (Volkswagen) from LInus Cadillac of Vero Beach. I also purchased a two year warranty for the vehicle. After driving it for 3 days I noticed a coolant leak in my driveway at home. I took the vehicle to the Volkswagen dealership in Melbourne and was told the coolant pump and seals were bad and the cost would be close to $3000.00 They contacted the warranty company and they sent out an inspector that claimed it was a preexisting problem and they would not cover it. I called Linus and they said no problem. They were sorry they didn't catch it before it was sold to me. They told me to bring the car in and they would take care of it. Kudos to Linus. That is exactly why I bought from them and not Joe Schmoes buy here bay here lot. Thanks again,

TERRIBLE SERVICE! So I had a check engine light on and took it somewhere to get diagnosed (for FREE). It turned out to be the Def tank sensor so I took it to Linus because I had a warranty on the truck. They call me back and inform me the warranty is only for power train so this isn t included under the warranty. I told them that I didn t want to go ahead with fixing if it wasn t warrantied and they still charged me $158 plus tax just for diagnosing what I already knew and told them what was wrong with it. Never did they tell me I would have to pay or have me sign anything. Will never go back! I mUPDATE: found out it actually was under warranty and they lied and said it wasn t. They fixed it but still won t refund me the original diagnosis fee the warranty should have covered!

***Inexperienced buyers should beware***I took my aunt in to lease a brand new Cadillac XT4 and the transaction at Linus continues to be a disaster. We had high expectations when we first met our Salesman, Greg. He was knowledgeable and professional. However, everything went downhill when it came time to sign the contract and we drove off the lot with the $45k plus 2019 Cadillac XT4.Upon signing the contract I noticed that the trade-in value came in $250 lower than we were told by the salesman after he asked for the trade-in specialist to take a second look. The finance office said that the saileman provided the number prior to asking the trade-in specialist, which was not accurate at all. She added that he did not know what he was talking about... Not very reassuring, and that was not our experience with him. However, we chose not to split hairs over the $250.While going over the contract I noticed that the allowed mileage was 12,000 miles annual, when we had negotiated 10,000 miles. This was an error in their favor, but I pointed it out. The finance officer offered that this was some sort of base calculation used because we had negotiated a 39 month lease, as opposed to the typical 36 month lease. Her explanation made absolutely no sense to me, but again we wanted to be good patrons.Once the contract was signed, we drove off in the new vehicle. The honeymoon was short-lived when we quickly found that the majority of the safety features (all of the parking sensors, front and rear collision avoidance, and the back-up camera warnings) were not functioning. We immediately brought the vehicle back and found out that there was at first a faulty sensor and ultimately a more significant flaw with the safety feature mechanism. This was a huge disappointment. However, we were given a loaner and promised it would be fixed ASAP.The XT4 was fixed a couple of days later and everything seems to be working well. A few days after that, I was back home and my aunt received a call from the finance office. They told her that she should immediately return to the dealership and sign a new contract because there was an error with the agreed upon mileage. Apparently someone finally realized what I had during the initial signing, the annual mileage was wrong and it was not some sort of inexplicable calculation... The finance office then told my aunt that if she didn t sign the new documents that they would increase her payments to reflect the new annual mileage...All of the sudden the signed contract had no significance. However, it meant everything when the dealership would not let her out of the lease as she desired during the first day when we learned the vehicle s safety equipment was defective. We were told that Florida law says there is no returning a vehicle as soon as it leaves the lot.In the end, this dealership chose to strongarm and take advantage of an older female customer. They never even offered a viable explanation for all of the issues, let alone a complimentary oil change or something of that nature. I would recommend that anyone looking to buy a Cadillac consider trying another dealership in the area.

Pleasant experience with the Sales team including Chad, Tyler, and Dan (sales manager), as well as with business manager Brandon. No pressure, just helpful input as we shopped for a new Cadillac. We had no problems or concerns about our experience.

I purchased new CT5 2020 & have nothing but problems. After I purchased seems like know one wants to talk with you. Tire was low with in week now I am paying over 300.00 for tire on 2020 new car. I pulled upto get air put in my tire it was almost at end of day & they all looked at each other as ohhh hell who wants to wait on her. Car don't shift right, recall has already been called on car. I had never been on this lot looking at cars & they told my husband I came in wanting to purchase this CT5 it was in Melbourne, from day one it has been MESS.
