I initially went in for an oil change on my Kia 2021, and with the help of Mr. Joshua Hambrick I drove out of there in a 2024 brand new Kia. I was nervous and full of anxiety but he assured me that he will help me throughout the entire process. This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had thanks to Josh and the entire sales team at Vero Beach Kia. My husband met with Raymond Ho a few weeks ago. We came back a few weeks later to test drive both a Toyota Highlander and a Kia Telluride. We ended up going with the Telluride. Raymond has been kind and easy to work with. Specifically Low Key and Answers your questions to the best of his abilities. If he can t answer them, he will get you the information you need. It has been great working with Raymond and we would recommend him to others should you need a salesman for your next purchase!

I am really happy with the experience that I had at this Kia. I met Christian who is very friendly and very good at his job. It really look that he loves what he does because I didn t have any questions regarding my new car everything was very clear and precise. Also, Marcos and Ralph are both very great too.I really recommend them. If you getting a new car ask for them!.So happy with my new Kia Sportage.

Janette , Joe and Ralph were a dream team ! My dad always sold me my cars and since he has retired I ve had really bad experiences at competing Kia dealerships , but Janette , Joe and Ralph are really great people and I walked away with a beautiful vehicle that I can afford and I absolutely love ! They are truly a dream team , I can t say it enough !!! I hope they are around for awhile because I would love to continue doing business in the future with them !!!!

Greg Keefer was great and very helpful! He explained everything about the car. No hard pressure sales pitch which I appreciate!Trevor Fox was super nice on the phone with the financing to get to the price and interest rate down.I highly recommend Kia of Vero Beach. It was the best experience I ever had a car dealership.

Spencer Hicks was EXCELLENT! He was professional, informative, attentive & funny. Made sure that I got what I asked for. Follow-up on my satisfaction/questions was also great. Also, Ralph Mandarino was very personable & attentive; making paperwork a breeze. I m pleased with my new 2024 KIA K5 EX. My overall buying experience was good as it has been with the Vero Beach dealership over the years.

Awesome experience with Christian at Kia of Vero. He was very kind and Knowledgeable He was able to answer all our questions and concerns we had. Very satisfied with Kia. They provided rental for me while my car was being serviced. Tiffany was extremely helpful and stayed on top of everything and communicated with me well throughout the process. Service department sent videos explaining everything to me which was very helpful. Customer service 100/10!!

I had been out of town for 2 weeks. My check engine light came on the day before driving 1200 miles back home. Tiffany and her team were absolutely AMAZING, on getting my car fixed and I was able to leave the follow day that my car was brought in. They also sent me pictures and videos of the inspection that they found which absolutely no other auto shop has ever done. I was beyond impressed. Wish all Kia/car dealerships did this.

Dale was amazing. He was patient with me and very thorough. He even had me come back and drive my car with him because it s my car and I know how she drives. He has been the most efficient and kindest person I ve come across in a dealership service department. He didn t push me to do my repairs and he didn t make me feel like crap for not getting it done. I have been procrastinating for months to purchase a new vehicle. I came across a great price for a used Jeep on the Kia website and quickly made an appointment for the next morning. Kevin Summers and the finance director Anthony were amazing! I absolutely love my new Jeep! I highly recommend visiting him and his team.

I was in need of trading in my vehicle since it was no longer reliable to go far distances and had high mileage. I got a used Toyota Hylander hybrid at a decent low price. I was worried about getting a used car and it's reliability to travel 20 hours north over 1,000 miles. After purchasing the Hylander we took it straight to Pennsylvania. I couldn't be happier with our purchase after returning to FL safely and not even one bad sound in the car. I highly recommend this dealership after shopping around at many places this one had the best, most reliable car at the cheapest price.Choen at Kia was really nice and patient since we were car shopping with 3 kids, one being a 2 year old. Thank you Choen and Kia for a wonderful experience!

RIP OFF Do NOT Go! My mother is 90 years old. Her car at the end of her three year lease only had 12,000 total miles. She wanted to just turn it in and get a new lease. The deal was done. We went to pick the car up and then they told us it was sold. Kia of Vero you are using the oldest lines from back in the day. It may have worked on other elderly women who were trusting and naive. My mother didn't fall for it. Then they wanted $2500 down and not the deal they originally promised.We wanted to be repeat customers and support our local business but they don't want to support us. They would rather try and take advantage of an elderly woman. REAL NICE. Whoever owns this place should upgrade the 1980'S VHS training videos for some current Ted Talks that care about repeat customers.Spend the Xtra gas money and head south.

Wow, Vero beach kia was amazing! Christian and Lou were very understanding and accommodating to helping me purchase my very first car! Upon arriving, Christian greeted us outside with such a positive attitude and accommodated me with all my needs. Special thank you to Lou and Ken as well, they made buying a car very comfortable for me and did not pressure me into anything at all. Thank you Vero Beach Kia for making me feel at home! :)

I really appreciate the first interaction with Diego C over the phone when he called us about possibly considering a new car. Listen to all our needs and wants. When working with Diego in personal he had a great attitude and personality. As well Kia really helped us come down to our payments that we needed and wanted. Diego was amazing!!

BEST BIRTHDAY EVER! I want to thank Kevin Summers and Staff @ Kia Vero Beach, for an amazing experience. Thank you Kevin for your professionalism, knowledge, and your funny jokes. Most importantly your patience. I was very adamant with my buying decision. Both Kevin and Marco explained the importance of making a wise purchase. I decided to buy my New 2024 Kia Sportage!!Not only I was able to ring the Golden Bell, I was giving birthday balloons and flowers! All the staffs was singing Happy Birthday and cheering me on. OMG!! I felt like a celebrity at a concert. I've been to many dealership in my walk of life. But I had never experience nothing like this before. Thank you again Vero Beach Kia!! BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!!!

Absolutely the worst car buying experience of my life. I waited nearly 3 weeks for financing, they delivered a dirty vehicle with no floor mats, and no gas. Everyone in the dealership had a story when I asked why things went the way they did. My experience was a real disappointment to say the least oh and I just got the car today with SERVICE OVERDUE. WOW look at the photos. I can t even believe it.

Diego was such a blessing, I got into a car accident a few months ago and he was able to not only help me get a car , but to have a better understanding of the process, Carlos as well bought us McDonald s while we were waiting!!!! I am so thankful that God allowed them to be my salesmen!!! I believe Marcos is his name was the one to make sure that we were able to get the car!!! I came in for service when my check engine light came on. I was first informed that it would cost $99.95 to have the reason diagnosed. This service charge seems really high to basically plug in the computer. Then after almost two hours waiting the service advisor told me I would need a new gas cap, fuel injector flush and fuel induction service for a total of $620. The gas cap itself was $120! I told the service advisor not to do anything and bring me my car, which took another 30 minutes. After paying for the diagnostic fee fee I took my car. On the way home I stopped at Advance Auto and bought a new gas cap and a bottle of fuel injector treatment for $30. Engine light off and car runs great. The KIA charges were almost 200% higher which is outrageous. I know you are a business to make money but that is so ridiculous. I am extremely disappointed in your service department and pricing policies.
