Extremely Friendly, loved the service. Job done well, problem fixed without a headache. Courteous staff, made me feel comfortable and not anxious as many places seem to do. I will be back when I need a service shop again.Back again needed break and rotors done and again did a great no hassle job done quickly and efficiently.

Nice family owned business. Honest and good work. Mr Hicks is an amazing person. He's helped me buy two cars for my daughters over the years. He's helped maintain all our family vehicles. It's hard to find a trustworthy shop that won't take advantage of you. This shop will always be my family's go to.

Hicks is the BEST! Scott is so nice. They are an are an honest old fashion dependable place. A place where you can sit down and Scot will tell you about your car. Not a computer generated anything. It s a wonderful place.We have been doing business with them for years. My Dad did business with Scott s Dad and my entire family relies on Hick s to maintain our automobiles. Needed a full size spare tire and rim for an older vehicle, No problem Hicks got it at a fair price in a matter of days and they placed it in truck! Scott is amazing and down to earth mechanic. Honest and trust worthy does great work and has a friendly attitude. Our family will continue to use them. We have used Hicks from 2008 to current 11/2018 and have been very happy with them. They are honest, do not try to sell unnecessary services, and are very cost competitive. I find that he can explain things so that I understand what is wrong with my car He has worked on 2000 Honda Accord, 2011 Pilot, 2016 Sienna, and 2006 F-150. I encourage you to try him. Great shop.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I LOVE Hicks. Great people. Excellent service. Excellent prices. Such a great team. My whole family has been using Hicks for all car service for all our family generations. Highly recommend them to all. Thank you for all you do Hicks staff.

I used this place because it was recommended from a coworker and based on its 5 star reviews, but I have to say I m rather disappointed, hence the 1 star review.While Scott is very nice, the quality of the repair was disappointing.I brought my car car in for a coolant leak, which they quickly diagnosed as a faulty radiator and repaired the same day.When I got my car back several connections from the air intake where not connected after disassembly and the car made a vibrating noice related to the radiator fan.I brought the car back twice and they couldn t find anything wrong, diagnosing the problem to a faulty radiator fan, which could only be replaced as a assembly according to the mechanic.I ended up picking up the car and tearing it apart myself to find that the replaced radiator was missing a bolt, hence the vibration on that side.The fan didn t need replacement and it actually can be replaced as a separate part, not necessary to replace the whole assembly.It makes me wonder what else the mechanicforgot I do not know if all their mechanics are as forgetful so your experience may differ.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Though they sale cars, I was quickly informed that their main source of business is repairing cars which makes me believe that they won t sell you any junk.
