I have been going to this Goodyear for many years now. I never feel like they're trying to upsell me on anything and they've always been honest and friendly.Eric Werner is always there to answer all my questions and explain to me what needs to be done. I highly recommend these guys over anyone else in Vero Beach.

Heading to Houston from Miami had a flat tire. Turns out 3-4 tires were quite warm and needed replacing! Ouch. Benz has supervise ties and had to be ordered. These guys hooked us up and in a few hours recd out tired they had shipped. Then they did the swap installation in good time. Very friendly and very professional outfit. Highly recommended.

Great service, profesional and fast.I got large screw in front tire of my SUV not knowing where to go for help I went to closes place which was GoodYear Auto Service. It was great choice.My problem was taking care while I was drinking cup of coffee, watching TV, checking my email usung free WiFiTire according to GoodYear policy, was fixed free of any charges.

A 344.00 battery for a 4cyllinder Nissan? Of course they dont have anything cheaper in stock... of course.Maybe not a Goodyear problem since battery prices have sky rocketed. But NO others in stock??? Covid transport issues are over.

I would not recommend you to go into a GoodYear garage and leave your car with them from personal experience!!! Besides the fact that they are expensive in price, they are also unfair and did me a disservice, they broke my abs sensor to replace my front bearing and of course without asking me if I I agree with that.... this place is at the level of fraud. Beyond that, I have a video that I kept for myself that records that I gave the car to the clerk without the lights on the dashboard and when the car left the garage, the clerk handed me the key with two lights on.1 ABS2 AWDAnd it seemed ridiculous to me. He probably thinks he's going to take me on a price-checking tour. He must have imagined that I don't understand what I have in the car.And I gave the key to the receptionist at the counter.Rude behavior Terrible experience Clearly untrustworthy Every person who enters this garage should check himself how many times the general manager tried to tell me some story or something that I should buy!!! Only he thinks I was born yesterday, (this is a detail that Google should know about) Now I have a video . And I have a hidden camera in the car and outside the car that the mechanic didn't see with a USB connection, the camera under the car records that he just doesn't know that he pulled a prank on me, it's filmed and adjusted accordingly. I have already contacted my lawyer regarding the statement of claim and the message will go through my law firm.I am lucky that everything was photographed and documented. I contacted my lawyer about the matter and to file a lawsuit in courton clauses of1 Causing damage through negligence2 Heartache for the customer3 causing damage to property4 Disrespect for human life5 Negligence at work***I have videos full of it.Google should be careful that it grants an advertising license***

Dropped my jeep grand cherokee here just before 6pm following 4 out of 5 wheel studs shearing off at 95/60 exit. They had it ready the following afternoon. Good communication with the diagnostic and a reasonable price. Thanks guys

Eric and James were absolute sweethearts! Very kind and welcoming, and their time with me has made the difference when it comes to getting car serviced. I'm coming back and asking for them specifically, because with the knowledge and care they've given me- i know that they'll take good care of me, and most importantly my mom when i cant be around.Eric. Made an appointment on Tuesday for saturday, however my tires never arrived untill monday. I had to make another appointment for another saturday since its my soonest convenient time. They couldnt even make an appointment untill Thursday! Good thing I kept my truck so I can still get to work everyday but I must fill my tire up every morning before work and must pray my tire hold while driving it around.Where is the customer service?

I always go here, not just the incredible car service that I get every time that keeps me, but also the down to earth wonderful customer service that is received as well. I thank James and Erik for treating me more than just a customer. I enjoy my wait with those two at the front desk. I appreciate the guys who work on my car. I would not go anywhere else!

Service Manager Eric Warner from the Vero Beach location was extremely professional and courteous. He and his team did a fantastic job repairing my flat tire. I will be using this Goodyear location again the future !

I had a flat tire and im not familiar with the vero beach area.. I called 4 tire shops and good year was the only shop that could help me on a Saturday afternoon; they were booked up but said they'd work it out so I wasn't stranded.. All the other shops were too busy; one said drop it off and well see what we can do; another said they couldn't get to it until tuesday.. my tire pressure was 25lbs and wouldn't last until Tuesday. Tom Germain said to bring the car in; he wanted to help me out.. Tom and the shop staff were courteous and efficient and knowledgeable.. I would recommend this shop for all your automotive needs, i.e. oil change, tire rotation, new tire installation, etc. Speaking from a woman's perspective, it was a pleasure to be talked to like they would a man about the car and the tire situation, they didn't dummy it down. The customer service area is clean with coffee and water and comfortable seating while you wait. I can't thank Tom enough and plan to use the good year shop for all my future automotive needs... as a side note, I highly recommend getting the tire warranty .. I'm tired of so many flats from construction debris or auto accident parts on the roadways. I plan to purchase it.

Was told by 2 establishments that I needed new tires. Went to second store who could not remove tires and claimed over-torquing . Went to Goodyear who easily removed tires, found the source of slow leak, fixed tire and rotated at no cost. Will hence forth, use this as my go-to for tires and other related jobs. VERY HAPPY!!

Wonderful service! Today they went above and beyond to help me with a stubborn flat tire late in the day. Plus, this was my first time purchasing warranty on tires, but after this experience, Goodyear has earned my business for the future for sure. Thank you guys!

Poor customer service . Starting from the front desk staff . Eric was very aggressive when speaking to my brother in law just because he was a minor. I went in for an alignment and they ended up lowering my trucks suspension without my approval. Eric was very aggressive when he was asked why they had done this. The mechanics were very helpful but Eric yelled and needed to be calmed down by other workers in the area. This is how unprofessional Eric acted. Now I need to go to another shop that can lift my truck back to the height that it was and do the alignment again because Goodyear wasn t even able to get it right. The manager has not reached out to us even though he knows we were very unhappy. The next step will have to be to reach out to corporate to see what they can do to resolve this.

Went here to have a tire repaired that had a screw in the tread. Tire Kingdom wanted $30 to fix it but this place did it for free, all I did was leave a tip for the workers good job. Had this done four months ago and still haven't had any problems with tire. Went here again a year later for a nail in the tire and once again they fixed it for free. This business has very friendly service people and I would recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!First of all I was not at all, they lied about the price!! They miss quoted the price and forced me to pay $400 extra when I picked up my car. I feel cheated. They are dishonest sales men! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!Unhappy with there service!!! The Tires that they put on Charger were dirty, Scrapped up, Strached up and they looked used!! There is paint on them and it looked unprofessional installed, and I paid more than expected.Second My rims got a lot dirtier after they installed the new tires. There was a lot of glue stuff on my rims. They said there was nothing they could do about it.Third the inside of my car became dirtier as well. My steering wheel have sticky stuff and markings on it as if someone with very dirty hands handled my car, which is my baby!Next, They did not even put a floor mat, that is required, when servicing cars. To make matters worse I had some cash and a lighter in the car, which went missing after they serviced it. When I confronted them they said they had no idea what I was talking about. I know it's petty, but its about ethics. I can't really file a police report a missing $20. But it reflects their ethical standard!On Top of all of that they were very Rude, Eric the service provider, was condescending and mean. He just claimed that we could not blame them for any of the issues I listed above.On top of that he was rude to my mother and made her cry!DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

These guys....they saved my BEHIND. On my way to California, car broke down on turnpike at midnight on a friday. They had me in the shop Saturday morning (no appointment they knew I was traveling and got me taken care of out of the goodness of their hearts) and they had me out by 5:00 the same day. Very very pleased with the service these gentleman gave. 5stars and I highly recommend going with them for any auto mechanic needs.

I had an *appointment*. For a simple oil change. OVER 2 hours it took to complete. 2 hours and 15 minutes before I got my car back. Absolutely insane. I will go to Take 5 and spend 20 more dollars to have 1 hour and 55 minutes of my time back next oil change. Also received a nasty attitude for using a coupon because it meant a paper had to be reprinted. To top it off, I get in my car and it's squealing when it clearly wasn't upon drop off. Was told by my dad they must have accidentally sprayed something on a belt and it wasn't worth going back inside over but who knows. Just not a good experience.

Took my truck in to get a tire rotation, alignment and balance and after I got my truck back and got home I noticed they messed up my rim and lug nut on my truck. So I took it back and the manager looked at it and blamed me and said that I did it and got an attitude with me. Not once did he try to fix the situation until after I went to go leave. Asked twice for corporates number and had the conversation switched each time so i had to find the number myself. Very poor way to treat a customer that s been going there for years and a good way to lose a lot of business. Thought the customer came first but I guess this isn t the case

I've used both Good Year locations in Vero over the years. Today I brought a visiting family member from out of state's car. They took good care of us and were able to get on the road on time. Appreciate the great ongoing service. I highly recommend!

This is my go-to place ever since the dealership I bought my car from and used for service installed a flange wrong and almost cost me my engine. Tom and Eric are the management guys up front at the desk, and they are great: professional, knowledgeable, friendly, committed to fixing your car and getting you on your way. Even on short to zero notice, they'll do their best to accommodate you when you have an issue crop up. This location also has a mechanical wizard on staff named Peter who, in the words of Eric, is the "best mechanic he's ever had." There's free Wifi, free bottled water, and free coffee in the waiting area. If you need a ride home, they'll provide that service for free within a reasonable distance. This Goodyear location is also close to a ton of restaurants and shops, so you can explore them for a couple hours while your car is worked on...

I came in to this Goodyear weary and frustrated. This was my second major blowout on my trip on the Florida Turnpike. I was greeted by Service Manager Eric Werner. Eric was kind, concerned and accommodating. He managed to not only replace my tire AND lift my spirits!! I m so appreciative and would highly recommend this Goodyear!!

If I could give there customer Service a negative i would worst auto experience every time I talk to them in the location and over the phone!! Terrible attitude every time I go. They look miserable. I always go to the one on 21st because they re a million x better. Made an appointment for an oil change because I was busy and had things to do. Normally I go out my way for the other Location because this place seems like they never want to help. Not just once but I ve contacted them on multiple occasions and always get the same terrible service. This 1 time I made an appointment with them (normally try to actively avoid them) a week in advance Since they were closer to me and I had a lot of things To take care of this particular day.. then they tell me I have to wait an hour and a half!!! For an oil change !!! And told them I made an appointment to avoid this and they told me to go to jiffy lube. Tf ! They re idiots and either need new management or new employees. Not sure who s fault it is so but unless there is no other option, do not go here !!!!!!!

I was told my purchase would be eligible for a $100 rebate. The website only gave me a $75 rebate.It's not enough to go to battle over, but it left a bad taste.

I can't see myself going to another place since everything is great with this shop. Thank you Eric and Tom, this Goodyear is by far the best shop I ve been to in Vero beach hands down.

These guys helped us out of jam big time. We had a blowout on I-95 and I was able to limp to the store on the donut. We got there 20 minutes before closing time on a Sunday evening, and they stayed late to get us squared away with 4 new tires. Real professionals.

Nice people and so far, so good. No issues and this is the first place I have ever taken my 9 year old Forrester besides the dealer. The dealer saw me coming in Vero Beach and these people are refreshing after the service manager at Dyer.
