I can not say enough how outstanding the customer service is at this Goodyear. John the Manager goes over and above to make sure every customer is well taken care of and his employees are professional and do a great job from oil changes to brakes, tires and repairs. I travel 30 minors just to have my vehicle serviced at this Good Year in Vero Beach.

Outstanding customer service. Came here with a flat on my rental and they took care of my vehicle in record time. I highly recommend they are a role model in the business. Take your vehicle here to get fixed.

They deemed my front drivers side tire irreparable. Just a small little nail in their. And recommended two new front tires and they were both new in November. The other one isn t worn down that much. They just want your money

I ve been coming here for the past 10 years. I always get my oil change and new tires here. The service is excellent, the prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly. This is so much better than a dealership and much less expensive. Today for the first time I had a leak in one of the tires. They fixed it and there was no charge because I bought the tires there.

Updated:Over three years since the first review, and continue to visit them when I am in the area visiting family. We had a flat tire and on a busy Saturday, they took a look, told my wife that it could be patched and did all they could to get it taken care of and her on her way.Joe went above and beyond and even while he was handling numerous customers and some kind of internet issue, he was engaging everyone in the lobby and handling everything in a top notch way.I have been to this location for oil changes, buying tires, repairs and overall maint. Every time, the experience is exceeds expectations, I never ever felt sold or pushed, and have always found the advice has always been spot on and professional...Great experience today with great communication and outstanding customer service. Even with a limited staff, Jay made sure everything was addressed and taken care of!

Very honest staff here. The manager John was quick to agree with an issue I had and went above and beyond to make it right. They won t upsell you anything or try to convince you to buy something you don t need.

I was vacationing in Vero Beach. On my drive, which was 9 hours, I noticed my breaks were catching. Eddie, the store manager, took excellent care of me AND my car. I had no other transportation source and he had me brought back to my hotel and when work was complete, he had me picked up and brought back to the store location. He took the time to consider my finances by being in touch with several vendors for parts in order to get the best price for me. Eddie kept in touch with me constantly and I will be forever grateful for his assistance. Great service.

Highly recommended. While on vacation in Vero Beach, my breaks failed and it turned out to be corroded brake lines. Matt and Eddie diagnosed the problem, got the parts, and completed the repair. They kept me informed and had my car ready when I needed to head back home. Thanks, guys!

I found a screw in my tire on the way to work in the morning (heard tapping as I drove). Stopped here to get it fixed and they said they were pretty busy and were booked until later in the afternoon. I didn't want to wait that long so I was going to leave, but he asked me to pull it up so he could take a quick look. Turns out the screw hadn't penetrated, so he plucked it out and said I was good to go! Drove on it all day and it's fine. Thank you Juan!

I have dealt with this Goodyear store several times in the past with excellent results. This time I needed only a tire patch resulting from a screw in the treads of one of my tires. They were short staffed and their schedule was completely booked and still Eddie Komal the operations Director was sensitive to my emergency and managed to squeeze me in and repair my tire. Always friendly and accommodating. I have no reservation in recommending this store for anyone needing tire work or replacement.

Thanks to the team at the Vero Beach Goodyear Auto Service. I was impressed with their friendly greeting, periodic updates on my job and their commitment to satisfying their customer. Unfortunately the previous repair shop that I had been to earlier in the week failed to give me back the device the unlocks the lug nuts and Goodyear tried to remove the bolts so I could get new tires. They were successful and completed the job quickly. I am very satisfied with the performance of the Goodyear Team.Thank you

Lied fake upsell terrible service I went in because they were open on Sunday and I gave Goodyear tires on my vehicle They lied and said that a tire that could be repaired needed to be replaced I said OK, then let s replace all four tires They then told me that the tires had arrived and to drop the vehicle off, and when I dropped it off, they then started adding things onto the quoted price which are generally included in a tire replacement, such as alignment, balancing, etc. then when I drop the car off, they said the tires needed to be ordered and I went back took the vehicle to midcoast tire and they repaired it within 20 minutes What an ordeal and a rip off I am going to put anything on my car, except for Goodyear after this

I was ripped off. Joe Elliott said he would call me and give me price of tires. Put 4 new tires on my car when I didn t want 4 new and never called me for price confirmation. Almost $1,800 for tires today. Never going back, thanks Joe.

The serviceman Eddie and mechanic Ranaldo were both very helpful and provided excellent service. They made the experience of repairing my vehicle on the spur of the moment comfortable and timely.

I went and had my front end fixed as well as full break work done and I have had multiple issues since. They had to reattach our suspension in the front end because the mechanic failed to tighten them properly causing us to ride on the suspension only using the axle itself to hold it together then ever since we have also had our new breaks lock up several times. I strongly recommend taking the extra trip to the one on 58th in vero. Much better work and friendly service

Heading to NJ from North Hutchinson Island and tire indicator light went off. PSI was good on all 4 tires, but wanted them checked before getting on Rt 95. At 1 pm on a Saturday afternoon with garage full of cars, these guys said they would fit us in to check all 4 tires by closing at 6 pm. They were done by 4 pm. Thank you!

I have been a loyal customer of this Goodyear location for 30 years. I purchased tires for at least five vehicles and had numerous services done. I delivered my car today for an oil change and was quoted less than $100. I received a call that I needed air fllters etc that would increase the cost to $200. . When I arrived, they tried to charge over $300. Bate and switch. I paid $250 and will never return. Bye bye Goodyear!

I've used this Goodyear Auto Service center on 2 occasions.1st was to patch/plug a tire- they did a great job of servicing my unscheduled visit on a busy weekend, and it was even free! I wasn't initially aware of their free patching deal.2nd occasion was to have my rear differential and transfer case oil replaced- again they made quick work at a reasonable price. Make sure to schedule your service appointments for these bigger jobs as they are continuously servicing vehicles.

I had a flat in Vero today. AAA aired my tire up & followed me to Goodyear. I was told they couldn't fix my tire until tomorrow. I left my car there to go to lunch with the plan in place that I would let them air up my tire upon return & drive to Ftm Pierce to fix my tire, where I purchased the tires. When I returned my tire was off and being repaired. They noticed my tire was losing air and I would not be able to drive on that tire. I'm grateful for the guys for working on my tire in between scheduled appointments & getting my tire fixed. They went above & beyond my expectations & I thank you so much!!

As a winter visitor to Vero Beach, I have been to both the 58th St (Tom & James) and the 21st stores(Eddie & Joe). I cannot express how impressive the customer service was at both locations! You should be proud to have these 4 employees representing Goodyear. Thank you so much!

I have purchased several sets of tires there for myself and family over the years. I always price out around the treasure coast, and they have consistently been less. Goodyear's service and professionalism are exceptional. An appointment will be necessary.

Best service place in town. I bought several sets of GoodYear tires and cannot complain a bit about them. Fast service and good pricing - always a coupon to find somewhere :). Jim is a very honest manager and tries his very best to give us good service!

I am the owner of an independent shop and Goodyear on the Miracle Mile does all of my tire and alignment work. They have a friendly staff and do good work. The office staff, Jay, Juan, and Eddie are always friendly helpful and take good care of me.

Brought in car for an oil change, was later called that I needed a filter change & quoted $22.60. Front desk checkout never showed me the bill till after I paid. When I saw that he charged me 33.00 I questioned him that the he amount was higher then quoted. All he said was its already computed in system and he could not change it. That is No Way to do business. YES I FEEL RIPPED OFF.Won't be back and will not refer either.

Very nice people. Fixed a bad tire on my Budget rental. Took care of the billing etc. Budget was no help. Eddie Komal the manager here at Goodyear stepped up. Thanks.
