Our experience with Gerber was EXCELLENT! Our hood had been damaged by an auto parts store and from start to finish the process went so smoothly. EVERYONE who works there is awesome in what they do, inside the office and out.I highly recommend this business and we will definitely return to this place if the need ever arises.Great job Gerber!!!

I am thrilled with the professionalism of Gerber Collision. The staff is caring, helpful and informative from the first phone call to delivering the final product. Working with Ashley puts your mind at ease immediately. Updates are sent before you even have time to wonder how things are progressing. An accident and being without your vehicle and dealing with insurance claims can be a very stressful time. Rest assured your mind will be at ease and you will not be disappointed in choosing Gerber for your place of repair.I have had my daughters car, a colleges van and my own precious Fiona repaired at this establishment and all received excellent service and quality work. Outstanding service and excellent, friendly staff. Took our Cadillac in for repair and the car was returned early with repairs completed to our satisfaction. Update, Richard today was excellent in helping us with damage done during the storm and getting our car back in shape.

I had my car repaired here three times during the past year. Their name says it all ... when my car is returned to me, it runs & looks like new. It is perfect!Their customer service is exceptional. They have always met my needs in a friendly, cooperative manner.Over the years I have lived on the Treasure Coast, I have dealt with several (4) other repair shops before I found out about Perfection. Since working with them, I would not go anywhere else.

Absolutely painless experience, my car looks great they did the repairs in a short time even though the shop is clearly swamped. They even washed and cleaned my interior. Great service professional employee's superior quality work. 5 stars all the way

They are the nicest people.. awesome customer service.. I had major damage to my Lincoln MKC and it took a long time to repair but they made it a stress free process. Unfortunately, I had to bring it back after 1 week and they immediately took care of it.. they paid for a rental for me out of there own pockets..Amazing!!Lisa Murdock

My wife's first brand new car was backed into and took out the entire passenger side of her 2016 Toyota Corolla. My insurance company wanted me to use Perfection Paint & Body I was very hesitant to use them because I have a friend who owns a body shop here in town as well. Perfection would guarantee the work they did for the lifetime that we own the vehicle. They had the car for a week I went to pick it up but I was not happy with it so they told me to come back the next day so I did and still wasn't happy, so again I was told to come back the following day again. When I got back the next day the car looked beautiful I can honestly say it looks better then the factory paint job. Thank you very much for making a picky person like myself happy. I would highly recommend Perfection Paint & Body to anyone who needs a quality repair job.

As a disabled Army retiree, I first search for veteran companies to deal with whenever I can. Then I check their web site to see what others think about their service.Perfection has more five star ratings than I ve ever seen anywhere.Quick service, right, and reasonable cost.

Ashley did an excellent job overseeing the repair of our Ram 3500 truck.Kudos to Ashley and the Gerber crew.The only negative was the fact that Gerber sent the truck to Mullinax Ford for inspection of the front end and alignment of the front end.Mullinax told us it needed a new drag link assembly that would cost about $900 but they could not get the parts. They also mounted a new tire to a new wheel and damaged the wheel without saying anything.So I took the truck to St. Lucie Tire and they said the drag links were fine but I needed a tire and front end alignment (this was after Mullinax just aligned it)I will never use Mullinax Ford for anything but I would recommend Gerber CollisionServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I was rear-ended and went through this shop for the repairs.... "Perfection" had my car for over 3 weeks and didn't even complete the job; I have had to bring it back 4 times with no luck of getting a total repair for the damages like they promised AND were paid for. To add insult to injury, they would not even admit my trunk lid was not replaced correctly when you can clearly see that it sticks out from the rest of the trunk. They also charged the insurance company for new parts like my cracked gas tank that they mended instead of replacing. Would absolutely not recommend this place for repairs, the only thing they did right was the paint match (black).

They have done an excellent body work on my car and within a very reasonable time. My car looks like brand new and am happy to have it back in my possession. Congratulations Perfection! You have done well.

Excellent customer service, truck looks great (got a scrunch repaired), body and paint perfect! Would recommend them to anybody! Reasonable cost, also!

A good shop. If the car didn't have 3100 miles on it and been hand detailed by me, I may not have noticed anything different. Anyway, easy enough people to deal with and timely service at a fair price.

My Wrangler was sent there by a local dealer to have the door and hood hinges painted. It had been to a different shop four times and they failed to get it right. But perfection got it right the first time!!!!! It looks like a factory job.Thank's for the great job

My car went there on an insurance claim. The repairs turned out good and they went out of their way to assure I was happy. Run by a vet, strong veteran support. Will definitely use again if needed.

I took my car here bc of front end damage due to animal running out in front of my car. My car is messed up. This company is associated with my insurance. Between them and dealership, they had my car 2 months. They built inurance almost 10 grand only for my car to be leaking oil. Took it to Dyer 4x and they claimed no leaks. I had done taken my car to my mechanic only for them to show me oil was leaking from the car. I complained and told them I smell burning something. The owner seemed slow but shrugged me off. They messed up the paint on my hood and roof. You can tell they buffed it incorrectly and now it is dull and you can see the damage. Will not recommend them to anyone I know. The interactions was not pleasant.

The auto body shop is very racist. I had my vehicle repaired there through USAA insurance. My family dropped me off to pick up my vehicle and the shop demanded I give them the keys to my rental car before I could get my repaired vehicle. I explain to office staff I was dropped off and the staff demanded I return home to get the rental car. The shop thought because of my race I could not be trusted to return the rental vehicle in a timely manner regardless of my family being a retired military family. I was disheartened about their actions that I put a negative review on their website that was quickly removed to give their shop a higher rating and to continue their discrimination. The shop actions were prejudice enough and continued with Ms. Tardi calling me to inform me she read their review. Ms. Tardi advise me she could not be prejudice because she had a African American sister. Ms. Tardi just suddenly gained her an African American sister and regardless of informing me she had an African American sister that I quickly said her newly found African American sister did not matter that my concern were the discriminatory treatment I received. Ms.Tardi proceeded to tell me the staff never demanded or mention my rental car. Ms. Tardi conveniently insisted repeatedly no one in the shop even mention the rental car. I told her I could not get my repaired car from them until I told the office staff that I had call the rental company notifying them I was returning the rental car before closing. Ms. Tardi immediately said well Becky said you told her you was returning it the following day. I immediately said you have been on this telephone repeatedly telling me no one even mention the rental car to me and if no one mention the car then why is Becky saying I told her I was returning the rental car the following day. Ms. Tardi immediately hung the telephone up because she knew she was caught lying. The demand for the rental car was ridiculous then to continue the discrimination by calling me to try to cover it up by conveniently gaining an African American sister then when that was not sufficient Ms.Tardi tried to repeatedly tell me it did not happen and was caught lying. I had to go back to the shop because my car was running loud and USAA had paid them.USAA staff made the appointment and the manager Dave was waiting outside for me asking me if we could talk about what happened at his shop. I stated why you did not just be honest instead of Ms. Tardi calling me to inform me she conveniently had a African American sister after discriminating then lied to say no one mention the rental car until she was caught lying. I would not have to give a negative review if the shop would treat everyone the same then the length they would use to cover it up.

Stellar service. This company could not be better. The repair is perfect, the turn around time was very fast, and the employees are helpful, friendly, and professional. "Perfection" is the right name for these folks.
