Matt (I believe the mgr) was so kind and accommodating. I had my first flat tire in at least 25 years. He and his team got me on the road within an hour. My next set of tires are definitely from this Firestone shop.

I pulled up at 6:50AM on a Saturday morning and staff were already getting the day started. There was a huge bolt in my tire and it was repaired and I was driving again before 8AM. Pleasant wait room, friendly and courteous staff.

RUN I went in for a quote for front brakes & rear drums. I knew rotators were good & drum had no leaks. My dad is my mechanic, but has been extremely busy and couldn t do the job. So we went to Firestone knowing the vehicle needed brakes & nothing else. After my dad did the inspection. We were given a quote $1,247. Included rotators & costs for leaking drums. I was clear & specific. So I ask why quote me for other repairs, without seeing the car, plus I know my daughter s vehicle didn t need anything other than what I stated. His fast talk, hustler response saying a whole lot of nothing, but a scam. Predicting repairs even after my specific comment. Is it because I m a woman? Sorry wrong customer.Ended up at Midas. Quote for what I ask for. Job done for $413. Very honest company, NEVER did they try and predict damages without seeing the vehicle. No other repairs needed after inspection!! BAD BUSINESSSCAMMERS

My wife took her car in yesterday for four new tires and Tire Pressure Monitor Sensor maintenance light on dash. She left car at appointed time along with new TPMS kit. When she picked up her car they said needed special tool to change sensors.(not true) I went back to find out why not changed sensors while mounting new tires, which I would have paid extra for. Manager shrugged and said "they 'should' have told you" they don't change sensors not purchased from them. So now I still have maintenance light on dash and have to go somewhere else to pay again for tire mount and balance to fix. Not good business.

I have been a customer with Firestone for the past 20 years in Vero Beach and have always been satisfied with the service, personal and fairness of prices, however this time with your policy changes and pricing I will not be recomending or using your company in the future. I brought my car in for two issues, one my outside mirrors were not working and two I had a leak in my window washer resersevoir. which I told them about. I also asked them to check the car out for other things that might be needed. I know I was paying for the overall check for issues which were addressed, however my bill included two diagnostic items one for my Washer issue for $132.and then an 82.99 charge to replace a plastic elbow which cost about $8 dollars if that. They also replaced the mirror switch In the end I was charged $499. Not exactly what I thouht I would pay for a plastic elbow and a mirror switch. Paying for a diagnostic fee at that rate is gouging. in my opinion. Customers beware before you choose Firestone

Worst oil change experience ever! Had a 1:00 appointment. Didn t begin working on the car until 1:50. Then broke the oil cap cover and blamed it on the previous o change. Told me the new part would arrive in 2-3 minutes and it took 45 minutes! 3 hours for an oil change! Never again!

since day one all the guys at Firestone have been professional and supportive. They don't push up any sales; all services aside from what I went in were suggestion/ suggestion that later I came back for. Always courteous and willing to help not only me but the many customers that come through the door.I feel safe knowing my car is being attended by professionals and that their work is guaranteed.I may not know much about cars but I learning as I go along the way.Thank you Firestone of Vero BeachErika Dascher

My tires were not rotated as they were supposed to be. The right rear tire (which is a new Bridgestone tire) had a slow leak. They were supposed to change the oil, fix the leak, and rotate the tires. When I got home, I noticed the the Bridgestone was still in the right rear position. I have been a consistant customer at my Firestone dealer. Even after their constant trying to upsell. But no more. If you can't remember to rotate the tires, which was on the invoice, and reiterated to the guy behind the desk when I came in, what else wasn't done. But trying to upsell me is never forgotten.

They had on our paper work that our tires were rotated. I had a tire plugged a couple days before somewhere else because firestone couldn't get us in. I also marked it so I wouldknow if they did rotate them and they hadn't. But my paper work like I said earlier said they did it. So I called and they said we couldn't rotate them because your lug nuts were swollen. So what the hell, why does my paperwork say you did it. I'm not sure was the answer. It sucks because I used them for years. Now it's over. Terrible customer service as of late and I'm an easy-going person, but that's it.

Specifically asked if I dropped my vehicle off at lunch time for an alignment if they would have it done by 430. Was assured it would be done. Didn't even touch the vehicle. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend this place. Take your car somewhere else.Update: No thank you. Your employees lie, and clearly have no interest in fixing vehicles. No longer will I use or recommend your services.

Picked up a nail in tire on highway. They were not able to patch as it was a runflat with excess wear. They worked us in and got us back on the road despite being very busy on a Friday afternoon. Got two new tires (both back tires worn) and back on the road in less than 2 hours from walking in the shop.

This week I desperately needed new tires installed & delivered. Set up an appt in person which they were both very helpful. Tires arrived a day early and when I confirmed my appt for the next day, Mike Mgr informed me I would have to sign a damage waiver as there were not making enough $ on this transaction. What? So if you do a $1000.00 service and dent my car or scratch a rim that's ok? bizarre. I have had 2 company cars and my own serviced here along with many recommendations to others. At this point, I went to another installer who welcomed me and my business with open arms The other Mike (not mgr) was thorough, professional and helpful as much as he was allowed. The Mgr needs to review Harvey Firestone's Motto hung in their store.

We had a flat tire on the way home from day one of a two day event in which our business was a premier vendor.State Farm roadside assistance and ABC Towing we re great- thank you for responding so quickly and helping to make a bad situation manageable. You both were amazing! Fast service, great company (in the tow truck!) an all around good experience.Fast forward to the next morning, we needed to have our tire changed and get to the event where our equipment, our merchandise and our rental truck were sitting, ready for day two of the event. We called our local Firestone on 19th place in Vero beach. We agreed on a price and inquired about the timeframe in which this work would be completed. The stalWe were told it takes about an hour to replace the tire- mind you we had taken the tire off the car and taken it to Firestone so there was no removal or replacing the tire on the car itself by them. We just needed them to sell us a tire and put it on our rim which we brought to them via an Uber! That was at 10am this morning. It is now 5:30pm.7 and a half hours and $5-7000 of lost revenue later, we still don t have a tire. This is unacceptable. Several calls and complaints to corporate did little to help the local branch assess the situation and help where they could- instead they treated their customer with apathy and disconcerted distain.Lost revenue and extended rental fees is what this may have cost us SO FAR.And never so much as an apology from the guys at the local branch while this was happening. The woman that I spoke with at corporate was very nice and understood our dilemma. I want to thank her for our conversation.BTW, when they finally changed the tire at 5:35, it took 10 minutes, they were done at 5:45.This is where training and the employee s ability to exercise CRITICAL THINKING would have been best served.I will never go to Firestone again. Honestly, I had recommended going to Walmart in the first place. They have better prices and have always gotten us in and out. My better half chose to go to Firestone.Your prices, and now your people, are damaging your brand. Time to step up the CX training and introduce a few sensitivity training modules.

These guys here were great! I think they knew me by name, I seemed to bug them frequently with tire issues, lol! But seriously, they were awesome. Always kept me updated on progress, gave me reasonable rates, worked with me on some discounts, and were very patient with me and my questions! Great place!

I made an appointment for 2:00 p.m. I got there at 1:45. I was told it didn't matter that I had an appointment that my oil change was going to be between two and a half hours to 3 hours wait time before they could take my car in. I came all the way from Port St Lucie for this appointment. I have never heard of such a thing... Waiting for that long for an oil change that takes approximately 20 minutes... And why would I make an appointment so I can wait 3 hours to get a 20 minute oil change. I asked for a manager... And he informed me he was the manager I said well what are you going to do for me he said "like what". And I said I'm not happy that I have an appointment and I'm going to be waiting for 3 hours for an oil change and I drove all the way from Port St Lucie and I drove all the way from Port St Lucie. And he did not give me any other option except for to come back another time if I didn't want to waitexcept for to come back another time if I didn't want to wait. Terrible customer service and a terrible place to have work done on your car I will never be back!.

I was driving home from work when an alert went off that one of my tires was losing air. I called Mike at Firestone, told him it was an emergency situation, and he was willing to take a look even though it was late in the day. Mike and the guys patched me up and got me back on the road before dinner time. I always take my vehicles here and have never been disappointed. Thanks Mike!Service: Tires

Go somewhere else. Appointments are pointless. Had one for 2pm showed up at 130pm and left at 530pm. Guy at the desk told me I was after a lady sitting in the lobby after 2 hours of waiting. The lady was gone for 2 hours after that before the pulled my vehicle in. I had asked another guy when they would pull my truck in and he said all the mechanics were busy. And they were. Busy talking and walking in and out of the lobby. Stay away from this place if you value your time because they sure as hell don t.

Got the impression they just didn't want to do the work. Then they quoted me $90+ taxes to put two new tires on the rims and identify a slow leak in one of the existing tires. I wasn't even sure if the $27 dollars included fixing the leak once it was identified. Left them an upper decker for being so arrogant and headed out the door. Only now noticed all the poor reviews. Best to just avoid this one.

We took our car in for air conditioning repair on a Monday and was told 1.5 hours to repair. At the end of the day, we were told "we can't figure it out". The next two days "their main mechanic was out. On Thursday at 3:30 I called, and was told they had not gotten to it because... "Other people had appointments".... At that time I became a bit verbally assertive (no cursing or anything) but asking why my car that has been sitting there since Monday was not given priority over "appointments". Within two hours, we received a call back saying "it was an electrical problem and they could not fix it... take it to the dealer"; which we did. Remarkably we got in right away, and within an hour or two were told it was a compressor and possible fan issue. They dealer was so helpful trying to get the job in a timely fashion, which they did in one day, compared to Firestone, 4 days, and they can't fix it!We have taken both our cars to this Firestone for service, tires and other mechanical issues for the 6 years we have lived in Vero, and subsequently have spent quite a bit of money there. The quality of service and customer service has declined over that time to the point we experienced this recent debaucle; we will not return to Firestone and will find another car service center.Service: Air conditioning

I have used this branch for over 10 year with numerous vehicles, I have always experienced excellent and professional service, any issues I have had or warranty work was addressed promptly and professionally. I have had to use other dealers and businesses due to warranty etc and have ended up back at the Vero Firestone branch to fix the work other dealers/facilities have done incorrectly.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Wow. I came in frustrated after having new tires installed maybe 1,000 miles ago and having one go flat and constant leaks. I was not the happiest customer and I was quite rude about it when I heard the warranty wasn't going to cover it and they wanted me to buy a new tire. I had purchased the additional protection and road hazzard coverage. I have had problems with my new tires since day one. My TPMS sensor has been off at max for 3 days after I fill the tires up to the proper pressure. I went back to the stuart firestone and they said they did not replace the valve stems and they were leaking. I paid for the replacement and nothing changed. I regulary take my car in for oil changes and have mentioned it to them each time resulting in them just filling up my tires and saying they couldn't figure out any problems causing the tires to go from 36psi to 20psi in days. This is at Firestone stuart, I had a random flat last night like I said and was in disbelief at the fact that Firestone stuart had no record of these leaking issues and they never recorded when I paid for the valve stems to be replaced. I was not happy that my $1,000 tires popped in maybe 300-400 miles of use. I was rude and the manager of the Vero Beach store was nice. He showed me that is was probably a bad seam that they probably never actually replaced my valve stems and there was corrosion on the rim that the Stuart Firestone had not let me know about or cleaned. He took his time with me, a jerk and rude customer and took his time to make sure my tire was done right. I felt so horrible at the way I acted but him and the guys seemed to understand that stuff happens. I will always bring my car and my wifes car to Mike at Firestone in Vero Beach off 19th. Thank you so much for being patient and kind with me. It really made my day.

made an 8:00 am appt last week for this morninggot here at 7:50 so I wouldn t be late . it s 9:46 and I was just told another 15-20 minsnever in the history of oil changes does one car take 2 1/2 hours .Let me also premise that John the young man running this place is doing his best to answer phones , schedule appts , give estimates over the phone and in person ,What you need is honest assessments of timeframes . A woman that was here before me just left and rolled her eyes at me ! Trust me as a customer time is a huge issue with me . I m a caretaker of my 93 year old mother and my husband is in chemo .today was the one day I had an extra few hours to run around and get things done Those hours are now gone !sadlyI ve emailed you my invoice and my infoas per your requestService: Oil change

We were tourist in Florida, and were left stranded in the boonies from nails tearing up our tire. Our roadside assistance couldn t make it in almost 4 hours. The Firestone was closing at 6 and we made barley by 5:45 and the employees squeezed us in. We would have missed our 7 day cruise and lost $$$$. We even tried to tip them and they said they wouldn t take it. A simple service but it was the kindness of the employees for realizing our situation and helping out.Service: Tires

No service they take what they want at this store make a appointment good luck if they don't feel like doing it they simply tell you they tried call you and you didn't answer. Then say there all booked up. And funniest of all they don't have the ability to send you a email is what they say really your in 2023 how is that possible. Already called my fleet department we will no longer service our vehicles at any Firestone at all trash is what this place is.
