Our car needed a rear bumper/trim repair after someone hit it in a parking lot. I was referred to Fine Line and had the most positive experience I ever had with a body shop. I was given three quotes from the "simple" fix to the "total replacement" fix. At no time was I ever pressured into going to most expensive route. They provided the options and left the decision to me. When I decided, they ordered the part, called as promised when it came in and completed the job faster than expected. I highly recommend Fine Line and will surely use them in the future should the need arise.

Perfection.The entire staff was accurate when it came to price, and when they would finish. On top of this, they went above, and beyond by servicing me a month later, when I had an issue that was not necessarily related to the accident, they help me out anyway.They are the only place I would recommend to friends and family.Sincerely,Geoff

Fine line was amazing. They took care of my Mustang and made it look like it just came off the showroom floor. I appreciate the guys and all their hard work and I would definitely recommend anyone to use them. They even had my vehicle done and clean before the due date.

They fixed up my damage in 5 days. They had it ready exactly when they said it would be ready and went above and beyond with helping me figure out pricing. They kept up communication through the whole thing and since I got my car back it looks like when I first bought it. They even cleaned it before I picked it up. Very satisfied!

My truck was damaged due to an accident. Fine Line did a terrific job. Not only did they repair the damage they also cleaned my truck inside and out. Was told the repairs would take a week and a half but It was done in five days. My car had an unfortunate accident and needed someone it could trust to baby it. Lucky for us - we found Tony and his team to take care of us. Despite supply chain issues in procuring parts, they kept at it and delivered superior quality work and standards that others might not have achieved. Attention to detail was important. I'm a recent transplant to the area and hadn't found any auto friends to trust yet. So please we found Tony - he's in our circle now (although I do hope I don't have to return, only because I don't wish for any vehicle damage). :-) Go see Tony and the team - they will certainly take care of you.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

I have never written a review on any business up until now. My experience here from start to finish was better than I ever imagined after an accident with our new truck. Not only was Tony and his staff very attentive to customer service but my truck was repaired to original new. Three different staff asked me if everything looked good. In addition the truck was cleaned and delivered one day earlier than promised. Thanks again

Our truck was in a serious accident. Fine Line helped us with the insurance. They kept us informed of the repairs and the cost. The work took long, but when there was a last-minute glitch with an airbag sensor, Fine Line Collision covered the final days of our car rental. I have waited to review this Auto Shop. I wanted to make sure everything was done correctly. My car was wrecked in Sebastian Fl, while on vacation. My insurance recommended Fine Line. I was extremely worried, my previous experience with OTHER auto places was not good. FINE LINE was absolutely WONDERFUL, their communication was great, they fix my car exactly has it was (it wasn't a year old yet). they tolerated me, my questions, my calls, my not being able to get my car ( live in another state) I have had absolutely NO problems. This place gives me faith in auto shops again. I would highly recommend FINE LINE. They are professional, kind, honest and patience. Thank you Fine Line!!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the process and were transparent. For me, I had to bring it by for an estimate and schedule a drop off date. Next, I dropped it off on the scheduled date. After that, they called me to pick it up (they fixed it a day earlier than estimated). Last, I went in, paid the deductible (Allstate paid the rest), and was handed my keys. This was the first time, since buying the car, that repairs had to be made; they made it an overall good experience. On top of that, they thoroughly cleaned my entire car.

This was my first time dealing with a body shop so I was pretty nervous about my vehicle after my car accident. The owner and his staff are amazing. Their communication was on point and very professional. They took the time to explain to me the process of fixing my vehicle so I felt confident driving with my children. Brought in a Honda Civic that had been driven into a curb and bent the frame and did some damage to the front suspension/steering components. Fine Line mechs put forth a lot of effort and used their knowledge to bring everything back to 100%. Car rides great and of course I will highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for fair and honest work at a good price. Thank you Fine Line!

I m pretty sure this place is OK if you pay for it but if you re going through an insurance company like Allstate be careful because I literally pick up my car on 16 March and by the time I get home the mirror falls off of the passenger side where the car was impacted at like they don t drive the car because all it took was a little movement and the mirror fell out which shows they don t do any kind of detailed inspection because it would ve fell out how they even open the door with the big scuff mark on itServices: Painting, Body & Trim
