The Service Dept Manager, Brandon, is outstanding! He goes above and beyond to make things right. We had a fraying issue with my brand new Crosstrek driver s seat cushion. He located a replacement and also gave us Subaru seat covers. He s a true, customer-focused professional! Thank you, Brandon. Highly recommend!

I ve owned several Subaru s over the course of many years and was very pleased with Dyer Subaru when I bought my Outback. This was my first service appointment and I couldn t be happier with their treatment of me and my vehicle. Javier ensured I understood what they were going to do, how much the service cost, and how long it would take. They came through on all fronts.They did a thorough inspection, rotated the tires, and changed the oil. No delays, no trying to upsell me, no surprises.Javier is experienced, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. Even though I live in the next county I will continue to give Dyer my business. I hope they keep up the high standards I am now accustomed to.

Outback oil change, tire rotation and new cabin air filter $195. At the checkout service counter, I was asked to rate my experience, I gave it a 9. I was asked what could make it a 10 rating, I said I thought $195 was much higher a cost than my husband and I expected. I said, bring down the price and I would feel more comfortable about changing my review . The service tech reached into the drawer and had a coupon for $89 for oil change and rotation. Even with that coupon, out the door was $184.55.when I got back to our seasonal condo, I called Subaru service in MI and the same service without coupon was $149 plus tax. That much price difference between Subaru dealership charges was very surprising and unsettling.

We are vacationing in Vero Beach from New York. My car's battery died and I had to call AAA for a jump start. I called a couple Subaru dealers and none could get me in for under a week. I called Dyer and asked to speak to the service manager, Joseph. I explained to him that I couldn't wait a week because we had no other transportation. He got us in the next day! Joseph made sure the service department found the issue, and called to say it was covered. If I lived in Vero Beach, I would buy my next Subaru at Dyer because of the excellent service I received from them, and especially from Joseph. Thank you Joseph!

Outstanding facilities and comfortable waiting area. Highly professional personnel. Service was completed within the time specified, and service manager took time to explain what was done. Very satisfied and would recommend Dyer to others.

Great experience just like the last time! I pulled up maybe a min early for my Appt. They were right there to greet me and take my car back for the service. I told Joseph my service advisor, that I needed to wait for the vehicle and they were able to get me out much faster than we both had anticipated. I really like that the Service Manager's office is situated right next to the service desks, to me this is a big plus! Great job again by the whole service team!

The staff at Dyer Subaru were courteous, friendly, and professional. Brandon, the Service Department supervisor, clearly explained which repairs needed to be done, how long they would take, and the estimated cost. He made sure we received a loaner car which met our family's needs.

Dyer Subaru has a new location and a great waiting room. Brandon, the service manager bent over backwards to resolve my issue. Very thorough. Walk around video or the car is very impressive.

Dyer Subaru provided excellent service to mine and my husband vehicles. They take the time to video issues of your car and sends the video to you for your review before proceeding with service. They give you the power to choose what is best for your vehicle. They do t push services on you. Highly recommended!

This was my first visit to Dyer Subaru's new facility. It's a big improvement over the old one, complete with an automated inspection station at the car entrance (it worked). The oil change and tire rotation were done quickly, reasonable price.

The Service Team at Dyer Subaru Service are very knowledgeable. It's very refreshing to deal with an organization where the employees are competent. The Service Advisor, Madison, and Technician, Victor, are awesome!! I would highly recommend having your vehicle serviced at Dyer Subaru Service.

Since moving to their new building, I m less enthused. Service advisor said that I would have to have a diagnostic test for Starlink, which hadn t been working for a while. Come to find out Starlink was discontinued in the Subaru in 2023. He should have known that. I also waited a long time in the waiting room for my car, and finally walked outside to find my car had been sitting and ready for at least a half hour. He was nowhere to be found. Very poor coordination.

Brought my car for valve cover leak and rough idle on 3/16/24. Was told that the vehicle had consistent misfires on cylinder 2 and they suggested an induction cleaning. Which I was fine with. I declined the valve cover repairs. They also couldn't do the cleaning til Monday, didn't have enough staff or something. So on Monday I was contacted saying that my vehicle now has an ECM issue or wiring issue and my battery is bad and died. They told me they couldn't diagnose the wiring or ECM issue as they don't have the tools to do it. Also suggested a battery replacement. I declined all and just wanted them to do the induction cleaning, which they have not done yet. So I told them I just want the induction cleaning done and that's it. I'll drive the car till it dies. So they finally called on Tuesday to pick up my vehicle. Now today 3/20/24 I finally have a chance to look at the vehicle. Tried starting the vehicle and it wouldn't crank like a dead battery would. So I tested the battery and it showed 12.3v which seems strange. I decided to remove the battery and found that the terminals were not tightened. Which cause the "no start dead battery issue". Upon that I did a diagnostic scan of my vehicle and found they unplugged a couple sensors and never plugged it back in. Leading to the check engine lights and permanent faults on the ECM. Once I plugged the sensors back in and cleared the faults the check engine light and all the faults went away. Overall I do not recommend this dealership. They should be professionals and these are rookie mistakes. Unless it is intentional trying to sell not need items and services.

I brought in my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek for service on October 19. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The new waiting area was spacious and comfortable, service was good but the price was a little steep. My overall experience was great although I do miss Amanda Clark, the former service personnel.

The oil change service was good. Timing to get oil change was good. I really enjoyed doing the engraving whilst waiting. I did not even notice an hour just went by quickly. However, they should put a mat inside as it left my driver seat dirty especially the side, I had to wipe it off as it was muddy. Also, my setting was changed I had to figured it out how to put back to see the miles on screen!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Courteous. Professional. Thorough. The service department at Dyer Subaru is tops. It s THE place where we take our 21 Outback XT. We were so impressed we purchased an eight year extended warranty so we can continue to have Dyer s service for any problems that might occur. Check out their new showroom too.

They were very nice, although a bit disorganized the day we were there. They were also unable to diagnose what the problem is. We have a parasitic drain on the battery. We know it's the DCM draining the battery but because the battery was fully charged when we brought it in they couldn't diagnose. I suggested that they take the fuse out that supplied the DCM but they were not too educated on the ongoing issue with Subarus from 2015-2020 and told us to bring it back when it's not fully charged. I think they just need to do more research on the issue. They also did not charge $ for the time they spent trying to figure out what was wrong. I just wish they were more attuned or educated on the issue. It would have saved me a lot of time and hassle. The irony was that they had another car in that day that they were replacing the DCM to update it. In the mean time we'll keep it on a trickle charge until we can get someone to replace and update the part.

Their customer service for service went above and beyond to explain all the options. Their process of the service technician doing an analysis and with a video to share with the customer notification for review was a nice surprise.It was the first time I had received such detail within a shared video. It made the next step to speak with the customer service representative mush clearer. Both the Technician and the Representative went above and beyond in communicating and actual work.They also took my request for something they normally do not do, and was able to complete that service. My 2021 Subaru Outback does ride better or maybe I just missed it.This is not a negative aspect, but something as a customer we should keep in mind. I should have taken my oil change schedule in consideration with the service that was done. I would have had done an earlier oil change not to make a second trip in the near future.The last thing was information on their tire shop. I did not realize that they price match with competitors. I would have had my tires changed there if I have done my shopping better. Due to not knowing I thought they were not competitive with BJs at the time, for tread-wear pricing. They took ownership of not notifying me and I was ok with that, due to them taking responsibility for that misstep.All in all, it was a very good experience and would recommend their service department for other.There is one caveat or disclaimer. I purchased a 8 year extended Subaru warranty and go through the dealership as a precautionary step in keeping in compliance for it. That does not diminish the quality, processes, and over-all service that they provide.
