Absolutely nothing was done to my vehicle after it sat there an entire day with a 10:30 AM appointment. There was no communication when my appointment was not met at 10:30. I had to constantly follow up with the service department to get blown off to find out at the end of the day. They can t look at my vehicle and I need to come get it. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I will never buy another vehicle with Dyer Mazda again.

Thank you Daisy, Paul, Madison, and Eric our fantastic Dyer Subaru service team. These service professionals take great care of us. Because of their awesome attention our 2017 Highlander is safe and sound with new front brake pads. This service team has our best interests at heart! We love doing business with Dyer Subaru for service on our vehicles. :)

Went in to have my Mazda looked at and tell me what was going on with it and if they could fix it.They told me that nothing was wrong with support braking system (they had no clue what I was talking about) which it s the sensors on the driver side. My radio/Bluetooth system would cost $1500 to update. And they said they couldn t take my assurant warranty unless I went through ford first. Which wasn t true. Apparently the guy who was helping me got fired from ford and is working at dyer and is taking it out on me. And then they said my brake fluid needed to be cleaned out.

Whenever I have gone to Dyer for service on my Mazda, I have always received good service. This visit was no exception. I received good service, which was done within an acceptable time frame. My problem was with the courtesy car wash, they may as well have not washed my car at all. Streaked windows, all kinds of dirt still on my car. Ridiculous! I can get my oil changed and tires rotated at other places, for less, but I don't get my car washed at their prices. The car wash was what Dyer had going for it.Services: Tire rotations, Auto exhaust system replacement, Oil change

I wasn't going to write a review but this is the second time that Dyer emailed me asking for my feedback.TLDR they had my vehicle for a whole week and accomplished nothing.I've had my vehicle there twice, the first time it took them a whole week to change a battery and tell me my engine code was likely due to a low battery.The engine code persisted and they had recommended I replace an axle so I brought the car back in before leaving for vacation for a week. I made it clear that I needed the car back the Friday I returned. When I came back into town I got transferred around multiple times with no answer about whether my car was ready and repeatedly got sent to voicemails rather than having somebody keep me on the line to get a hold of somebody who is presumably in the same office/building as them. After getting sent to voicemail twice and not hearing back for a few hours, I just went to the store.Upon arrival they told me my car was not ready. I asked why they had not communicated that, and to see my vehicle. I had tried to find out which axle needed to be replaced. When I came in and told them I was not sure which one it was, that they are the ones that told me it needed replacement and should have a report somewhere, I told this to multiple people. Days prior to bringing my car in on the phone, and later in person when I dropped it off. They apparently ordered the wrong part and were waiting on the new one and had not told me about this. The engine code situation had not been addressed at all and the detailing I also had scheduled had not been done.Overall very poor communication, I asked them to give me my car and left. Would not recommend.

Amanda was amazing, helpful, informative and diligent in her customer service. I really appreciated her keeping me informed at every juncture of my service request as it was being done. Also, the video from the tech George, WOW. Thank you Dyer Mazda TEAM for a great experience!!!

We went in for an oil change and tire rotation on our daughter s 2021 Mazda. After paying $100 for that, we were told we need another $1750 in repairs- brake pads and rotors front and back, brake flush, and cabin filter. As it is days before Christmas, we consulted a friend who replaced all of it for us. He said the brake flush was unnecessary and especially on a newer car, the cabin filter was clean, and he replaced both rotors and both brake pads for $500. Before they even found anything, they told me about financing any repairs needed. I will get my oil changed there, but I will get a second opinion before having repairs done there.

I had a positive experience with Dryer Mazda, car service. The staff was friendly and professional, and the service was completed in a timely manner. I also appreciated the fair pricing and the fact that the service center was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend the car service for its excellent customer service and quality work. O' Yeah! Previous service was marginally done. I waited 3.5 hours to be advised they had to do the work over and order the parts. This is for a simple AC repair.

I dropped my car off this morning to have a new transmission put in. As soon as I got to Dyer Mazda, Kevin took care of me immediately. I had a courtesy car waiting for me and was told that I should hear from them by Monday afternoon. That same day, Kevin called me to say that the transmission job has already been completed. I live in St. Lucie West and purchased my car at the Stuart dealership, however, I work in Vero Beach and have used Dyer's service about 3 times now. They are super professional and very very friendly. Kevin you are the best.

I am done using Dyer Mazda service. With an appointment it takes 1 1/2 hours to change oil and rotate tires. When I complain no one from the dealership responds.They do take time to video my car and tell all the additional services it needs.They place NO importance on the customer !

Took vehicle in on Oct 7 for oil change and tire rotation and I let them know that the windshield washer fluid light was on, after all was done, drove home and after a while the windshield washer light came on again. I called them on 10/9 and spoke with a service rep and told her about it, she said, that this happens with this model and other models and it is a bad censor in the tank, my car is a 2020 with 20,200 miles on it, and I have an extended warranty and she said that it would be my expense to fix it, not happy with this answer, why should I have to pay to fix it? Not fair!!!

I am totally impressed with the service center at Dyer Mazda in Vero Beach! Their customer service is second to none from the moment you pull in until the time you leave. I was greeted by a Concierge when I arrived, assigned my personal service representative and provided with videos as my car was being worked on by the team. Everything about the experience was pleasant and welcoming. I am a happy camper and very pleased with my decision to purchase my car from Dyer Mazda.

I am very pleased with the purchase and service as a PPM Gold Customer. Just took it in for the first scheduled service. Everyone was courteous, professional, and a thorough car care scheduled maintenance was done. I won't drive any other car other than a Mazda! The CX-50 Turbo is optimum for me. If I could have designed my perfect car myself... that'd be it! We had a factory trailer hitch installed on our Mazda CX 50. The hitch was installed professionally and in a timely manner. Dyer sent a video showing the installation process from underneath the vehicle and followed up with a call when finished. We picked up the car which had been washed by Dyer- a nice surprise. Everyone in the service department were professional and friendly. They kept everyone posted on where their car was at during the service appointment. I was offered a complimentary car wash after my oil change and tire rotation, which was very nice. Talk about a rescue. We just moved to the area and the battery in our brand-new Mazda CX-5 died. We did not know that when this happens it triggers multiple system failure alerts, so when we say 15 alerts that systems were failing, we were nervous. It was a Saturday morning and after navigating the roadside service we got the vehicle jump started. We called another dealer first and was sent repeatedly to voice mail. Not only this dealer answer the phone, they took us without an appointment, they gave us a Lyft voucher to go have breakfast while we waited. Within 90 minutes they had us like new All our service will go here.

Dyer Mazda Service did a fantastic job on replacing tires on my Volvo. I arrived at my appointment time and they had the car on the rack within 10 minutes, installed the tires, washed my vehicle and had me out the door in short order. My son took my Mazda in for both the diagnosis and then the repair after my parts came in. He was very impressed with all the facets of your services from scheduling to completion of my repair. All involved were very professional and efficient but especially Kevin, the mechanic. He made him feel like he was a valued customer throughout both appointments. Both my son and I are so glad we chose Dyer for my repair!

My car was taken to the Dealership by their Collision Center. The Collision Center delivered it to me with a broken part, a plastic strip that runs from the front of the car to the back of the car. Also the side molding on the back door still sticks out. Dyer Collision Center has had my car on and off since December. It was delivered to me several times with defects that I had to inspect and find: side molding that runs from one end of the car to the other end of the car was detached from the body of the car with space to put a finger in between, plastic screws were missing above the back wheel, the bumper had been installed incorrectly with clips missing, there was a dent inside the body of the car, scratches in several places, plastic strip on the front door was missing, water was leaking through the back door. They do not seem to inspect their work, they deliver it to me to find all these defects and return the car time and time again. Avoid this place.Services: Auto water leak repair, Body & Trim

I just moved down here and needed a couple things looked at on my car. Everyone was super friendly and when I dropped it off I was able to come back within an hour to get it which was the quickest appointment I ve ever had at a dealership.
