I recently had my vehicle repaired at Dyer Collision VB, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. Not only was the repair completed on time, but the end result was truly remarkable. When i picked up my vehicle, it looked as if nothing had ever happened to it. The attention to detail by the Team at Dyer Collision were truly impressive. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of automotive repairs!!!!

Dyers is excellent in every aspect possible. When our brand new vehicle was apparently shot at with a pellet gun, it necessitated more than simple dent repair. The courteous, professional and friendly service plus excellent repair we received was so very much appreciated after the "trauma" of this somewhat weird situation. We especially want to thank Katie, Lenore and Ramon for their outstanding customer service and all the personnel who worked on our car to make it look as though nothing ever happened. These people are unprofessional if an insurance company suggests them to you I would think twice as my girl took her car there for progressive to have her car fixed 3 weeks after her car accident. They had her car for over 1 month and a half before taking the car there it ran fine just had body damage and a computer issue well they call us to drive down there to pick it up and the car wouldn't start or make a sound. The diagnostic guy tried lying to us saying it was having those problems when he got to it which was after they took the car apart to see all the damages from the accident to do the estimate and work. We have several witnesses and a oil and lube shop where we took it a couple days before we dropped it off to say that the battery was at its normal voltage etc they refuse to accept liability for it and tried to have progressive insurance cover that bill and now they are threatening to start charging her for the car still being on their lot after THEY did something that caused the battery and charging system to fail. What a joke

Wayne and Phil at Dyer Collision were great to work with on getting my truck repaired along with being very knowledgeable. This was my first experience dealing with insurance repairs. I was rear-ended and the following day drove it to Dyer Collision to have an estimate completed along with additional picture documentation for the insurance company. They went above and beyond and sent it to the person who hit me insurance company (USAA) so they could complete their virtual estimate. I had the insurance company's estimate back in a few days and as soon as I dropped my truck off, it only took four days to repair. I thought their pricing was fair for those that might have to pay out of pocket and they were able to complete mine without any additional costs. That saved a lot of headache of having to go back to the insurance company for additional cost approval. I would recommend Dyer Collision Center to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The service team at Dyer got accomplished in three weeks what could not be accomplished in a year at another well-known body shop in Vero Beach. Dyer's access to the needed parts for our minivan and the results achieved were impressive.

Had a great experience with Dyer Collision Center. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. My car came back washed and vacuumed out, they even cleaned out my smoothie cup that I forgot in the car when I dropped it off.They went above and beyond. Thank you Dyer! These people are all so professional. Lenore spent an hour and half with me just trying to get a physical estimate from the insurer when I couldn t do it. After someone hit my brand new 2023 Subaru Forester, I was left with dents and scratches but they have my baby looking brand new like the accident never happened! They detailed the inside and it smells like new car again. Would highly this collision center!

I have had my car repaired here after two separate crashes and the people (especially Wayne) at Dyer Collision in Vero Beach are the best. My car was returned in better than new condition each time. The best experience that I ever had with any repair shop! They are on top of it all from the 1st day till the end. The body work was completed very quickly. Lenore at the front desk is so kind and will explain everything to you so you understand. Best customer service I ve received from any automotive company. Terrible experience! I do not recommend. Repaired Rear bumper and other damage due to accident. When car was picked up they were some scratches on it. A couple of days later was stuck in parking lot because tailgate would not close. Kept catching on the black bumper cover that is not glued down properly. Also bumper coming out, was not clipped in. Had to get family member to come help with the bumper so I could safely drive after Subaru would not come out.Services: Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

This time it was repair in the collision shop. Service at Dyer couldnt be better. This has been on going ever since i bought my first car here. They have a comfortable waiting area and will even shuttle you if the wait will be long.
