I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at Dyer Chevy service today. It took over 3 hour to change the oil! Why make appointments? Then when I finally got my car and was able to leave, I noticed the alerts were still on the dash board telling me to get my oil changed and change my air filter. So I had to go back. It s just never a good experience for me when I go there.

Had a appointment , yet when arrive 30mi minutes early was told , would have to wait 1 1/2-2 hrsNot what you want to hear when you have a set time appointment,My wife wasn't happy to say the least , but on the good side they had her out in just over an hour.

I have been having a problem with my console for a couple months.It was at the shop a couple months ago but the problem came back.I took it in today & BIG kudos to Martin at the service desk.He looked at everything thoughtfully & patiently.He tried multiple ways to fix the problem but was unable to.He told me what he believed the problem was & explained I need to update the system on my home wifi.I told him I had to no idea how to do what he did.He went through every detail then wrote down step by step what to do.I am so happy there is such a kind young person willing to go the extra mile to help us old untechy people.The problem is really fixed this time.Im very grateful.Martin deserves to be acknowleged for his generocity & know how.He's a sharp cookie & an asset to Dyer chevrolet.

I took my yukon in for routine service and while the wiper blades were being replaced they cracked my windshield pretty badly. They told me it could still be driven and that they would replace everything for free. However, they still made me pay for the service, never offered a free service later and didn t mention a loner car when the windshield is later replaced. I understand accidents happen but when they do, the customer should be compensated. My parents planned to borrow my car for a trip to NC and because of the severity of the crack they most likely won t be able to go. All in all, it was not a great experience.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Horrible Service Center and filled with misleading and false statements. Service Manager loves to fill your head with promises instead of the truth. Will never do business with them again. Will go out of my way to buy a new 2022 Blazer.

Disappointed they would not honor a coupon for a oil change with another chevDealer. You were 20% higher for same service.

very friendly and knowledgeable..how ever they couldnt do something they had done in the past and found it frustrating because i send my whole family friends neighbors and people i meet from outta town there
