If there was a way, I would rate my experience with Dyer Subaru Service much higher.Madison is exceptionally competent, knowledgable and very customer oriented ~ and a genuine pleasure to work with.Ben Williams is one of the best experiences on how to deal with customer issues that I have seen in my 86 + years.Both obviously reflect the Dyer Auto Group policy of Superior Customer Service.My sincere compliments to management, you accomplished a job well done.Alvin Patrick and Glynis M Sherman

The staff at Dyer Subaru were the best and most professional.Alan, Ryan, Oscar and others went out of their way to make buying a car the most pleasant experience I have ever had after some 50 years buying cars. Subaru is a great company and Dyer is a prime example of their commitment to safety and happy customers with easy going pros. Alan is the best salesman I have ever met.

It's a good idea to make sure the drivers of your auto parts vehicles don't use company cars to speed and tailgate fellow drivers making them feel unsafe on the road. It's not a good look for the company.

Buyer beware- I bought two new Chevy Trax cars from Dyer in August of 201 (demo models). They had about 5,000 miles on them. I was told that I would get the oil changed for free plus two additional oil changes. That was a lie I only got two oil changes. Which is typical when you buy a new car from them. Then I was the warranty was 3 years 36,000 miles. The 3 years started from the date of purchase. That apparently is a lie as now I'm being told the warranty will be up on my 2020 tracks in September of 2023 which is only 2 years and my 2021 tracks April of 2024 which is 4 months shy of 3 years. They will do anything to get a sale even lie to their customers.

I was just there this morning to get a software update done on my 2017 Subaru Outback. I was early for my appointment and the staff there was very nice. I mentioned that just this morning the passenger side front window would not go down. They got the car in on time and the work was completed by 9:00! There was no charge as the window issue was not a problem and he showed me how to fix it should it happen again. They washed the car and I was on my way without a charge for anything! They did a multi-point inspection of the vehicle also. Everything was fine as all was in order. The customer lounge was "inviting" with coffee and comfortable chairs. The entire experience was pleasant and I would suggest using Dyer over the competition!

My grandparents recently purchased a car here, they said Matthew was fantastic. My grandmother told me they helped them get a second key for the vehicle and were patient about explaining how the Bluetooth etc worked. They had nothing but positive comments.

We've had our issues with Dyer in the past but this mornings service appointment was A+! Cordial and professional hands-on staff, quick in and out combined to make this an enjoyable experience..

What can I say? Well, it s a dealership. Nice folks but Ive had to walk away from a few deals because they were asking more than MSRP on the latest telluride models which are hot right now. Too many deals were outside my financial comfort zone.

Bought a truck from them and the service department changed the rear main seal. Never installed the transmission properly and ruined the truck. Terrible customer service!!!! Not going back!
