I brought my fiat into the shop for a few things that needed to be addressed. I had a problem with communication with Kati day one. It only continued. When I told her I d will be getting a second opinion she told me I couldn t just pick up my car. I okay the statement. I contacted her a day later to tell her I will be picking up my car. I came on a Friday to pay my bill and pick up my car. My running light was the only problem fixed. As I was leaving Kati asked if I had questions. I respond no. Thank you. Kati explains I should be careful because my windshield wipers don t fit correctly. I tell her I knew there was trouble getting them one but I never had a problem with them. Within 48 hours rain came to town. I went to use my windshield wipers. To my surprise the driver side came off I immediately turned the wipers off. By the next day I was able to see if the damage my windshield was in. I called Kati and after trying to tell me they did not turn the wipers on. I explained yes you did. That s why you said the wipes didn t fit. Kati said she would talk to a manager. After not hearing back from Kati I called and asked for a manager. When the person pick up the line he greeted me with a hello. I started to explain my complaint. He knew what I was explaining to him. He said my wipers fell off. Oh boy did they fall off. After Dons Imports continued to run the wiper motor after the wipers fell off im now left with a very scratched windshield. Take note; Mister Bill C (the manager) admitted the shop scratched my windshield but made it my fault. I will never give this shop a referral. I paid my bill $236.00 for a $5.00 part.

I pulled into Dons last week with a fully blown out tire (RR tracks?). The entire staff was knowledgeable, experienced and incredibly helpful. Great communication during the process and I m very grateful they were able to fit me into their busy schedule without delay. Thanks so much!

If you want nothing but quality service this is the place. They serviced my Transmission is just a few quick hours and it was returned to be in even better condition. They swapped my tire pressure sensors which were on the wrong tires and now. They really care here and that s what counts. Worth every penny.

My Mercedes had a low beam light out. Don s quoted me $1,900.00 to repair and told me I needed to replace an expensive ($900.00+) electrical unit. I got a diagnostic bill from Don s of $175. I declined service and paid Don s for the diagnosis. I then took my car to Mercedes Benz of Fort Pierce and fixed low beam light using the dealer s Saturday service - for $441.31 complete. This is about 23% of what Don s wanted to charge me. Yes, we pay more to repair an older and reliable Benz. Regardless, how can I possibly have confidence with Don s Import Service after this?Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was a customer for years. Don's was the place to go anytime my BMW had issues. After $15K+ of services, the last couple of visits steered me clear away.1. They don't keep your car under covered parking while waiting for parts. Instead it sits in the hot sun. They had my car for a few weeks. When it was returned, the top liner gave out and was sagging. They had taped a work order or something to the dash. The tape left permanent marks on my dashboard.2. They did electrical work inside the steering wheel. Now, the volume control only works intermittently. The back steering wheel cover no longer sits in place keeps falling off.3. I have some weird rubbing noise when turning when the car's cold. It happened immediately upon being returned to me. Two other mechanics have been unable to pinpoint the cause. One suggested new tires. With new tires, the noise is still there.4. Passenger side seat sensor failed. They indicated the seat sensor needed to be replaced. They ordered the part and realized it was the wrong item. They said that I needed to replace the whole seat instead. Due to the cost, I said no. I was charged for them to put my seat back together - their mistake not mine.Don's is expensive; as a consequence, one expects high quality service. For me, the expense is no longer justified and I'm no longer a customer.Service: Electrical

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!I brought my 2011 Volkswagen GTI that was throwing randomly a P0341 code(Camshaft position sensor)The car was running and driving perfectly, only issue when that code popped out was a little missfire. Once the code was erased with a simple diagnostic tool, the car was running and driving back to normal.After leaving the car there for 2 days they called me stating they weren't able to trigger the issue and told me that the car was perfectly fine.I went to pick up my car, test drove around the block and immediately the code popped up again, this made me think that the car was never checked in the first place but still had a charge for $135.00 diagnostic.After bringing the car back to them, they decided to look further into it.A week went by and I received an email from Kevin(Service Manger:)) stating that the engine sized while idling in their parking lot. I was shocked to say the least, as the car was brought in running perfectly as I said before. Kevin told me the car needed a new head and was quoted at: $6,634.88I decline and asked just reassemble my car because I wanted to take it someplace else. The prize I payed to get my car reassemble was $1,600.00 I had tow my car away from that scam place and payed $250 because it was not running anymore, even thought was brought in perfectly running and NO sign of catastrophic engine failure. Apparently their "parking lot" seized the engine.Once I received my car, on the front passenger seat there was a zipper bag full of engine bolts and screws(at least 20) as shown in the pictures attached below.Not only they gave me back a non running vehicle but they weren't even able to put it back together the way it was brought in to them.After paying them a total of $1,740.00 I had to sell my car as mechanic special and lost thousands of dollars.STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!Service: Engine repair

Don's Import is the best! Toni and Brenda were extremely kind to me and fun to talk to.Bill kept me posted by phone and in person what needed to be done. He even offered to take me home if my car wasn't ready but it was. My car was fixed in a timely manner and I was treated like a king. I would give these guys another five stars if I could! I have been in customer service my whole adult life and I'm here to tell you these guys are top notch!

Don's automotive repair is great service. I had my Mercedes worked on , they did great work and very honest professional people work there . I would recommend this repair shop for domestic and foreign cars to my friends and family for there honesty and good service. Up front on pricing and recommendations. My first time using Don's for auto repairs and I can't say enough about the quality of service, the competitive pricing and the friendly knowledgeable staff. Kudo's to Jim and all of the staff at Don's for a first rate experience. I highly recommend them to all!!! I have definitely found a new place for all of my future auto repair needs!!! I had good experiences in the past. Although expensive.Last time was the last time!Over $700 and I left with the same problem I came with.A couple weeks later I went back for coding my BMW sModule. I was recently referred to them to do a PPI on a Porsche I wanted to buy from a local dealership. I live in north Florida and needed someone to confirm I had reason to drive down to view this car. They immediately earned my confidence and trust. The entire staff could not have been more helpful and responsive. They did such a good job, I decided to let them service the car before driving it home. I had multiple conversations and two separate visits to their store. They took time to answer all my questions, go over the car completely with me and I left wishing they were closer so I could use them for all my services. I could not be more satisfied with my experience. Also, a very nice group of people to do business with...

I m a disabled veteran. I was unable to drive for 2 years. I bought a little Mini Cooper and after 2 weeks the gears locked up and I didn t know what to do. I was stuck in fort pierce and I had to wait a few hours for a tow truck. With that time I did some searching for a good repair shop. I was desperate I just started a new part time job and this was my transportation. I found this place and thought it looked good. Upon arrival I found many beautiful luxury vehicles parked in the employee parking lot. I thought this place looks successful they must be doing something right. I paid them about $160 to inspect my vehicle for the issue at hand. After two days I was informed I needed a new transmission a clutch and possibly more after they look into it. I thought I had just paid them to look into it. So the quote to fix the stuck gears was $3500 to $6500. I was broken because I couldn t afford to fix it. I lost that job and endured 6 months of no transportation again. Later I met an honest mechanic in wpb working at a different job. He said he would look at it for free I just had to tow it from vero to his shop over an hour away. I paid $250 and had it delivered. The actual issue was the harness that connects the shifter to the transmission has come disconnected. After a cheap fix my car has been running strong for 2 months.Beware of this company

I was very disappointed after seeing their high reviews. I had scheduled the "Service B" in November after asking them repeatedly if they were Mercedes Benz certified and knew what was included in a Service B. They repeatedly said they were MB certified and would complete all components of Service B. Well, for the price quoted they changed my oil and checked my fluids. That is not a Service B. When I arrived to pick up my car, the rest of the Service B components were presented to me as Add-Ons. Totaling $200 MORE than if I had gone to the Mercedes dealership. To add insult to injury, despite them saying they were certified by Mercedes, the oil change wasn't registered (being able to turn off the indicator light doesn't mean you're certified). Would never recommend this shop. Never. Ever. Too bad... I would have been a great customer.

Dropped off Tuesday April 18th for door locking problem and still not ready. Service Advisor blaming parts delivery. UPDATE!! Car repaired. Great job by Kati. Thanks for staying on top!!

Contacted Don's for some work on my recently purchased Mercedes GL-450, I spoke with Rhett a service advisor and he filled me in on how they perform the A & B service requirements set forth by MB. Service completed was top notch, and they found a few additional repairs that needed to be done, including a pin hole in my radiator. Rhett worked with my service contract provider and within a few weeks the repair was completed. Office staff is very pleasant and professional, when I met with the mechanic, he was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and explained what needed to be corrected and why it needed to be done. All in all a very positive experience for a first time customer. Thanks and will see you again!

I brought my Honda here the other day for an Air Conditioning inspection. I spoke with Bill who was great to deal with. Very knowledgeable tech/service writer who I enjoyed meeting. They diagnosed the problem quickly and repairs were performed. The price was fair and my A/C is nice and cold again. I would definitely recommend.

Called to ask if they did a B service on a 2020 GLC 300. They said yes and gave me a price, which was quite a bit lower than Mercedes Benz of Ft. Pierce. Unfortunately once the car was in the bay they came back and said "by the way this service requires more than just an oil and filter change". They did give me the option of not doing what the B service called for now right then or wait and do it later. When I called the first time they should have given me a price for all the things that MB required of a B service and been done with it. Their price for the B service turned out too be about $400.00 higher than the original quote with the final bill being $675.00. It had to be done to keep the warranty in tact. I could care less about the cost These people have been in business along time and should be able to tell the customer what the price would be for a B service on a 2020 GLC 300 under warranty with less than 20k miles if no unforeseen problems occur. I might as well have taken it back to the dealership for service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I went to Don's to have some basic maintenance and to troubleshoot some concerns I had on my 2012 Volvo xc60. I will NEVER go anywhere else after the positive experience I had with every individual that works at the shop. They did a great job on my vehicle and the price was amazing. I am a very satisfied customer!

You may need a good lawyer once in awhile, but you always need a good place to take your car (that won't charge you an arm and a leg). The folks at Don's are honest, they do good work, their pricing is fair, and they keep your vehicle in its' happy place. I cannot recommend them enough. From regular maintenance to problem solving, to setting up a detail session (that last one is by appointment only) - they do it all and are even able to perform in-warranty maintenance for most of those new cars (saving you dealer fees). For the record, they have worked on/maintained a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500, 2012 Honda Accord, and 2016 Nissan Versa Note for my family.

I brought my 2004 Mini Copper in for a loud squealing noise when I first start it in the morning. I left the car over night. Don's called me the next day and diagnosed the problem as the super-charger. They gave me a quote of $6400.00 to do the repairs. I informed them that I would be picking up the car. I brought the car to another local service station where they replaced a belt and a pulley for the cost of $675.00. Car runs great and NO NOISES. Beware of Don's.

I am very impressed with Don's Import here in Vero Beach. I had been having a strange rattling noise for a few month's in my Honda that I was ready to have fixed. I took my van to another local shop with the issue and came out thousands of dollars later with "other needed repairs" while the rattling was not addressed. So in another attempt I took my van to Don's, worked with Jaron (who was fantastic), and he diagnosed the actual problem and it fixed at minimal cost. Don's is my new go to shop for anything I need. And shoutout to Jaron who was very attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to work with. Thank you!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Don't let the name fool you. Don's Import is the best place to take your vehicle regardless of the make. This is the only place I want to work on my truck. They really are the best!

All of a sudden the touchscreen in my Jaguar XKR went out. And I was getting multiple error codes. I stopped by Don's to see if I could get an appointment and they set me up for 8:00 the next morning! I wasn't expecting to get in that quickly. I brought the car in at 8:00 and said I'd wait for it, thinking it was just a battery charge or something simple. Steve, the Service Advisor came out about an hour later and said they had to do a deeper check of the electronics because it was not the battery. He gave me a loaner and I left. I stopped in around 3:45 that afternoon and Steve told me they had it fixed and were just finishing up. Then Charlie, the mechanic came out, handed my the key and explained what they had to do to get it working again. The communication at Don's is excellent, better than Jaguar dealers I have dealt with in the past. The work is top notch, the prices reasonable and it's a nice facility. If you've got a Jaguar, or for that matter, any make with an issue, check out Don's and ask for Steve and Charlie.

I have a 2007 Jag XKR convertible that needed the left quarter window regulator assembly replaced. This is a very technical and timely job. I have to admit I was amazed when I arrived at the location and saw how immaculate the shop was ! Everybody I had contact with was very knowledgeable and friendly. Their price for the job was well within the range for the task. It was finished in a day and everything works great. I recently moved to Port St Lucie and Don's is going to be my new shop for service and repair of my Jag.

Your customer service was great but the service on my vehicle was horrible. I specifically requested to have 2 things repaired and $1700 dollars later the 2 items are still not repaired. I was and I still am very disappointed with the service I received. A light malfunction that was temporarily repaired and an oxygen sensor. Which are still not repaired to this day. I get my car and for a day I'm driving around town with the top of my engine in the trunk. I call and you and you say you were just about to call me. Convenient since you had all day to notify me. That was and is by far the worst service experience I have ever had. I would not recommend your services to anyone!

Needed my new truck tires installed in a hurry, and they got it done. They did a great job and treated my baby well. Infloor lifts so no door smashing when the tech opens your door after they drive it in. The place has a clean work area, which is a plus in my eyes. The rims were black and came back with zero rim edged scratches. Very happy! Thanks guys!
