Everyone at Direct Sales was very helpful in my experience finding a first car for my son, an absolutely mint 2002 Toyota Camry that I think will serve him well for years to come. Carlos was very responsive to any inquiry and made sure that the couple very minor issues with the car were fully addressed prior to delivery. Would highly recommend Direct Sales to anybody looking to get into a quality vehicle at a competitive price.

Nothing but good things to say about Jack and his team . They have gone above and beyond any dealer would do. This was my first time buying my own vehicle and I had an amazing experience. Jack and the rest of his staff at Direct sales and leasing are extraordinary. We bought a 2008 Dodge Caravan a month ago, they took care of all questions/problems we had. Van drives great and we have no issues. Very efficient and fast with paper work. Will definitely be returning when I'm ready for my next vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal and wonderful people to work with

Excellent customer service by everyone in the office. Everything from looking at the car I wanted to buying it, it was great. An added bonus is that I m able to get my car serviced for my oil changes/tire rotation etc. for a much lower price than some of the other places around town. I enjoy being able to go to a one stop shop-buying my car there and having it serviced there. I would recommend Direct Sales to any of my friends/family and others locally or out of town to come look for their next vehicle ! I will be back to buy another car or maybe upgrade to an SUV in the future!

I purchased my jeep grand Cherokee from Stephen two months ago,But now with all this extra time on my hands with the quarantine I figured I would go ahead and write a review for him. I would just like to let everyone know it was a seamless smooth transaction and the people at the dealership were a pleasure to deal with. The Jeep has been great and I ve gotten many compliments on it. Hope this helps anybody with their future Purchase from this dealer. I give them a double thumbs up

We had an excellent experience with Direct Sales. We bought a truck and an suv from them within the last year. Jack and his associates were professional, efficient and handled everything so quickly. Both vehicles are in great shape and run perfectly, haven t had any issues. I would and will use Direct Sales again in the future.

I live in Massachusetts and was in search for a dump truck for my landscaping business. I came across a truck that Direct Sales had listed on CarGurus. I called Steven and spoke with him about the truck, he told me everything I needed to know and even sent me additional pictures. When I arrived he gave me space and as much time as I needed to check the truck out. There were a few things that the truck needed that they didn't hesitate to take care of for me. Steven and Sherrie were awesome to deal with throughout the transaction process. It went as smooth as it could've gone. Steven even arranged having the truck transported up to MA from FL through his network of connections in the industry. Overall a great experience and I would recommend the Direct Sales team to anyone!

I have bought four cars from Direct Sales and Leasing over the last 15 years and never had a problem with one of them. I have bought two of them right off the lot and I had them find me the other two cars which were cars I was looking for specifically that they were able to find for me. The owner is honest and trustworthy and has been in business for nearly 20 years. I refer him business all the time and will continue to do so.

Went to buy a jeep this past weekend. Went for the test ride and everything seamed fine. I paid for the jeep in cash and drove away. About a mile down the road the jeep was shaking violently and unable to drive. I turned around right away and went back and they closed up and left, it was a Sunday in their defense. I called Steve right away and explained my situation. He said he would call me right back. I had to call him over and over. Finally I told him that I just wanted my money back and would give him $200 for his time. He would not do that. I was then told he would send his mechanic back to help me, and never did. I had to have my new jeep towed all the way from Vero to Melbourne. Now I have to put another $1800 into the jeep to make it safe to drive. I just started a new job and it would have been nice to have had a reliable vehicle. They were no help at all, left me stranded on the side of the road. I think they may have known that this jeep had problems. I would highly recommend not going here. They are the shady car sales place that people always hear about and dread. Do yourself a favor and keep driving past this place.

Worst people on planet earth don't spend your money with these guys son and father no consideration for anyone. I bought a car that has electric problems never mentioned. I got robbed the long way. Worst communication ever. May be selling flooded cars I dont know I have never had this type of problem in my life. I recommend Car Rite. They will do alot more to help you than direct sales that's all they care about Any way not your peace of MIND!

I have been a resident of Vero Beach for over 20 years, and am in the real estate business. I have bought over 10 cars from Direct Sales & Leasing. I am writing this review for Direct Sales & Leasing, because I feel it is important for people to hear the "positive" experience I have had over the years in Vero Beach. I do business with Direct Sales because they are a local, family owned business. Their main goal is happy, repeat customers.Being in the customer service business myself, I have extremely high standards. I am a repeat customer, because I know I have consistently received an amazing vehicle, exactly what I want, in top condition for a very competitive price. I am always consistently treated with respect, my phone calls answered & returned promptly, and there is always attention to detail.The vehicles are presented in pristine condition, and if there was any item that needed attention, it was immediately dealt with in a professional manner to my satisfaction.I recommend Direct Sales & Leasing to all my clients, for both selling and buying. Do NOT buy here. LACK of HONESTY and INTEGRITY. Here s my story. I purchased a truck sight unseen about 7 months ago(big mistake on my part). This was a rare truck too. It had a good Autocheck report, the salesman sent a good detailed video of the truck on the lift. I asked if the truck had any issues, he said no, he sells high quality vehicles. Sounds good to me, I couldn t let this truck go, it s rare and perfect for me. So I got a bank check and sent it out to them...BUT the bank put a hold on it because they ran a CarFax stating structural damage to right front. So I asked the salesman whats up with that, I can t buy a wrecked truck, he assured me several times it was the leveling lift kit up front and shops sometimes report it for fabrication/alteration of the frame and components, and that he sees this all the time. I said ok, the frame looked good in the video, and the body looked good, I needed the truck but couldn t fly out to look at it. I trusted him. So I went with a different bank, sent the check, got the truck shipped to me...I had the Chevy dealership do a multi point inspection and they found the right front turn signal falling out, the mount behind it was shattered, the front rotors were worn out...I thought nothing of it, I figured Direct Sales isn t going to help me out here and moved on...I drove the truck and not even a day of driving it for the first time the engine light came on...it threw a code for bad catalytic converter, sure enough the catalyst inside was burnt out, (Direct sales definitely cleared the codes before selling)...also noticed the clutch seemed worn out, the chevy dealership replaced it, sure enough the clutch was worn out. I also replaced the worn front rotors...and this salesman ASSURED me nothing was wrong, LACK OF HONESTY AND INTEGRITY right here people! Again, I thought it would be too much hassle to confront them about it. I m not finished either...A few months later(unfortunately for me) I found the frame damage while washing mud off. The right front body mount under cab was bent, and the left rear lower shock mount had bent and broke and welded back in place, That brake line was replaced too, and there was a long scar on bottom of the skid plate under the gas tank. I dug a little deeper in my close up inspection and noticed the headlights/turn signals were replaced, radiator shroud replaced, hood and right fender were repainted, fender flares passenger side replaced, and front and rear bumpers replaced. I couldn t believe I trusted this guy. I am very disappointed in myself for not seeing this truck in person before buying, but even then I still wouldn t have noticed most of these problems. The truck does run and drive really well after some of my fixes. The moral of the story is, folks don't buy sight unseen, be very cautious and have a trusted technician look over the vehicle before you buy. I simply put too much trust in them and I knew better. I m warning you all to stay clear of this place!

just got a jeep from here and it was the easiest fastest purchase of a car i have ever had. i was in and out in less than an hour of picking one out and even though my credit was worse then my love life they were about to get me approved on the one i wanted! thank you guys ill send some people your way!

They sold us a lemon, and an unscrupulous warranty promise that they are not fulfilling. We bought our daughter her first car for her 17th BDay, and it's been on the tow truck two times in less than a month. Gary is the epitome of the slick talking used car sales guy.. He took advantage of my daughter and put our family in a financial hardship with enormously high mechanical problems right before the Christmas holiday. Buyer beware! I will spend everyday the entire 2016 year writing some social media, blog, newspaper, Billboard (to come), post, word of mouth tidbit about how this place and Crooked mouthed Gerry ripped our family and in particular our 17 year old daughter off.

Just bought a Chevy from Stephen what a great buying experience and an awesome truck the price was right and better than anyone else's so far 0 problems with the truck and they were Johnny-on-the-spot with all the paperwork I highly recommend these guys go talk to Stephen he will hook you up with a sweet deal
