This business is awesome. Very kind and professional. They stuck to their timeline on repairing my car. I actually got my car a day ahead of schedule which was great. I added pictures of the before and after. They are spot on. I updated my rating to 4 stars when I received a call to bring my truck back in to finish the repairs, which seemed torun forever. The repair was very well done, and I was very happy to pick it up the same day. The service manager Natalie provided very good service.

This bodyshop is awesome! Went there to have my bumper fixed they were kind and professional! Juan told me that my suv would be ready in 4 days and and it was! Can t thank them enough for their professionalism! I would highly recommend this shop!

By far the worst place ever... I send my Mercedes in with also my explore. Both were parked in my driveway. Was hit by travelers down us1. 1st of all almost 3 months and both vechiles were done horribly and now I have parts missing from both. My Mercedes needed a truck and bumper. Trunk does not shut now unless ur hand is right in middle by latch. I open trunck on inside it's missing the panel which was also there before repairs.They left my bumper never touched has scratches all over it. They took my windshield out for truck/replacement and left window open I now have mold in back window upholstery. The molding on roof is sticking out in one side. They broke my hood release handle. The key/fob which I replaced and programmed before all this happened at Mercedes. Now my alarm system does not work. My explore is also same way back tailgate is not flushed my tail light was replaced now my safety features were turned off/ won't turn back on. They did a diagnostic test. Don't know why that was not noticed. My right side rearview which was not part of repairs says there a car beside me which is not. Has something to do with while all my safety features don't work. My blinkers saying the bulb needs replaced but yet they replaced tail light don't work properly I have no reverse lights. They took out a panel in back of truck never put back, one side was but the right side is missing panel. My quart panel the replaced is not flushed. They blamed insurance for not getting the parts from Ford they got after market molding so that's why my quarter panel is not flush. The back windshield was shattered so they had to replace that glass. It was never covered while waiting so for 2 months my truck was rained on when we had all that rain the back end of truck/ floorboard is cover with mold. They replaced my bumper but with a different model number now with reflectors but missing my trailer hitch cover that was there in my old bumper. When accident happened I show insurance and body shop a car part flew thru my back windshield and hit dash. They never replaced inside door panel that's broken and also left my dash, well bezel cover untouched. It's been a nightmare I please recommend my five year old can do a better job. I tried showing the guy who did actual work on cars. He would not come out from back he sent someone else. Now in order to fix the warranty I have to take both vechiles back to sit for how long now

ZERO stars!!!! Hitting one star was the only option to get this to post. I would give negative stars if it was an option.The absolute worst experience I have ever had! In October of 2023 Geico referred me to Classic Collision for a front end collision to my 4runner, the simple job was supposed to take 5 days. As of today, February 8, 2024 it is still not repaired correctly! I have had to bring it in two times already and it is still not fixed. On top of that, they will not reimburse for the extra days of car rental due to their negligence. Also, the manager, Natalie Laundrau is horrible at communication and almost impossible to deal with. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!

Unfortunately, I would have to describe this place is horrible. I got into a car accident in which the agreed to take my car to fix. 4 months, still not fixed. No parts were on back order so that was not the cause of delay. Every time I spoke to someone I had a different answer each time. The suddenly found new things wrong with the car almost each time I spoke to them. Staff said manny was the manager then when I go in, some other lady is the manager. She said that manny is not the manager and don t know why staff would say that. It is very disappointing. I, unfortunately, have been in previous accidents and never experienced something like this. Would never come here again nor recommend anyone. I hate to leave reviews like this but there should honestly be no reason a car is taking 4 months to be fixed - especially when their parts are not on back order. Everyone needs their car. It s highly upsetting as I m paying for a car payment with insurance when I don t even have my car for 4 months.

Under staffed, poor customer service from reception to office manager. Poor excuse for deliverables. If you provide an ETA stand by it or follow up with the customer on delays. Telling a customers about competing priorities is not the answer. Do better.

Unfortunately, my 22 F-150 had been hit and damaged in January by another car. I reached out to Classic Collision, got an estimate to refinish my wheel and replace the right side running board ($1,100). So I paid the deposit for them to start the work and order parts. Weeks went by, to no avail, the only time I ever heard an update is when I would call in and ask what s going on. Initially it was like the parts never ordered despite me paying 1/19. Finally being so fed up with already paying and no help I asked them whatever s holding it up please swap a different part to get it done to where I can have peace of mind they re at least starting the work. Then they say the part is on back-order, to which my reply simply is, okay let s just swap a different set of running boards that are in stock (running boards are sold as a set either way so replacing only the right). Finally February 27th they called saying my part was in I can drop truck off to be fixed Following morning on my way into the shop, I was rear ended so I had it towed to Classic Collision to replace the bumper and quarter panel, with any other underlying work. On what was supposed to be a 2 week build/process took from then until March 27th, to where I was told my truck was ready to arrive at 4:00pm and leave at 5:30pm empty handed again. I finally returned the morning of 3/28/23 to collect my truck and left only to realize my Bedliner had been sloppily installed and slapped down, as well as missing components, and all four tires were low psi. Simple fixes, just unsure why it would need to be redone again after leaving for quite a while. **DISABLED MY REAR BRAKE ASSIST WHEN THEY PUT MY BUMPER ON AND REFUSED TO FIX SO I HAD TO GO TO FORD AND HAVE FORD FIX THEIR MISTAKE SPENDING MORE TIME AND $$Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

These guys (and gals) have been there forever. They worked on my Tahoe after the first (and last) time I loaned it to a friend ended up with a score down the side stem to stern. It looked brand new when I got it back. Great job and nice humans.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but my experience at Classic Collision of Vero Beach was such a complete nightmare that I feel like it's only fair to warn others so they can make an informed decision before choosing to have their vehicle repaired at this shop.I had my vehicle in for repairs to the front end following an auto accident. When I picked my car up after it was "repaired" and went to start it, the battery was dead and it had to be jump started. I was told by the staff to "just drive it a bit before parking it" and that "it would be fine". I followed the staff's instructions and, low and behold, the next day my vehicle would not start. After calling the shop multiple times, I ended up bringing my vehicle in to be checked out to ensure that everything had been wired correctly and that something was not draining my battery. After a 3 minute inspection.. I was told that it was "just a bad battery" (even though I had a recent oil change where my battery was checked and there was no indication that there was any issue) and I needed to go buy a new one. Although I didn't feel that this was fair, I did what they said and spent over $250 on a new battery.Following the battery replacement (now that I was actually able to drive my "repaired" vehicle), I noticed that my transmission was now acting strange - which it was not before, even following my accident - it was very sluggish to engage and then would slam into gear. I called the shop to explain what I was experiencing and the receptionist was extremely rude, defensive and argumentative. I am not sure why she was taking my dissatisfaction so personally (it's not like she did the repairs herself), but after reading other reviews it seems I am not the only customer she treats this way. Ultimately I was told that the shop hadn't touched my transmission and I would need to bring my vehicle to the dealership to be diagnosed and repaired.. there was no offer to bring my car into the shop and have them inspect it (as a reputable mechanic would have done) but they just pushed me off onto the dealership without even the slightest apology.I made an appointment and brought my vehicle to the dealership where they then test drove my car and experienced the same issues I was having. Upon further inspection they found that when my radiator was repaired at Classic Collision, the transmission fluid was drained and was never refilled... I am no mechanic, but it seems like common sense to me that if you drain necessary fluid from a vehicle, you refill it when you're done?Bottom line: you don't give a customer their car back with a dead battery and no transmission fluid. This could have done permanent damage to my transmission and thankfully the staff at the dealership was wonderful and kind throughout the entire process. Which even further showed the contrast with the unprofessional, rude service I received from Classic Collision.I will never take my vehicle back to Classic Collision of Vero Beach again and I urge others to think carefully before doing the same. I was treated as if the problems THEY caused were my fault and was continually talked over and berated by the rude, hyper-sensitive receptionist. Furthermore, the shop never once apologized for their negligence and incompetence and the major inconvenience it created for me.Total nightmare.Services: Transmission, Painting, Electrical

Worst experience I encounter. I went there to order a part for my Volvo. They said they did not have anyone to look at my car so they schedule me an appointment to come back. The day of my appointment the receptionist was not friendly and the only thing she said to me when I walked in was you are late! Your appointment was for 11:30 am. I said to her no it was not as I have the card and it was for 12pm when I take my lunch break. She was upset and said I do not know if we can see you. I patiently waited and she called I believe his name was David. After her call she said he will see you take a seat. 10 minutes later I see a guy come up and he starts to talk to the two receptionist and they start to have a friendly conversation ignoring my presence. I found that very disrespectful. Few minutes go by then he said he will see me. We look at my car and he said he will prepared me an estimate, I go back in and I sit and wait. They knew I was on my lunch break and did not care. 20 minutes go by and I am still waiting .of course I see him walking around like he did not care and he was definitely taking his time. He did not even offered to email me the the estimate. After 45 minutes I decided to walk out. I never got a call from them or email. I do not recommend going there and getting treated like that.

brought my 2021 Nissan Rouge in for An insurance claim to have my lift gate glass replaced after nearly 30 days 100 phone calls I finally got my car back only to find out that there is still glass in my lift gate and the lock was never replaced as they stated to myself and usaa that they could not return my car due to a nationwide shortage ironically enough after usaa contacted classic collision my car was ready by 4:00 that day. Now here we are in august and enterprise is trying to bill me 800 for the rental car I had durning that time mind you this was no fault to me. So now I m still dealing with a broken door a 500$ deductible and now snn80$ rental car bill I will never ever fo business with them againService: Body & Trim

5 Stars is not nearly enough to explain the work Rich with Classic Collision did for me and my wife. What is important in a review, my car was new, 14,000 miles, I was devastated after an accident, and had no doubt that my new car was totaled after I had done a good deed to help a stranger. Well that is what Rich with Classic Collision did for me. Rich took my KIA Sportage that had a gouge from the headlight to the tail light on the drivers side where it tore through the body of the car and gave it back to me like it had just left the factory. He called weekly with updates and to see if I had questions, he explained everything, so I understood what needed to be done. I am 56, I did my share of mechanical work in the 1980s, but I have never seen anyone take a car that was as bad as mine and make it brand new again. To be clear, the gouge was the front quarter panel, both front and back doors and the back quarter panel. The car drives like it is new, it has zero highway noise, in fact, it may have less road noise than it did before, the lines are even, there is not one thing I can say is wrong with the car. I hope I never need collision repair but if I do, this is the only place I will ever go and you should consider them as well. Kind, Courteous, Explanatory, Direct and to the Point, Rich did a great job, as did Classic Collision as a team! Great small business to support. They will make sure everything is perfect and you are satisfied. Definitely highly recommend going here. My bumper looks like someone never dented it on me. Great paint job too

My grandmother had brought her car in to see if they could fix a small scratch. Within five minutes someone had come outside and completely buffed out the scratch for no charge. The service was great and employees were such a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for any type of automotive work.

Highly recommend the people are very nice had a big dent in the back side of a black SUV. They matched the paint perfectly fixed the dent and it looks brand new! I can't say enough the entire experience and the vehicle turned out perfect! Thank you so much!

Do not take your vehicle here. I used to bring my car here for repairs and it was great. Now they have HORRIBLE people in the Shop. My truck was sent in to fix a big dent and scratch, well I got my black truck back, entire front part of my truck and both doors were covered in overspray. (White paint) they picked up my truck 3 times to fix the problem, now I m stuck with MORE damage to my vehicle. My brand new truck now has chipped paint, scratches and scratches swirl marks all over my door and hood of my truck. Worst part, the damage was on the back side of the truck, and the front somehow was ruined. And I m made out to be an idiot because I m a female and they think I m stupid. The shop manager is rude. Office gentleman Frank has been very nice otherwise. And has been the only helpful one. But i will never bring my vehicles here again. Because now I have very expensive damage to have repaired to my vehicle more than I brought in.

I was in a minor accident which left the front end of my car damaged. I was referred here by a guy who is very knowledgeable about cars. Let's just say, I am very impressed with the quality and service they offer here. My car looks good as new and it has been almost a year since the accident and it is still in great shape! These guys must surely love what they do because it shows in their work!

We were rear-ended and needed to have body work done. Luckily the person who hit us was an Allstate client and Allstate was located in an office adjoining America's Best Auto Body. From the beginning we received great service and were very pleased with not only how the car was repaired but how we were treated throughout the process, from estimate, to rental car, to follow thru. We were a little concerned as at lease one of the reviews had been very negative about them -- especially repainting. However, we had absolutely no problems and really appreciate their friendly and professional service.

Where I do start, this place is a straight up joke my car was there since February 2nd and I just got it may 20th mind you I didn t have any other way of transportation. I would call every month and they would say next week every time when it finally came to it being done it really wasn t it was super dusty they just wiped it down with who knows what because it left the inside super disgusting and the window moulding trim was coming off! If I could rate this place in negative stars I most certainly would!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is the ABSOLUTE best work ever on a damaged car! The car looks absolutely brand new! And they blend the paint in sooo perfectly! It did take 6 weeks to get an appointment here, and I almost went somewhere else because of that wait time. But since the car still worked, I waited. They guarantee their work for LIFE too. If you ever need body work done on a car, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO to get it done well!!!

Had hit a raccoon on the road which broke the bottom half of my bumper. Having a black metallic paint I was worried about the paint not matching. To my surprise they matched it spot on. Luis was a pleasure to work with and understanding of my concern with the paint matching. Hopefully I won't need their services in the future but won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need or repairs.

I had work done by the previous owners. Over a year later bubbles in the paint appeared where the work was done. They're very accommodating and work with you the best that they can here. I had taken my car in to get a new fender put in, and let them know that I needed it done asap because I had plans to go out of town. They moved things around around and made my car a priority so that it would be done quicker. I really appreciate it.

Very rude receptionist. Make it very difficult to get your car repaired wanted me to drop off my car the David inspector was coming and then pick the car back up and bring it back at their convenience horrible thank God I found another auto body shop that was just terrific I can't say enough on the treatment I got from the other auto body shop

My daughter had her first accident when an 92 year old lady ran a red light and removed the front end of her beloved Honda Civic Coupe.America's Best was awesome! They fixed the car right the first time and worked with our insurance adjuster to make sure everything was covered.\We did discover a small amount of overspray on one fender and they buffed and waxed it immediately while we waited.

(2018 Altima)Had appointment to bring my car in today it was a insurance claim the inspector kept saying bring my car Monday why would I bring my car Monday when it supposed to been drop off today Wednesday Oct 26 the appointment was suppose to been on the 31st but it supposedly wasn t switch the assistant /Rep forgot to switch me from the 31st to the ..26th make a long story short I had to come back and get my car cause they refuse to work on my car their were no reason no explanation all was said to me was they weren t touching my car for me to come back and get it .. them mfkers couldn t even give a good reason .. make it make sense than for the inspector to tell me they would have my car for 3 weeks but another bodyshop told me they ll have my car finish in two weeks classic collision poor service

They are really embedded with insurance companies. I would suggest you shop around first. Did do a great paint job. They are extremely busy, so you are just another number dont expect them to be empathetic or sympathetic to your situation.
