They are always pleasant over the phone and in person. Honest with their opinion if it were their car what they would do and what could wait to be done. When on a budget, they understand. Love going to this place. I feel secure being a woman that they are not taking advantage of me.

You know that nightmare situation where you break down on a road trip a long way from home? Now add being stranded at night in the rain with a Jeep that has no top or doors on. Yup, that happened but the one saving grace in this story was Bobby s Auto Service Center. Let me explain.The engine in our Jeep suddenly died on the highway near Vero Beach over 2 hours away from home. I do most of the work on our vehicles. So you can imagine my stress level knowing it was going to need an engine replaced by a total stranger since we were too far to tow it back. I was drawn to Bobby's since it was a family-owned business. It was a shot in the dark but they delivered in more ways than one.Literally, everyone we dealt with bent over backward to make us feel comfortable & keep us "in the know". Their prices were completely reasonable & fair. I don't have enough space here to go into ALL the little details & extra things they did. Here in South Florida, I'm used to places trying to overcharge & under-deliver. Bobby's auto got our jeep in and out for an oil change and a diagnostics check in less than an hour, Marshall was great at explaining what was needed and adorable little Linc kept me company the entire time! Lincoln (and Marshall) for employee of the year!

I have had my vehicle serviced at Bobby's previously and was very happy with each service provided. Sadly my vehicle could not be saved this time and the most I can hope for is a good scrap price to ease my heart ache and apply it to my next aquisition

Took my car in for a check charging system notification. Marshall diagnosed the problem quickly and showed me what the cause was .I was concerned that someone would take advantage of the fact that I have out of state license plates.Not the case at Bobby s ! Although this was my first time here, they were extremely professional and treated me like I was their customer for years.Can say enough good things about Bobby s . Excellent, the price was phenomenal to rotate the tires.I plan on coming in to get a quote to replace the headlights, radar detector, and calibration on my 2014 Honda V6 Touring.

By far the best place for car work in the area. We had some issues with our older car and got it looked at and fixed all in one day. I refer all my clients to Bobby's, especially the new ones. When people relocate or buy a second home in Vero Beach they need to know the best of the best to help them settle in. So I tell them Bobby's is the best for automobile servicing. Honest people and reasonable prices! Bill, Brenda and the rest of the crew will take care of you too.

They are friendly, helpful and honest. Here is my story, I left a friends house in Vero and almost immediately noticed a scraping sound coming from my Optima. The sound was not too bad at first so I pulled out onto 60 and headed home. The noise got worse and worse very quickly to the point that it was the loudest noise I have ever heard coming from a car and I was afraid to drive it much further. I pulled into a gas station and looked for a repair shop near me and found Bobby's right down the street. It was after closing but they were still there and I explained the problem. They were very friendly and helpful and agreed to look at the car the next day. They called the next day and said they found a small stone jammed between the brake pad and rotor and that was the cause of the horrific noise. My friends driveway is all small river stones so I think it got picked up when I backed out. They did not charge me anything. This is how I know they are honest. I can see why they are so busy as friendly, helpful and honest is not how most people would describe your average repair shop. I definitely recommend them to others. They are also now my number one place for future repairs.Service: Brakes

I want to extend my appreciation to Bobby's Auto Service. I was recommended to them and they didn't disappoint. The steering wheel on my Hyundai Elantra started making weird noises and had excessive play. I contacted Hyundai and they wanted 600+ to repair. I want to point out that this issue is is very common with this vehicle model. I contacted Bobby's and took vehicle in. They repaired the issue, checked and serviced brakes and replaced brake light bulbs (all 3 had gone out). The total cost of service was substantially less than what the dealer wanted. Everything is working perfectly. Thank you. I would definitely recommend them.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Well, Bobby's is a decent mechanic. Doesn't "find" other things wrong that have nothing to do with the initial problem/repair.However, today I was very disappointed.My car needed a new starter. Someone called and gave me an "estimate" of the part & said it would take 2 hours of labor. ONE hour later I get the call that my car is ready. They still wanted to charge me for 2 hours of labor! This has never happened anywhere before! Absolutely ridiculous! After sharing my thoughts on that the guy took off 30 minutes. Big whoop. I should have been charged only for how long it really took. ONE hour!

I see why this place is rated so high, and busy. I recently had my rear brakes done here, and no issues with the job. No issues at all. I went in to get a quote almost a month before I actually took my car in. My final cost, well, it was the same as the quote given. That's what I'm impressed with. I've gotten quotes for repairs at other places over the years, and most like to add in extra costs after the work is done. Some, will try to sell you more work to be done at the time of pick up. Not here, I went in, was greeted, paid, was thanked, and out the door I went. No extra sales pitch's. Now with that said, if something was a safety issue I would expect to be told about it, and shown. I don't doubt they would have. I'll be taking my dads truck here next.Service: Auto brake repair

Ever go to the doctor with a pain that you can t find when you get into the office? I bet you still paid for that office visit. Well I went to Bobby s today the noise that has been there for months disappeared on its own but the nice people at Bobby s tried their best and spent a lot of time and effort to find it and fix it. They even took me on a test drive with them and I wasn t able to reproduce the noise either. They didn t charge me a penny. Any other shop would have charged a diagnostic fee ! Thank you Bobby s Auto Services Center for your integrity!

Great service, customer focused, motor wizard. Quickly diagnosed my intermittent brake light problem and remedied, no charge. I couldn't locate my wheel lock key but Bobby got them off anyway, without damage to the wheels - he even called manufacturer on my behalf. All great people and a pleasure to do business with.

What can I say! it takes a lot to truly impress me. Bobbys Auto Services is one of those truly great finds in life. A garage that work on your car, treats you with nothing but respect, does great work, in a timely fashion and does not over charge you! I own a Kia through Kia of Vero Beach and they sold me a bogus warranty when I bought my car. Every time I bring it in for an oil change, they try to sell me on a bunch of nonsense (which is NEVER covered under the warranty I paid for) that I don't need and try to get hundreds or even thousands from me.So, I always take my car to Bobby's after a trip to the dealership and they tell me what actually needs to be done vs what doesn't. What actually does need to be done, they do at a fraction of the cost of the dealership. I've saved thousands of dollars getting my work done at Bobby's. They're honest, people with fair prices. The only place I'll go in Vero.

My name is Debra Taylor and I highly recommend Bobby s. We have been going to them for over 15 years. Billy and Bobby been excellent people to deal with. I can t say enough good things about them. The biggest details I look for when searching for a repair professional is honesty and quality. That is important to me. I always feel comfortable with them and their service is of the highest quality. The people who work there are very knowledgeable in their field. If I don t know what s wrong with my vehicle they take the time to find out, tell me what is wrong and then fix it. What else can you ask for? I also like that if they see something, other than what you are there for, they will advise you of the service needed now or at least be aware of it in the future. They are never pushy. If it s serious they will explain the reasons in a way I can understand. I d recommend them over and over.

I've been going to Bobby's for 20 years. You can't find a better place to have your car repaired. That is the way it was when Billy was there. Since his passing it has changed. They told me I needed a new ac compressor, it was going to cost me $1200.00. my daughter told me to take it to her friend who all he does is ac repair. Well it turned out that all I needed was the filter cleaned out and ac coolant. Cost me $50. Now it works great.

I can t say enough. Great staff, Bill was able to get us taken care of quickly and back on the road! Very accommodating while we waited and price was more than fair. Highly recommend the fine folks at Bobby s.

First time there. I went there because my guy doesn't work on transmissions. Bob took my car out for a ride and check it . Told me nothing needed to be done. That it was within the limits. Thank you. He could of told me yes and the job would of been expensive. Bob was honest with me and I like this. I would go back if I had another problem with the transmission. Thank you again Bob.
