I had a great experience at the store when Larry assisted me. He promptly listened to my concerns and checked my car's engine light. He explained the issue and showed me the recommended parts. Larry even printed out a copy of my recommendations and advised me to consult my mechanic. I was extremely satisfied with his help, especially considering the lackluster service at the AutoZone on US1.

March 30th, I visited the Auto Zone store at 4905 20th Street, Vero Beach. I received great service and wanted to give Shawn H. a high FIVE with Five stars.Now I am an old guy in my 70s. Planning a trip, and thought my battery should be tested. It is 3 years old, and that is about when my last battery failed in my driveway.Shawn grab a tester, and we headed outside. Shawn hooked it up, and PRINTED the test results. Everything was good, and soon I was heading out of town with confidence. Again, big thanks to Shawn AND Auto Zone for their free testing services. Just another satisfied, repeat customer.

Two years ago, I purchased a gold battery for my 2012 VW EOS. It worked fine until today. I called my local store on 20th st in Vero and spoke with Shaun. He stated they had a battery in stock. When I arrived another salesman spoke with me and informed me that it was not at this store but available at the South location. I was ready to head that way when Shaun asked the model of my VW. As I was about to get a jump start and leave, Shaun came out and stated I really didn't have the correct battery and he had the correct one on the shelf but it would be a few dollars more. Shaun replaced the battery with the correct size platinum battery and to my surprise was less than $8.00!This man is what customer service is about. His dedication to making the customer satisfied with what he provides, is what needs to be the example for all Autozone stores. Refused to take my transmission fluid even when I have taken similar things before. I have been shown the drum in the back and it clearly labels automatic transmission fluid, but going in the man acts rude and tells me "we don't take that, dude". Cool, I took it to Advanced Auto Parts and they recycled it no problem. Never have a problem going there only Autozone.

I have an older vehicle. 04 to be exact. I've been able to find what I've needed on several occasions and if it wasn't in stock it was ordered and brought in by the next day.

Attendant was very unhelpful in trying to replace a headlight. He said, "First you have to find out if it's 1 headlight or 2." At which time I said I'd try another parts place. He.gave me directions to Advance across the street, ughh.

I went in to check my battery and associate Jessica was very pleasant welcoming, informative, and helpful. I don't normally give reviews but when you have associates like her, honestly makes you want to deal with like minded ppl. Great assets make great numbers! Thank you Associate Jessica and God bless!

Very attentive and helpful staff. Most recently my car has been giving me problems and on different occasions various employees have gone above Ana beyond to assist Nick, Jose and Shawn. You guys rock!!!

Jose and Joseph were kind enough to help me out last minute before closing around 9:00pm installing new dome lights in my car. I love the crew they have running this store, nothing but helpful and caring about the customer. These guys need a raise, they stayed past hours to make sure I had what I needed for my car. Thank you guys for everything, I m a regular customer who sees the hard work these men / women that work here put out. Above and beyond efforts as well as the rest of the management!

I showed up Wednesday, 05/31/2023, to get some transmission fluid. Out came Don Seang, Store Manager, it was raining out and he remained in the rain to put the fluid in my car. Was the nicest man ever. He is truly a fabulous asset to this store. this will be my go to store.

Went there last week to get my headlights replaced (which turned out to be much more difficult than we expected) and Jose and Joey were awesome! Jose wouldn t let me leave until everything was as it was supposed to be! Hard to find employees like these two! Highly recommend!

I came into the store Saturday 09/17 for a key fob battery. The service was excellent. I was helped by a nice lady who installed the battery into my fob in about 2 minutes. This was in sharp contrast to trying the same purchase at Batteries Plus, where they were of no help whatsoever, even though they are a battery specialist. So AutoZone is my go to for a fob battery as well as a car battery where they have stood behind several car batteries I have bought from them. A very credible organization!

I want to thank, assistant ManagerMr. Joseph Miranda.store #6091 He is a very knowledgeable while doing his job and excellent Customer Service.He change both of my two batteries in my Mercedes Bens and a headlight on my wife Jeep Cherokee in less than 20 minutes. Amazing Great Job Thank You.

today I went to store number 6091, and was helped by a lovely man named Neville, I needed a blinker changed in my car, and he selfishly change the bulb for me and refused when i offered him a tip for his help, overall was an amazing experience, and I really appreciated the help that this man gave me

Jessica is the simply the best. She knows her stuff. I had battery issues, got my it charged. She ran test 3 times under different conditions just to make sure things were good before I left. This is the kind of service that's makes me come back to this location. The great customer service makes a difference.

Competitive pricing and exceptional customer service. Nang didn't waste anytime installing battery and was kind enough to do a diagnostic test. Ginny really took me by surprise with her knowledge of cars. Ginny helped me find a product that I did not know the name of but after explaining what it was used for she was able to help me find exactly what I needed.

The customer service at Auto Zone is exceptional! My battery died. They were able to test the battery and confirmed it needed replacing. They stocked my battery and even offered to install the battery. The battery for my car is not easy to get to and replace. They took the time to remove parts to get to the battery, installed the battery and put all back together. And the installation was free! They saved me a lot of headache and money! Thank you.

I came into the store to purchase a cup holder for my 1957 Chevy Belair. As I tried to leave, my sweet old car decided she didn't want to start. Got a little too hot - the AC was an add-on and it makes her cranky. A young man named Jacob assisted me and went above and beyond. He provided me with excellent customer service and helped me get my car going. He was kind, courteous and professional. I really appreciate such excellent customer service.

Received excellent service at this store on 10/29/21 when stopping in with a battery problem. Ning in particular went out of his way to diagnose my problem, confirm that it was not the alternator and identify that they had a replacement in stock. He even suggested that I visit the competitors store across the street to see if they would honor the warranty on my defective battery (it was the competitor's brand, but on paying them a visit their system couldn't find my account and they didn't have the battery in stock anyway). I returned to Autozone where the staff installed a new battery, corrected the prior faulty installation and had me on my way in less than 20 minutes. Can't say enough about the staff at this location and I will be visiting them anytime I have a need in Vero Beach.
