Edit: Stars updated as everyone was very nice that have contacted us from Advance Auto Parts and the battery was correct. However, we still had to spend the better part of a morning making and waiting for phone calls for our information to be deleted based on a lie.Summed up. They may be nice but they will lie to you and pretend it was an honest mistake. Again, if you want trust in who you buy from this is not where you go. There's plenty of other places near by.Longer version: My wife went in to grab a new battery for our truck. They said it comes with a warranty and she had to give her information in order to have a warranty on the battery. She specifically stated she didn't want to sign up for any rewards program. They lied to her and said it was only for warranty purposes. So like most people she did. There in lies the problem. Before she made it home we had an email of Welcome to our Speed Perks Rewards. I went back and the person at the counter pretended he didn't know and that is how it's always done. Complete lies.If you are wondering why we don't do rewards programs. They harvest all the data they can to sell it off to anyone like every other rewards program.

Very bad service in there tonight... can't imagine corporate being at all happy with how they are representing AAP. Went in for a simple hose connector, the lady said "we dont have that" and refused to look it up when I asked. Went back in my car and found the part online and showed it was available at that store. Went back in the store and was treated even more poorly the 2nd time while she was eating dinner and talking on the phone with earbuds. I thought she was talking to me so began to tell her I found the part online... and she rudely snapped at me "I'm on the phone SIRR!!!". I went to the young man and apparently he was trained how to be rude by the lady working as it was like pulling teeth to get him to look up the part. He wouldn't do it until I found and told him the part # (thought that was his job) He said "don't have it here" and offered no other help and got irritated when I asked if it was at another store I could drive to. Next store I went to was more then helpful and polite and got me my part in less then a minute... Seems so much easier to just be kind and actually try and help people like your getting paid to do. I have 4 classic vehicles and 2 modern ones and needless to say I frequent autoparts stores... unfortunately, not this one any longer.

Everytime I have gone in, the employees are helpful, nice, and often offer a laugh. It really helps with them offering a laugh, knowing that you need parts for a car, often means a lot of aggravation and stress. Very happy to have this location close by. They are also quick to help and insightful.

This store saved me from my own mental breakdown, not to mention my car s. I was set out to leave for a 12+ hour road trip and just as I started my car, the check engine light came on. This has been an ongoing issue with my car but having just had it into the dealership, I should have felt comfortable getting on the road. But when that check engine light came on, it took a lot for me to just not cry in frustration. I drove to the dealership but of course it was Saturday and they couldn t fit me in with the guys they had working . Couldn t even charge me for a quick diagnostic to check why the light was on. Worried that I wouldn t be able to get on the road, I went to this store which was right around the corner, and they helped me right away. Not only did they successfully diagnose my issue for free but put me at ease to get on the road without trying to sell me a thing. I ended up purchasing a new battery to put myself even more at ease and they put it in my car right in the parking lot. The employee helping me took his time to explain to me what happened with my car and handled everything like he was my brother. As I was leaving, it took a lot to not cry in relief and give him the biggest hug. I will be retuning to this store often to receive their recommendations before taking my car anywhere else for servicing. Thanks guys!

The staff are always very helpful. I prefer advance to autozone. They also treat my daughter well. She is 17 and not a cat person but they always make sure she knows what to buy and helps get make the best choice. We are rewards members. I use the coupons occasionally.

Unfortunately I didn't get his name but the young man working Saturday night,July 29 2023 , was graceful enough to install my battery at 855 pm when they close at 9 pm . thank you!

Typical auto store. Building is old and you can tell. Didn't carry what I was looking for. There was a lot of items out of stock throughout, but I'm sure the pandemic has played a part of that.The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!So for now they get 3 stars as overall "average". If I go there again and things get back to normal in the world, I'll be sure to update my review since this really isn't the time for first impressions.

Had AOTHER completly satisfied experience with best place to go to when you're in a jam with your car.They give you many options to choose from to help you figure out how to fix the problem.Msny times it can be repaired right in the parking lot.They even come out and physically help you fix the problem,tools when necessary.And, always a smile.No charge for the help,or the smile

Went straight to the counter and they looked up the part I needed. He went to the back of the store and brought the part back to the counter and then explained exactly how to put in the new part safely. With his help and youtube I was able to change my corroded and bent battery terminals all by myself without injury

Got ROBERTO on the phone. Rude to me the entire duration of our convo. I was simply asking questions about my Harley battery and he decided that he can't help me and that he has nothing for me in the store after he stated that he had some in stock LOL. Horrible customer service for sure. Get some real experienced employees that know what they are doing and at least know how to talk to people with SOME respect.

Advance Auto on US 1, Vero Beach was exactly what I needed. High praise for Customer Service, 3 to 4 clerks always available to help serve customers promptly. My main break was they let me do a minor fix, change brake pads, on their rear empty parking lot. Living in a condo for me was a great gesture on their part. They have my future business now.

Staff was extremely rude, I had an Auto Zone receipt in my car and the staff member made it very unwelcoming for me after that. I understand they are competitors, but that is still very unprofessional.
