I was 70 miles from home when the ol reliable Jeep (not the cool one) decided to start misfiring. I held my pearls and said some prayers as we went to eat and brainstorm. Advanced auto parts can diagnose codes I thought to aloud, much louder than I should have, as the patrons of the Cracker Barrel looked up at me with dirty looks. I drove the family vehicle to my sanctuary, where parts are discounted, yet not the customer service. I called in advance, and a hero by the name of Tony answered. He confirmed he could diagnose, so away I went. I was greeted by him and we went out to see what tomfoolery my Jeep was up to. Sadly it was a cylinder 4 misfire. Thankfully, I was at a part store so I quickly bought a spark plug and jammed it in, with the support of Tony, who rung me up. I tested my chariot and she neighed with minimal horsepower until the turbo kicked in, and I knew she was fixed. I may have been far from home, but Tony made me feel at home with his moral support and excellent customer service.

A really nice store with a lot of cool parts on stock. We traveled from Germany to Florida and I was looking for some performance parts. We got the parts and I had a very interesting conversation while buying them. I'll set a flag at Google Maps and - as Arnie said - I'll be back.

Went in to ask a clerk to fix a wiper blade that was removed in a car wash. The man was especially nice and put it back on for me. He then checked the other one, and it was off too, so he put it back on as well. Super nice guy. Thank you so much

I don't remember the managers name but he was awesome. Went in at about 7 or 8 to get my battery checked and it was bad. Almost didn't make it. He changed it out and everything. Great Great experience. When I get his name I will update it.

Great location, clean store, good help. The bathroom was a little in the yuk side whenever I took my daughter in there. But I guess it is a parts store.....

Our Car broke down and we need part right away. We were out of town so we had to buy and paid $300 online Amazon or eBay same Part would be $100 also u can buy online from them get next day free delivery and 20% off. Many people do not know. But we wasn t home so we had to buy and makes me mad . What a rip off

This has to be the best Advance Auto Parts I have ever been too. The staff was super friendly , knowledgeable and overall very pleasant. I cannot possibly give enough praise to Tony who went above and beyond what was required to help me with my new battery, air filter and windshield wiper. He is humble,honest and just overall fantastic. Thank you Tony!!

Don't ask them a question over the phone. They will tell you one thing to get you in, then change it once you get there. Train your people how to answer questions right.

Thank you so much for a second great experience here at advance. Sunday before a heck of a long week ahead, bout to rain, mower battery dies. Tony went above and beyond to help me test my battery and got me the RIGHT BATTERY!!! (I've had some bad experiences in past with many other companies and people) I had my mower up and running and got the lawn done in 30 min flat thanks to this man right here. I appreciate you guys and you've got a great employee with Tony. Professional, friendly, helpful and most important knowledgeable and overall great experience 2 thumbs up!

You have to love all the free extras you can get at this parts store they'll plug in their machine to see what you are failure codes mean they'll change your windshield wipers and I'll put a new battery in your car all at no charge

I needed new windshield wipers. Not only did they have what I needed, but he installed all three for me, at no charge, in the rain! Good service, good product. Not cheap but worth the extra. I will definitely use their services again.

The store is nice and clean and the people that worked there was nice and professional and attended to every customer in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place they don't just have you standing around they will acknowledge that you're there the minute you step through the door and take care of your every need

Stopped in with a slight emergency needing a serpentine belt for my expedition before a travel the next morning. Was happy to see at 6pm Saturday night it was open. A few customers in front of me but two attendants helping as quick as possible. Knew I needed a breaking bar to release the tensioner but didn't see one available and was a bit concerned. Sales attendant was knowledgeable and efficient with time. He said they had one that they "rent". Basically this meant you buy it, use it, and bring it back with the receipt for a full refund which was perfectly normal to them. Fine with me. I like this kind of rental. Bought a respectable belt at a respectable price and using the breaking bar had it installed in the dark in less than 1/2 hour. No arguments here! Thanks Advanced Auto!

Customer service was ok once the one gentlemen got off the phone the store was clean.Would have given a 5 star but no one said hello, or I will be right with you when we entered the store

Almost EVERY Advanced I have ever been to has been TERRIBLE but they are always the one closest to me. STAY AWAY FROM ANY ADVANCED, go to Oreilly s!!!!! I was stranded, my car was completely over heated and I needed to find the location of a leak. When I walked in and spoke to an older gentleman who I understood to be a manager of some kind for a pressurized test, I was laughed at and condescended on. Aw, are you sure that s what it is? I said, Yes. A former an employee told me to have you guys check it for me. Now there were two employees who were chuckling. When I mentioned the former employee they straightened out a bit. When the younger employee came out to help me, he PERSISTED in hitting on me to the point I was nervous and scared. He laughed at me & insulted me as to where my man was and that I needed HIM as my man. He wanted me to take his car! I am almost positive he was on some kind of drugs as well because the way he was acting was too much. I PRAY I NEVER HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER ADVANCED EVER!

I wouldn't even give them one star. I'm usually not one to complain but my 17yr old daughter and I went into store because all her brake lights were not working. I went to counter holding my 4 yr old also ...and asked how we could figure our why brake lights weren't working. The THREE men that were standing there not once offered to look at fuse box or brake lights or even seemed to really care that we had no clue and clearly needed some direction. I realize that they are not a mechanic shop but one of them could have at least offered to show me which fuse I needed to look as I made it known I had no clue which fuse to check. I didn't ask them to go look at my daughters truck because honestly I figured one of the three of them would at least offer. I'm just very disheartened at there lack of help and will not be using this store again.

Good place to get your car-stuff! Clean store and friendly people - installed wipers for free.Update 10-2019: Did not like the idea installing a new battery in a Chevy.

Went in and bought what I needed. After waiting 20 minutes in line I finally paid and the cashier was super rude to me. I then asked if someone could help me (take like litterally a minute) and he said you have to find someone I can't leave (very rudely). I then waited to have another man help me and he looked at me and walked off. As a women just needing some advice or help I will never go here again and I will be returning my object and be going to napa down the road.

The employee at the register helped me find my motorcycle battery with no issues. He even found a coupon for me to use since the Lithium battery was significantly higher priced than the normal battery. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Did not the part on hand. Too pricey. When I went to Auto Zone, they had the part and almost 20 dollars cheaper.

Most of the employees are very friendly and very knowledgeable. Some are new and trying. If that's what you find just wait a bit and the real staff will help and you will be very satisfied.

Staff was not interested in helping me find floor mats for my car. I had a hard time lifting them from the rack and then carried them to the counter for a price. Got a price and no additional help. Left the store and will not return.

Typical parts house, told them what I needed (spark plugs), the salesman did have the courtesy to write the gap info on the box for me so that was nice.
