Been dealing with Ole South for a few years now, most of the time I deal with Stephen, always a pleasure to deal with them, great quality parts, and in case they fail, they always stand up for it and help out the best way possible.Very friendly drivers doing the deliveries, got to know a few of them along the years.I am going to continue to deal with them!!

Delivery driver Andrew was on time,courteous, and helpful. My salesperson Dale was professional throughout the process,and accurate describing the engine I was purchasing. My engine blew up on my 2005 tacoma and Ole South Auto Salvage came to the rescue. Steven took very good care of us and was careful to write down everything we needed. They held the engine for us and when we got there they gave us not only the engine but every single thing that was attached to it, harness, sensors and everything. The engine was in very very good shape. I was shocked! THEN he carefully wrote down all the parts I requested and said he d send them to my area when they have them in stock.Very caring and professional people.I highly recommend it to anyone in need of car parts. Well worth the 3 hours drive there and back even though I m sure they can deliver to a shop near your area (don t quote me on that).5 star service for sure! Way better than LKQ pick your part.**EDIT 4 months later.**The engine is running beautifully and I am grateful to have no issues so far. I am a little upset to share that Steven did not find any of the car parts I asked him to get for me even though some of them are very common parts. I feel forgotten about. It is minor but I feel now like it was false niceness rather than genuine customer service. I will still keep the 5 star rating but to me it's like 4 1/2 stars now.

Ole South has great quality of used parts we own All Superior Auto Works Inc an auto collision repair facility and insurance claims use lots of lkq Like, Kind & Quality parks- recycled oem parts.Dale is great to work with and very helpful with locating hard to find parts. Russell offers superior service once dropping off the parts on site to our facility.

The people who work here are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They've been honest with me in each of my dealings with them even to the point of telling me the parts I want and they have aren't worth my money. They'll give up the sale to keep my future business.

I been in business since 2010 and I have used LKQ (which is too corporation own and customer service is horrible) because I did not know about Ole South, since I find Ole South the customer servce is the best and they go above and beyond, my sales Rep Steven always taking care of me and the turnaround time warranty is the best for small business. Will recommond this company to anyone.

We have purchased many parts from here. All the trucks and car parts that we have purchased have been better quality than any other place that we have been to. Greatest experience for a salvage yard ever. Competitive pricing. Knowledgeable staff. Very personable and professional. Great one on one. They would not take our money until they were absolutely sure it would fit/work on our vehicles. This is now our go to place. Well worth the hour plus trip.

They have always been super helpful and have a good selection but I can t get over the lack of Saturday hours. That really puts people in a bind that have a 9-5 job, not being able to utilize their open hours.

Purchased a diesel engine to find out engine had blown headgaskets. Removed cylinder heads and sent to machine shop to find cylinder heads are cracked. It was big money company offered zero assistance.Buy elsewhere......

Just called this people really rude service, guy literally hung up on me mid sentence, would not recommend for parts or anything else being that receiving service itself is not possible in a kind friendly manner.

They have a great staff as well as great pricing! I went in for a rear glass for a 2015 chevy cruze and they had it on the spot! Not only did they lower the price a few bucks when I went to pick it up they helped me load it and they were extremely friendly! I would recommend this place to everyone that is looking for parts at a great price! Oh, my father has been going there for years so this would be a tradition for me to keep! :P

Great place to buy used parts. They are very honest about everything from the shipping cost to the condition of the part. Steven and this yard will make it happen. Although non-employees are not allowed onto the yard, its still worth the trip for the clean facility, very friendly staff, and the amount of inventory available.
