Well I bought a CERTIFIED toyota highlander 2022 and the glass has some cracks on it and also I was offer to have some paint job... and NOTHING has been done... terrible customer service and the sale person Ryan hang up on me. They just want to sale and after that, that's not their problem

Our whole experience with Venice Toyota, from finding them on CarGurus to texting to a test drive and finally a purchase, was streamline and stress free! First time at this location. Just purchased my used Tacoma in February so this was the first regular maintenance appt. for an oil change and tire rotation. Christopher was very helpful, friendly and professional. He updated new ownership in their computer system and found that I had a free rotation from the original warranty so I just had to pay for an oil change which was very reasonable compared to other places. They also have a nice waiting area. Thanks for the great experience! I will be back next time if still in this area.

My paint jwas damaged during The hurricane September 2022 I had an appointment to have it painted July 2023. They called and canceled five days before I had to bring it in. they called January 2024, said that they could fit me in. Said that it would take 5 to 7 days. It took exactly one month. The paint job seems fine (so far)but my front seat has been ruined. Also, when I had a question about my deductible that I didn t quite understand because I don t deal with insurance a employee there was getting very frustrated with me and told me that just to believe her she s been doing it for 13 years. So all in all not a great experience with the paint department. I have not had issues with the service department.

We went to Venice Toyota due to electronic messages in our vehicle the night before we were to drive back home to Michigan.We were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff, especially being that we didn't have a appointment. We waited 2 hours and left the dealership feeling very pleased. Very good customer service!!!

We had a great experience buying our Crown at Venice Toyota! Our salesperson, Lisa, (who was training Olga) was very patient as we took 2 test drives and asked to test both highway and in town. It s a big decision to buy a car and she understands that. I would recommend this dealership without reservation.

Called the other Toyota dealer up the street for a 5000 mile check up. Couldn't get through. Called these guys. They answered! Told the girl that answered what I needed. She made an appointment for me then switched me to Bruce in service. Great guy. Wasn't hurried. Answered my questions on the phone call then verified my appointment. I was directed to him upon my arrival. Timely service. Waiting room was cool and clean as were the restrooms. Nice place

I returned to Venice Toyota two days after my original service with a concern about my tires. Everyone was kind and professional (especially my service advisor Nikita). He explained exactly what was happening, and offered me options to address the problem. I work in customer service myself, and I appreciate working with someone who understands the importance of customer care. Nikita was professional from start to finish even when being interrupted by another customer during my transaction. He is definitely an asset to your company.

I had very fast efficient service at Venice Toyota on Friday, February 9. I had a recall notice, on my 2023 Corolla, and repairs had to be made to the drivers airbag cable. They were even able to do my oil change service at the same time ,which I hadn t scheduled. Also, they noticed a crack in my windshield and helped me to arrange with my insurance company to make an appointment for that repair. Also, a year after purchasing the car, I had questions about the touchscreen features. My sales agent Britney came out to the car to show me how to manage the screen. All of that was accomplished in two hours time, and I was out the door. Very pleased with Venice, Toyota!

We have 5 thousand miles since we bought the van. We ask for new tires for the front because they were not good. We were told by the sales person ok. Then the guy out in the garage tells us we don t need new tires they will last 25,000 miles. Yet today when in for oil change they said we need two front tires.Why have you been so dishonest with us.We bought a van that was to much money and it was totally trashed on the inside and we were told it would be detailed. Never happened. We are a little unhappy that we were treated this way. My husband is a disabled Vet and we desperately needed the van. Believe me we have told a lot of people about the treatment we have had.People don t need to be treated badly. It will get around and maybe some people will not come to your dealership.

They managed to fit me in for service on short notice. Wait was a bit long but 15 minutes less than the estimate they gave us so no surprises. Service rep (John) was great to work with.

Mike Varga is incredibly personable, knowledgable, and was a great help. having gone to various dealers in the area this was the first one that really seemed to put the customer first, and Mike went the extra mile for us to make sure we got what we were looking for. Chris and Brian in financing were also great and made sure to get us a great rate.

Bought my new car from them in August.Had MY VERY FIRST MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENT AND I'M SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED.LITERALLY TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET SERVICED.They have not a real care in the world. I went for a oil change and they told me I was also due for a tire rotation. I also originally was taking it because one of my tires kept losing air and I needed to get it fixed. I was driving my car to work today the LOW PRESSURE LIGHT CAME BACK ON.I EXPLICITLY EXPLAINED HOW THE BACK TIRE WAS LOSING PRESSURE AND THAT'S EXACTLY WHY I WAS BRINGING IT IN. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD CHECK EVERYTHING. WELL THEY EVIDENTLY DID NOT.....AND YES I MADE SURE TO REITERATE THAT I NEEDED THE TIRE LOOKED AT WHEN I BROUGHT THE ACTUAL CAR IN TO NOT JUST DURING THE APPOINTMENT CALL.THE LADY ON THE PHONE WAS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHO MY ADVISOR WAS AND THEN COME TO FIND OUT IT WAS HER. YES I HAD A LOT OF ATTITUDE DURING THE CALL. BUT I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BE WORRIED ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT MY CAR CAN MAKE IT TO WORK WHEN IT LITERALLY HAS 18,000 MILES ON IT.THEY MADE SURE TO LET ME KNOW I NEED A NEW CAR BATTERY ($270) THOUGH, I TOOK IT ELSEWHERE AND WAS TOLD IT'S FINE!!!!!!!!!!!!WHICH MEANS I SAT IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR LITERALLY 3 HOURS FORJUSTATIREROTATIONANDOILCHANGE???????????I SPENT MY ONLY DAY OFF FOR THEM TO NOT EVEN FIX THE PROBLEM.NOT SATISFIED AT ALL.I REGRET EVEN PURCHASING A CAR THROUGH THEM!!!

Unexpectedly, this dealership experience was fantastic. Our salesperson, Jonathan Lindow, was exceptional and extremely helpful. Jonathan had researched the vehicle I was looking to purchase, having additional maintenance advice and thorough knowledge of the mechanics of the car and how to best upkeep it, which was both impressive and unexpected. He answered every question we could have and was 100% on our side no matter what, even when it came to potential issues with other departments of the dealership. I highly recommend him--and Venice Toyota--to anyone looking to purchase car used or new.

They said Friday the replacement tire is coming Friday around noon and they will calls us. Weekend has passed and no calls. Monday we called and it was hard to get a hold of anyone. It s like the right hand does not know what the left is doing. Then it would take 6 hrs to put the tire in. So we ended up renting a $35 vehicle from them because we need it for work. That s on top of the ridiculously priced tire and service. Do not go here!

Great experience buying from Venice Toyota. We worked with Jonathan and he made everything easy and helped find the exact vehicle that worked within our budget that we were very happy with. He is straightforward and doesn t make you feel pressured. We chatted throughout the process and it felt like hanging out with an old friend. I would highly recommend him if you go in. Eli was extremely helpful and also very straightforward with helping us to find the right financing. Overall very satisfied with our experience.

Well, this is a complex review. Some great, some difficult. I had to advocate for myself to get my car completed, including sourcing my own parts. I would give 5 stars to Donna and Nina who have the difficult job of keeping the clients informed, and 5 stars to the detailing department.

Bruce is a great Service employee. He squeezed me in when my cars battery died. He got me in quickly and was very knowledgeable. He s great to deal with. Informative and a no pressure kind of guy. I really appreciate that. I avoid the high pressure service people.

Brittany is AMAZING!!! We went into the dealership with a list of needs/wants and a number we had in mind! Brittany took time to really listen and paid attention to every detail! She was patient with my daughter, explained every step in the process and presented her with several financial options that would fit her budget. She was able to put herself in my daughter's head (18 yrs old) to understand what she WANTED and even taking the time to go over every safety feature to make sure it was what I NEEDED her to have!! I always take my van here but this was one of the not so pleasant visits. Three visits ago my brakes were at 5/16. They said we need to keep an eye on them for next visit. 6 months later I come in thinking my. Takes would be replaced nope.. they were at 14/16. They grew???? So I asked how did my brakes grow? They reinspected and admitted to a mistake. But the brakes were now at 4 and would be fine till next visit. Now I bring my van in early before it was due and now Toyota says my rotors need to be re surfaced. I got all 4 brakes repaired and resurfaced. If they would have replaced sooner I would not have to pay for this service.Now I get my van back and the door has grime from hands all on drivers door. They never replaced my service due sticker and overall it was not a great visit.Do better.

Good experience...Glenn quickly verified my pre-paid maintenance from an out-of-state dealer & was great to work with. Maintenance was done quickly while I waited and there were no other recommendations for any other parts or service. I'll be taking my 4Runner back to Venice Toyota Service for any future needs.
