Bob the body shop manager is quite an arrogant piece of work! Add several weeks to the date promised and expect nothing in return. If you have to have a rental car to supplement your transportation, they could care less.Good luck if they can even find your car when you call or arrive to find out updates. All voice messages go unanswered so do not waste your time leaving any.They never even realized I took my car off the lot until I arrived to show damages that were not repaired. And Bob informs me today you cannot do that. And where are those rules posted? You cannot fix stupid then the customer get blamed for a business having such unethical, lazy and pathetic practices.Obviously, I would never recommend this Nissan body shop and since the owner is just as bad as his body shop manager, I would never even begin to consider giving them one more penny of my hard earned money.If you desire to entrust your vehicle to a business that cares, do not waste your time going here.The service center has always been caring and professional which is sad when the other incompetent leadership team members are able to ruin it for the entire business.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Please do your research before using this shop! Bob, the collision shop manager, sent my vehicle out WITH A BENT FRAME. He assured, even after the vehicle was returned many times, that the frame and everything else was solid. They performed over 10k dollars worth of body and paint work on a vehicle that should have been listed as a total loss. The shop that actually discovered the frame damage, which was severe, deemed it completely unsafe for the road. For the sake of your own safety and to ensure quality work, avoid this facility at all cost.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting

This company's information was on my credit report reflecting negative comments and I've never had a Nissan or vehicle in 20 years so I called several times and finally spoke to the sales Manger to try and make sense of this and he was rude, argumentative and very short with me, and hung up on me also .

I do my research before choosing to spend money. I had a word of mouth referral for Venice Nissan Collision Center. I got my quote there first. Then I went to the two best rated places in Venice and they wanted over $140 more. I went with the best price and couldn't be happier! I got original parts, an amazing paint match, and the friendliest group of people. Overall it was the best possible experience. I'm so grateful they were put on my radar.
