Melissa was very helpful and informative over all the issues serviced. The shuttle took my wife into Venice to meet me and our dog Sadie for breakfast and some early morning shopping. We always make our car services an enjoyable outing.

Positive is that they got me in next day for 'promo" oil change .Negative is that they ll try to sell you 3-4 other services.I accepted one of those and got hit by $30 unreasonable fees for "SHOP CHARGE" . Thar fee was UNDISLOSED and never heard of it in the state where I moved from

Went in for 50000 mile checkup. They were honest. They could of sold me the moon. They said, you did was was required, last time you were in. All you need is tires. They were busy, and had don, drive and pick me up to and the place. Very friendly, you could tell he liked his job. I wont take my car anywhere else in the future.

This is second time we've used venice Honda service. Both times we had the same experience. For something that should be in/out and no extra cost.Each time the service manager "Joe" came to us and of course, finds something we need not on warranty.So each time we are hit with a big expense and always at a bad time (because we are on a budget).When we decline the part because it's almost $100.00 more the service manager(Joe)makes us feel we're poor and/or stupied for not getting it.We took it the first time but now we see a pattern with him.We will not bring our car here again.Please note the guys who did the work were wonderful.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great customer service. Very good! Didn't try to over sell a bunch of stuff that I didn't need. They were fast, answered my questions and all friendly.
